本発明は、注射器に関する。
注射器は通常、液剤を注入または排出するために医療分野で用いられる。注射器は一般に、中空のガラスまたはプラスチックの外筒と内側のピストンを有する。ピストンを動かすことによって、ユーザは陽圧または陰圧を外筒内部に生成することができ、それによってピストンに対向する小開口を通じて、流体を外筒に出し入れすることができる。
Claims (20)
- 第1の液体を投薬するための注射器であって、前記注射器は、
第1室内に移動可能な封止を有し、それによって、前記移動可能な封止の移動が、前記第1室の容量を変更し、前記第1室は排出口を有する、第1室と、
前記第1室内を、前記第1室の移動可能な封止と共に移動可能な第2室であって、前記第2室は、その中に位置する第2の移動可能な封止を備え、それによって、前記第2の移動可能な封止の移動が前記第2室の容量を変更する、第2室と、
前記第2室内に位置する第2の液体であって、前記第2の液体の容量は、少なくとも前記第2室を充填する、第2の液体と、
前記第1室と前記第2室を流体接続する導管であって、前記導管は流体によるギャップを含有し、前記流体によるギャップは前記第2の液体に隣接し、前記導管は前記流体によるギャップを保持するように構成され、前記第2の液体は少なくとも前記第2室の前記容量を充填し、前記流体によるギャップは前記第2の液体を前記第2室内に維持する、導管と、および、
前記導管内に位置する弁であって、前記第1室と前記第2室とを流体連通し、前記流体によるギャップと隣接している弁とを備え、
前記流体によるギャップは前記第2室の前記容量が変化するまで前記導管内に保持され、それによって、前記第2室の前記容量が変わらずに維持される間、前記第1室の容量は、前記移動可能な封止の移動によって、前記流体によるギャップを動かすことなく変更可能であり、
前記第2室における圧力の増加が前記弁を開放構成とするまで、前記弁は閉鎖構成が維持される、ことを特徴とする、注射器。 - 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、第1の位置と、第2の位置とを有するラッチ機構をさらに備え、前記第1の位置では、前記第1室封止と前記第2室封止との間の移動を防いで、前記第2室の容量を固定容量に維持し、前記第2の位置では、前記第1室封止と前記第2室封止の間の移動を許可する、注射器。
- 請求項2に記載の注射器であって、単一のハンドルをさらに備え、前記単一のハンドルは、前記ラッチ機構が前記第1の位置にある場合に、前記第2室の移動可能な封止に操作可能に接続して、前記第2室の前記容量を前記固定容量に維持し、前記液体を前記第1室から排出しながら、前記第1室封止を前記第1室内で移動させ、前前記ラッチ機構が前記第2の位置にある場合に、前記第2室の前記容量が減ることを許可して、前記溶液を前記第2室から排出し、記第2室封止を前記第2室内で移動させ、前記導管は前記第1および第2室との間で流体結合を維持し、前記液体を前記第1室から排出し、前記溶液を前記第2室に保持しながら、前記導管は少なくとも部分的に充填されていないままである、注射器。
- 請求項3に記載の注射器であって、前記第1室封止および前記第2室封止は第1の空間関係にあり、前記ラッチ機構が前記第1の位置にあり、前記第1室封止と前記第2室封止との間に、前記第1および第2室との間の移動が防止されているような空間関係が他にない、注射器。
- 請求項3に記載の注射器であって、前記ハンドルは前記注射器内に回転可能に取り付けられ、前記ハンドルは、前記ラッチ機構が前記第1の位置にある第1の角度位置と、前記ラッチ機構が前記第2の位置にある第2の角度位置から移動可能である、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第2室は、前記第2の移動可能な封止の移動に対抗するために抵抗停止部を含む、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記流体によるギャップはエアギャップを備える、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記導管は、前記第1および第2室それぞれの断面積に比べて小さい断面積を備える、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第1室は第1の素材から製造され、前記第2室は第2の素材から製造され、前記第1の素材は前記第2の素材とは異なる、注射器。
- 請求項9に記載の注射器であって、前記第1の素材は、ポリマ、ガラス、金属、合金およびセラミックからなる群から選択される、注射器。
- 請求項9に記載の注射器であって、前記第2の素材は、ポリマ、ガラス、金属、合金およびセラミックからなる群から選択される、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第2の液体は、完全に前記第2室を充填する、注射器。
- 請求項12に記載の注射器であって、前記第2の液体は、部分的に前記導管を充填する、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第2の液体は、部分的に前記導管を充填する、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第2の液体は、生理食塩水を含む、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第1室の大きさは、前記第2室の大きさより、大きい、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記移動可能な封止と前記第2室の壁との間の遷移角度は90度より大きい、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第2室の壁と前記第2室の底部との間の遷移角度は90度より大きい、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記第2室の底部と前記導管の壁との間の遷移角度は270度未満である、注射器。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器であって、前記記第1室の大きさは、前記第2室の大きさより、小さい、注射器。
