Abstract
Description

実施形態1:ユーザの体液において少なくとも1つの分析物を検出するためのセンサ・デバイスであって、このセンサ・デバイスは、分析物の時間依存濃度のデータ・ストリームを評価するように構成された少なくとも1つの評価デバイスを含む。評価デバイスは、濃度の現在値c(t)を少なくとも1つの閾値Lと、そして少なくとも1つの第2閾値Hと比較するように構成された少なくとも1つの比較デバイスを含み、H>Lである。評価デバイスは、比較デバイスを使用することによって、濃度が上昇し、許容時間間隔の間において、例えば、少なくとも1つの時点t0において、第1閾値Lを超えたか否か検出し、それに応じて警告信号Wを準備するように構成される。更に、評価デバイスは、許容時間間隔(tolerance time interval)を定めるように構成される。評価デバイスは、許容時間間隔の間はc(t)<Hであるという前提条件の下で、少なくとも許容時間間隔が満了するまで、警告信号Wの出力を抑制するように構成される。
実施形態4:2つの前出の実施形態のいずれか1つによるセンサ・デバイスにおいて、評価デバイスが、以下の選択肢の内1つ以上にしたがって、許容時間値Δtを定めるように構成される。
−許容時間値Δtをユーザのために個人的に調節し、データ記憶デバイスに格納する。または
−許容時間値Δtを手作業でユーザによって調節する。
(a)c(t)が第2閾値Hを超えるときは、警告信号Wを常に供給する。または、
(b)c(t)が第2閾値Hを超えるときは、警告信号Wを決して供給しない。
(a)許容時間間隔がオフセット時間間隔による影響を受けず、少なくとも許容時間間隔およびオフセット時間間隔の双方が満了するまで、警告信号Wの出力を抑制する。
(c)許容時間間隔は、好ましくは、更新許容時間間隔を[t1;t1+Δt]として定義することによって、t1において再初期化され、Δtは許容時間値である。
−ユーザによって調節されたオフセット時間間隔の長さを選択する。
−オフセット時間間隔の長さをユーザのために個人的に選択する。
−濃度が第1閾値L未満に下降したときに許容時間間隔の満了を撤廃し、警告信号Wの出力を禁止する。
−濃度が第1閾値L未満である時間では、許容時間間隔の満了を延長する。または、
−濃度が第1閾値L未満である時間が所定の閾値に達した後、許容時間間隔の満了をリセットする。
実施形態20:直前の実施形態によるセンサ・デバイスにおいて、分析物の濃度に対して影響を及ぼすインベントについての追加情報が、インシュリンの投与量(bolus)、ユーザの身体活動、具体的には、スポーツ、栄養の摂取から成る一群から選択された少なくとも1つの情報項目を含む。
実施形態22:ユーザの体液において少なくとも1つの分析物を検出するためのセンサ・アセンブリであって、このセンサ・アセンブリが、前出の請求項の内いずれか1項によるセンサ・デバイスを含み、センサ・アセンブリが、更に、体液における分析物の時間依存濃度を監視するように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサを含み、このセンサが、センサ・デバイスに動作可能に接続され、時間依存測定信号のデータ・ストリームをセンサ・デバイスに供給するように構成される。
実施形態24:直前の2つの実施形態のいずれか1つによるセンサ・アセンブリにおいて、センサが電気化学センサである。
実施形態26:ユーザの体液において分析物の時間依存濃度のデータ・ストリームを処理する方法であって、この方法が、
a)濃度の現在値c(t)を少なくとも1つの第1閾値Lおよび少なくとも1つの第2閾値Hと比較するステップであって、H>Lである、ステップと、
b)許容時間間隔を定めるステップと、

実施形態33:記憶媒体であって、データ構造がこの記憶媒体上に格納され、コンピュータまたはコンピュータ・ネットワークの主ストレージおよび/または作業用ストレージにデータ構造がロードされた後に、データ構造が、方法に言及した前出の請求項の内いずれか1つによる方法を実行するように構成される。
図2Dに表すシナリオでは、t1において開始する高レベル・オフセット時間間隔164を定める。評価デバイス134は、t1において、薬剤の摂取のような、分析物の濃度cを下げる効果を有することが知られているイベントを認識するように構成することができる。高レベル・オフセット時間間隔164の間、高レベルの警告信号の出力を抑制することができる。通例、高レベル・オフセット時間間隔164の長さは、オフセット時間間隔160の長さよりも短くするとよい。

- ユーザの体液において少なくとも1つの分析物を検出するためのセンサ・デバイス(112)であって、前記センサ・デバイス(112)が、前記分析物の時間依存濃度cのデータ・ストリームを評価するように構成された少なくとも1つの評価デバイス(134)を含み、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記濃度cの現在値c(t)を少なくとも1つの第1閾値Lおよび少なくとも1つの第2閾値Hと比較するように構成された少なくとも1つの比較デバイス(140)を含み、H>Lであり、前記評価デバイス(134)が、更に、許容時間間隔(158)を定めるように構成されており、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記比較デバイス(140)を使用することにより、前記許容時間間隔の間に前記濃度cが上昇し前記第1閾値Lを超えるか否か検出し、それに応じて警告信号Wを準備するように構成され、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記許容時間間隔(158)の間はc(t)<Hであるという前提条件の下で、少なくとも前記許容時間間隔(158)が満了するまで前記警告信号Wの出力を抑制するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。
- 直前の請求項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、更に、許容時間値Δtを格納するように構成された少なくとも1つのデータ記憶デバイス(141)を含む、センサ・デバイス(112)。
- 直前の請求項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、以下の選択肢、

