Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- (a)内側容積部を画定する開放近位端部及び遠位端部を有する筐体であり、
(i)シールが取り外されるまで前記筐体の前記内側容積部が無菌状態のままであるように前記筐体の前記開放近位端部を閉止するような大きさのシールと、
(ii)前記筐体の前記遠位端部付近に位置決めされた、流体を患者に送出するための内腔を画定するデバイスに結合されるように構成された口部と、
(ii)実質的にディスク型であり、前記筐体と単一のワンピース構造でモノリシックに形成された当接部と、
(iii)前記当接部から前記筐体の前記遠位端部に遠位方向に延びる、前記口部に流体結合された内腔を画定するシリンダと、
(iv)第1の環状バンドと、
(v)第2の環状バンドと、
を含む、筐体、
(b)近位端部及び遠位端部を有するプランジャ・アセンブリであり、
(i)前記筐体内で前記第1の環状バンドの近位側に位置決めされた、チャネルを画定するプランジャ・シールと、
(ii)前記チャネルの少なくとも一部分の中に着座した、ねじ付き近位部分を有する、一方向逆止弁である弁と、
(iii)前記プランジャ・シールから遠位方向に延びる、前記プランジャ・シールと単一のワンピース構造でモノリシックに形成されたカニューレと、
を含む、プランジャ・アセンブリ、
(c)少なくとも部分的には前記筐体、前記当接部、及び前記プランジャ・シールによって画定される、第1の量の第1の種類の流体を保持する第1の流体タンク、並びに
(d)前記シールが取り外された後で、前記筐体によって画定される前記内側容積部内に少なくとも部分的には保持されるように構成された、前記筐体に対して相対的に可動である、近位端部部分及び遠位端部部分を含む作動機構であり、
(i)近位端部及び遠位端部を有する注射器本体であり、前記注射器本体の前記遠位端部が注射器口部を有し、前記注射器口部が前記弁の前記ねじ付き近位部分に流体結合可能である、注射器本体と、
(ii)前記注射器本体内を近位位置から遠位位置に可動である、近位端部及び遠位端部を有するプランジャと、
(iii)少なくとも部分的には前記注射器本体及び前記プランジャによって画定される、前記注射器口部に流体結合され、第2の量の第2の種類の流体を保持する第2の流体タンクと、
を含む、作動機構を備える、流体を送出するための注射器型デバイスであって、
前記作動機構が、前記第1の流体タンク内の前記第1の量のうちの第1の部分が前記口部を通して送出される第1の構成から、前記第2の流体タンク内の前記第2の量の前記第2の種類の流体が前記口部を通して送出される第2の構成に移行し、さらに前記第1の流体タンク内の前記第1の量のうちの第2の部分が前記口部を通して送出される第3の構成に移行する、注射器型デバイス。 - 前記第1の流体タンクによって保持される前記第1の種類の流体が、生理食塩水である、請求項1に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記第1の種類の流体の前記量が、約10mlから約20mlの生理食塩水である、請求項2に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記第2の流体タンクによって保持される前記第2の種類の流体が、薬品である、請求項1に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記薬品が、エピネフリンである、請求項4に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記薬品が、アデノシンである、請求項4に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- (a)内側容積部を画定する開放近位端部及び遠位端部を有する筐体であり、
(i)前記筐体の前記遠位端部付近に位置決めされた口部と、
(ii)前記筐体と単一のワンピース構造でモノリシックに形成された当接部と、
(iii)前記当接部から前記筐体の前記遠位端部に遠位方向に延びる、前記口部に流体結合された内腔と、
を含む、筐体、
(b)近位端部及び遠位端部を有するプランジャ・アセンブリであり、
(i)前記筐体に対して相対的に遠位方向に可動な、チャネルを画定するプランジャ・シールと、
(ii)前記プランジャ・シールの前記チャネルに結合された弁と、
(iii)前記プランジャ・シールから遠位方向に延びる、前記弁に流体結合されたカニューレと、
を含む、プランジャ・アセンブリ、
(c)少なくとも部分的には前記筐体、前記当接部、及び前記プランジャ・シールによって画定される、第1の量の第1の種類の流体を収容する第1の流体タンク、並びに
(d)前記筐体によって画定される前記内側容積部内に少なくとも部分的には保持されるように構成された、前記筐体に対して相対的に可動である、近位端部部分及び遠位端部部分を含む作動機構であり、
(i)近位端部及び遠位端部を有する注射器本体であり、前記注射器本体の前記遠位端部が注射器口部を有し、前記注射器口部が前記弁に流体結合可能である、注射器本体と、
(ii)前記注射器本体内を近位位置から遠位位置に可動である、近位端部及び遠位端部を有するプランジャと、
