Claims (19)
- 揚降及び/または昇降システムのための荷重支持部材であって、
前記荷重支持部材の幅に沿って配置された複数の張力部材を備え、各張力部材が、
前記荷重支持部材の長さに平行な方向で延在するように配置された複数の荷重担持繊維、及び
前記複数の荷重担持繊維が内部に配置されているマトリックス材料
を含み、前記荷重支持部材が、
横方向層、及び
前記複数の張力部材を少なくとも部分的に封じ込めるジャケット材料
を備える、前記荷重支持部材。 - 前記横方向層が、モノリシック横方向層である、請求項1に記載の荷重支持部材。
- 前記横方向層は、繊維が前記荷重支持部材の長さに対して非平行な方向で延在することを含む繊維配向分布である複数の繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の荷重支持部材。
- 前記複数の繊維が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、ナイロン繊維、ポリエステル繊維、金属繊維、もしくはポリマー繊維のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項3に記載の荷重支持部材。
- 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材の第1の側に、及び/または前記複数の張力部材の、前記第1の側とは反対側の第2の側に配設される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の荷重支持部材。
- 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材のうちの2つ以上の張力部材間に延在する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の荷重支持部材。
- 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材のうちの1つまたは複数の張力部材の周りに巻かれる、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の荷重支持部材。
- 前記横方向層が、前記荷重支持部材のトラクション表面に配設される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の荷重支持部材。
- 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材に対する前記ジャケット材料の接着性、耐火性、トラクション性能、もしくは耐摩耗性のうちの1つまたは複数を改良するための特徴を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の荷重支持部材。
- エレベータシステム用のベルトである、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の荷重支持部材。
- 昇降路、
トラクションシーブがカップリングされた駆動機、
前記昇降路内で移動可能なエレベータかご、
前記昇降路内で移動可能なつり合いおもり、及び
前記エレベータかごと前記つり合いおもりとを連結する少なくとも1つの荷重支持部材
を備えるエレベータシステムであって、
前記荷重支持部材が、前記トラクションシーブに接触して配置され、それにより、前記駆動機の動作が、前記エレベータかごを複数の着床間で移動させることになり、
前記少なくとも1つの荷重支持部材が、
前記荷重支持部材の幅に沿って配置されている複数の張力部材
を含み、各張力部材が、
前記荷重支持部材の長さに平行な方向で延在するように配置されている複数の荷重担持繊維、及び
前記複数の荷重担持繊維が内部に配置されているマトリックス材料
を含み、前記少なくとも1つの荷重支持部材が、
横方向層、及び
前記複数の張力部材を少なくとも部分的に封じ込めるジャケット材料
を含む、前記エレベータシステム。 - 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材の第1の側に、及び/または前記複数の張力部材の、前記第1の側とは反対側の第2の側に配設される、請求項11に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材のうちの2つ以上の張力部材間に延在する、請求項11または12に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材のうちの1つまたは複数の張力部材の周りに巻かれる、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記横方向層が、モノリシック横方向層である、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記横方向層は、繊維が前記荷重支持部材の長さに対して非平行な方向で延在することを含む繊維配向分布である複数の繊維を含む、請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記複数の繊維が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、ナイロン繊維、ポリエステル繊維、金属繊維、もしくはポリマー繊維のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項16に記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記横方向層が、前記荷重支持部材のトラクション表面に配設される、請求項11〜17のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
- 前記横方向層が、前記複数の張力部材に対する前記ジャケット材料の接着性、耐火性、トラクション性能、もしくは耐摩耗性のうちの1つまたは複数を改良するための特徴を含む、請求項11〜18のいずれかに記載のエレベータシステム。
