Abstract
Description
Cr+Mn:26.0〜28.5%であり、Cr/Mn:3.4〜4.1であることを特徴とする。
下記表1の各発明鋼および比較鋼による成分系を含むように、それぞれ、真空誘導溶解炉で厚さ140mmの50kgのインゴットの形態で鋳造した。鋳造されたインゴットは、1,250℃の加熱炉で3時間熟熱過程を経た後、板幅200mm、厚さ4mmで熱間圧延し、熱間圧延後に空冷した。空冷された熱間圧延板に対して1,100℃の温度で1分間熱延焼鈍を行い、酸洗後に厚さ1.5mmまでそれぞれ冷間圧延された。冷間圧延板は、1,100℃の温度で30秒間冷延焼鈍され、酸洗を経て二相ステンレス冷延鋼板試験片を製造した。
Claims (4)
- 質量%で、C:0.01〜0.06%、Si:0.2〜1.0%、Mn:3.5〜6.5%、Cr:18.5〜22.5%、N:0.05〜0.25%、残部がFeおよびその他不可避な不純物からなり、
Cr+Mn:26.0〜28.5%であり、Cr/Mn:3.4〜4.1であることを特徴とする曲げ加工性に優れたリーン二相ステンレス鋼。 - Ni:0.5以下、Cu:0.5以下、Mo:0.5以下を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ加工性に優れたリーン二相ステンレス鋼。
- 微細組織内のフェライト基地組織の体積分率が50〜75%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ加工性に優れたリーン二相ステンレス鋼。
- 前記ステンレス鋼の延伸率は、30〜40%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ加工性に優れたリーン二相ステンレス鋼。