(iii)少なくとも部分的には前記注射器本体及び前記プランジャによって画定される、前記注射器口部に流体結合され、第2の量の第2の種類の流体を保持する第2の流体タンクと、
を含む、作動機構を備える、流体を送出するための注射器型デバイスであって、
前記作動機構が、前記第1の流体タンク内の前記第1の量のうちの第1の部分が前記口部を通して送出される第1の構成から、前記第2の流体タンク内の前記第2の量の前記第2の種類の流体が前記口部を通して送出される第2の構成に移行し、さらに前記第1の流体タンク内の前記第1の量のうちの第2の部分が前記口部を通して送出される第3の構成に移行する、注射器型デバイス。 - 前記第1の流体タンクによって保持される前記第1の種類の流体が、生理食塩水である、請求項7に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記第1の種類の流体の前記第1の量が、約10mlから約20mlの生理食塩水である、請求項8に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記第2の流体タンクによって保持される前記第2の種類の流体が、薬品である、請求項7に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記薬品が、エピネフリンである、請求項10に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記薬品が、アデノシンである、請求項10に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- (a)内側容積部を画定する開放近位端部及び遠位端部を有する筐体であり、
(i)前記筐体の前記遠位端部付近に位置決めされた口部と、
(ii)前記筐体に結合された当接部と、
(iii)前記当接部から前記筐体の前記遠位端部に遠位方向に延びる、前記口部に流体結合された内腔と、
を含む、筐体、
(b)近位端部及び遠位端部を有するプランジャ・アセンブリであり、
(i)前記筐体に対して相対的に遠位方向に可動な、チャネルを画定するプランジャ・シールと、
(ii)前記プランジャ・シールの前記チャネルに結合された弁と、
(iii)前記プランジャ・シールから遠位方向に延びる、前記弁に流体結合されたカニューレと、
を含む、プランジャ・アセンブリ、
(c)少なくとも部分的には前記筐体、前記当接部、及び前記プランジャ・シールによって画定される、第1の種類の流体を収容する第1の流体タンク、並びに
(d)前記筐体によって画定される前記内側容積部内に少なくとも部分的には保持されるように構成された、前記筐体に対して相対的に可動である、近位端部部分及び遠位端部部分を含む注射器であり、
(i)近位端部及び遠位端部を有する注射器本体であり、前記注射器本体の前記遠位端部が注射器口部を有し、前記注射器口部が前記弁に流体結合可能である、注射器本体と、
(ii)前記注射器本体内を近位位置から遠位位置に可動である、近位端部及び遠位端部を有するプランジャと、
(iii)少なくとも部分的には前記注射器本体及び前記プランジャによって画定される、前記注射器口部に流体結合され、第2の種類の流体を保持する第2の流体タンクと、
を含む、注射器を備える、流体を送出するための注射器型デバイスであって、
前記注射器が、前記第1の流体タンク内の前記第1の種類の流体の第1の部分が前記口部を通して送出される第1の構成から、前記第2の流体タンク内の前記第2の種類の流体が前記口部を通して送出される第2の構成に移行し、さらに前記第1の流体タンク内の前記第1の種類の流体の第2の部分が前記口部を通して送出される第3の構成に移行する、注射器型デバイス。 - 前記第1の流体タンクによって保持される前記第1の種類の流体が、生理食塩水である、請求項13に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記第1の流体タンクが、約10mlから約20mlの生理食塩水を収容する、請求項14に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記第1の種類の流体の前記第1の部分が、約5mlから約10mlの生理食塩水であり、前記第1の種類の流体の前記第2の部分が、約5mlから約10mlの生理食塩水である、請求項15に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記第2の流体タンクによって保持される前記第2の種類の流体が、薬品である、請求項7に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記薬品が、エピネフリンである、請求項17に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記薬品が、アデノシンである、請求項17に記載の注射器型デバイス。
- 前記プランジャ・シールと前記筐体とを選択的に結合するロッキング機構をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の注射器型デバイス。