- 直前の請求項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記分析物の濃度cを下げる効果を有することが知られている前記イベントが、薬剤の摂取、ユーザの身体活動から成る一群から選択される、センサ・デバイス(112)。
- 直前の2つの請求項のいずれか1項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、t1において開始するオフセット時間間隔(160)を定めるように構成されており、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記オフセット時間間隔(160)の間はc(t)<Hであるという前提条件の下で、付加的に、少なくとも前記オフセット時間間隔(160)が満了するまで、前記警告信号Wの出力を抑制するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。
- 直前の請求項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記オフセット時間間隔(160)の間に以下の動作、
(a)c(t)が前記第2閾値Hを超えるときは前記警告信号Wを常に供給する、または、

(c)好ましくは、更新許容時間間隔(152)を[t1;t1+Δt1]として定めることによって、t1において許容時間間隔(158)を再初期化し、Δtが前記許容時間値である、
の内1つを実行するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。 - 直前の2つの請求項のいずれか1項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、以下の選択肢、
−前記オフセット時間間隔(160)の長さにデフォルト値を使用する、
−ユーザによって調節された前記オフセット時間間隔(160)の長さを選択する、
−前記オフセット時間間隔(160)の長さをユーザのために個人的に選択する、
−前記分析物の濃度を下げる効果を有することが知られているイベントの性質を考慮に入れることによって、前記オフセット時間間隔(160)の長さを自動的に計算する、
の内の1つにしたがって、前記オフセット時間間隔(160)の長さを選択するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。 - 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記許容時間間隔(158)が満了した後に前記濃度cが前記第1閾値Lを超えた場合、および前記許容時間間隔(158)の間に前記濃度cの現在値c(t)が前記第2閾値H未満になった場合、前記警告信号Wを出力するように構成され、前記評価デバイスが、更に、いずれの時点においても前記濃度cがHを超えた場合、前記警告信号Wを出力するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。
- 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記比較デバイス(140)を使用することにより、前記許容時間間隔(158)の間に前記濃度cが前記第1閾値L未満に下降するか否か検出するように構成され、前記評価デバイスが(134)が以下の動作、
−前記濃度cが前記第1閾値L未満に下降したとき、前記許容時間間隔(158)の満了を撤廃し、前記警告信号Wの出力を禁止する、
−前記濃度cが前記第1閾値L未満である限り、前記許容時間間隔(158)の満了を保留する、
−前記濃度cが前記第1閾値L未満である時間の間、前記許容時間間隔(158)の満了を遅らせる、または、
−前記濃度cが前記第1閾値L未満になる時間が所定の閾値に達した後、前記許容時間間隔(158)の満了をリセットする、
の内1つを実行するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。 - 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記比較デバイス(140)を使用することにより、前記許容時間間隔(158)の間に前記濃度cが前記第2閾値Hを超えたか否か検出し、それに応じて高レベル警告信号WHを準備するように構成され、前記評価デバイス(134)が、更に、前記分析物の濃度cを下げる効果を有することが知られているイベントが起こる少なくとも1つの時点t1を認識するように構成され、前記評価デバイス(134)が、時点t1において開始する高レベル・オフセット時間間隔(164)を定めるように構成され、前記評価デバイス(134)が、少なくとも前記高レベル・オフセット時間間隔(164)が満了するまで、前記高レベル警告信号WHの出力を抑制するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。
- 前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)において、前記センサ・デバイス(112)が、前記体液における分析物の時間依存濃度cを監視するように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサ(114)から時間依存測定信号のデータ・ストリームを受け取るように構成され、前記評価デバイス(134)が、前記時間依存測定信号のデータ・ストリームを、前記分析物の時間依存濃度cのデータ・ストリームに変換するように構成される、センサ・デバイス(112)。
- ユーザの体液において少なくとも1つの分析物を検出するためのセンサ・アセンブリ(110)であって、前記センサ・アセンブリ(110)が、前出の請求項のいずれか1項記載のセンサ・デバイス(112)を含み、前記センサ・アセンブリ(110)が、更に、前記体液において前記分析物の時間依存濃度cを監視するように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサ(114)を含み、前記センサ(114)が、前記センサ・デバイス(112)に動作可能に接続され、時間依存測定信号のデータ・ストリームを前記センサ・デバイス(112)に供給するように構成される、センサ・アセンブリ(110)。
- ユーザの体液において分析物の時間依存濃度cのデータ・ストリームを処理する方法であって、
a)前記濃度cの現在値c(t)を少なくとも1つの第1閾値Lおよび少なくとも1つの第2閾値Hと比較するステップであって、H>Lである、ステップと、
b)許容時間間隔(158)を定めるステップと、
c)前記許容時間間隔(158)の間に前記濃度cが上昇し前記第1閾値Lを超えるか否か検出し、それに応じて警告信号Wを準備するステップと、
