Description
Claims (20)
- チューブ差し込み開口と開口底部空間とを構成する第1部材を有し、上側部分留め金具を含む、上側クランプピースと、
前記上側クランプピースと接続自在なように、前記上側部分留め金具とつがうように構成された下側部分留め金具を伴う第2部材を有する下側クランプピースと、を備える取付ブラケットアセンブリ。 - 前記下側クランプピースが前記上側クランプピースと接続すると、前記開口底部空間が閉じられる、請求項1に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記上側クランプピースがトルクチューブへのスナップ接続を形成するように、前記第1部材が薄い戻りを有する、請求項1に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記上側クランプピースと前記下側クランプピースとの一方又は両方が、トルクチューブに伝導性グラウンドパスを提供する、請求項1に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記上側部分留め金具はスロットであり、前記下側部分留め金具はヒンジ部分である、請求項1に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記上側クランプピースに形成された少なくとも1つの角度を付けられた補強特徴をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記第1部材は、八角形を形成する側面のうちの5つの側面を有する、請求項1に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記第2部材は、八角形を形成する側面のうちの3つの側面を有する、請求項7に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記下側クランプピースはさらに、2つの対向する支持部材を有する、請求項1に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 前記2つの対向する支持部材は、取付レールに接続するように構成される、請求項9に記載の取付ブラケットアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つの支持カラムと、
前記支持カラムに接続されたトルクチューブと、
前記トルクチューブに接続された少なくとも1つの取付レールと、
前記少なくとも1つの取付レールを前記トルクチューブに固定する前記少なくとも1つの取付ブラケットアセンブリと、を有し、
前記取付ブラケットアセンブリは、
チューブ差し込み開口と開口底部空間とを構成する第1部材を備え、上側部分留め金具を含む上側クランプピースと、
前記上側部分留め金具とつがうように構成された下側部分留め金具を伴う第2部材を備え、前記上側クランプピースに接続自在である下側クランプピースと、を含む、ソーラートラッカーアセンブリ。 - 前記下側クランプピースが前記上側クランプピースと接続すると、前記開口底部空間が閉じられる、請求項7に記載のソーラートラッカーアセンブリ。
- 前記上側クランプピースはトルクチューブへのスナップ接続を形成するように、前記第1部材は薄い戻りを有する、請求項7に記載のソーラートラッカーアセンブリ。
- 前記上側クランプピースと前記下側クランプピースの一方又は両方が、トルクチューブに伝導性グラウンドパスを提供する、請求項7に記載のソーラートラッカーアセンブリ。
- 前記上側部分留め金具はスロットであり、前記下側部分留め金具はヒンジ部分である、請求項7に記載のソーラートラッカーアセンブリ。
- 前記上側クランプピースに接続された少なくとも1つの角度付けされた補強特徴をさらに有する、請求項7に記載のソーラートラッカーアセンブリ。
- 下側クランプピースはさらに、前記取付レールに接続するように構成された2つの対向する支持部材を有する、ソーラートラッカーアセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1つの取付レールを、チューブ差し込み開口と開口底部空間とを構成し、上側部分留め金具を含む、取付アセンブリの上側クランプピースに接続する工程と、
前記上側クランプピースをトルクチューブにスナップする工程と、
前記開口底部空間は閉じられ、前記少なくとも1つの取付レールは前記トルクチューブに固定されるように、下側クランプピースの下側部分留め金具を前記上側部分留め金具につがわせることによって、前記取付アセンブリの前記下側クランプピースを前記上側クランプピースに接続する工程と、を有するソーラーモジュールの取付方法。 - ボルト及びナット留め金具を締め、前記上側クランプピース及び前記下側クランプピースを前記トルクチューブ周りで締める工程をさらに有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記下側クランプピースはさらに、前記取付レールと接続するように構成された2つの対向する支持部材を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
