Abstract
Description
以下の表2に開示されている組成を有する水性分散液A〜Jは、以下の表2に記載の条件を使用し、以下の一般手順を使用して、以下の表1に開示される原料から調製された:
以下の表2に列挙された成分1〜3は、制御された速度のフィーダーを使用して直径25mmの二軸スクリュー押出機に供給され、以下の表2に示すように、グラム/分(g/分)単位の供給速度を使用した。成分1〜3を押出機に通し、溶融させて液体溶融材料を形成した。
粒度測定:粒度は、COULTER(商標)LS−230またはCOULTER LS−13−320粒度分析器(Beckman Coulter Corporation)を使用して測定した。ポリオレフィン分散液の体積平均粒度を決定した。
Claims (10)
- 水性組成物であって、(i)前記組成物中の固体の総重量に基づいて、2〜30重量%の、(i)酸もしくは無水物官能化ポリオレフィン分散液、またはそのエポキシ付加物であって、前記官能化ポリオレフィン分散液が、0.2〜5ミクロンの平均粒度を有する、酸もしくは無水物官能化ポリオレフィン分散液、またはそのエポキシ付加物と、(ii)1つ以上のエポキシ樹脂の分散液であって、選択されたエポキシ樹脂が、150〜4,000のエポキシ当量を有し、かつ0.2〜1.0ミクロンの平均粒度を有する、1つ以上のエポキシ樹脂の分散液と、のブレンドを含み、前記官能化ポリオレフィン分散液が、前記組成物中の固体の総重量に基づいて、2〜8重量%の1つ以上のアニオン性界面活性剤で安定化され、さらに、前記組成物が、3〜8のpHを有する、水性組成物。
- 前記(i)官能化ポリオレフィン分散液対前記(ii)エポキシ分散液の粒度比が、7:1〜1:2の範囲である、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記(i)酸もしくは無水物官能化ポリオレフィン分散液、またはそのエポキシ付加物が、前記官能化ポリオレフィン分散液の総固体重量に基づいて、0.1〜2.0重量%の酸または無水物基を含有する、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記(i)酸または無水物官能化ポリオレフィン分散液が、酸官能化ポリオレフィン、無水物官能化ポリオレフィン、酸官能化ポリオレフィンのエポキシ付加物、無水物官能化ポリオレフィンのエポキシ付加物、及び上記のうちのいずれかと、酸または無水物官能化されていない1つ以上のポリオレフィンとの混合物から選択され、さらに、前記酸または無水物官能化ポリオレフィン中のポリオレフィンが、ポリオレフィンエラストマー、高密度ポリエチレン、エチレン−プロピレンコポリマー、ポリプロピレン、オレフィンブロックコポリマー、ポリオレフィンプラストマー、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン、及びエチレン−C4〜C12オレフィンコポリマーから選択される、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記(i)官能化ポリオレフィン分散液中の前記酸もしくは無水物官能化ポリオレフィン、またはそのエポキシ付加物が、重合形態で無水マレイン酸基を含有する、請求項3に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記(ii)エポキシ樹脂分散液が、ポリオールの直鎖状または二官能性グリシジルエーテルである少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂のための硬化剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記(i)酸または無水物官能化ポリオレフィン分散液が、前記アニオン性界面活性剤として、ラウリル硫酸アルカリ金属塩またはエトキシル化ラウリル硫酸アルカリ金属塩を含む、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 前記水性組成物が実質的に溶媒を含まない、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の水性組成物。
- 水性組成物を作製する方法であって、1つ以上の界面活性剤、好ましくはエポキシ官能性非イオン性界面活性剤またはアニオン性界面活性剤とのその混合物とともにエポキシ樹脂を水中に押し出しまたは混練して、(ii)水性エポキシ樹脂分散液を形成し、別に、アニオン性界面活性剤とともに酸もしくは無水物官能化ポリオレフィン、またはそのエポキシ付加物を水中に押し出しまたは混練して、(i)官能化ポリオレフィン分散液を形成することと、前記(i)官能化ポリオレフィン分散液と前記(ii)エポキシ分散液とをブレンドすることと、を含む、方法。
