Abstract
Description
一方、周期変更モジュール300がタスク実行周期を回復させるための基準となる車両停止有無は、車両に備えられた多様な装置、例えば、車両の速度計装置などを用いて感知できる。この場合、車両の速度計装置は、車両の速度が 0である場合、周期変更モジュール300に車両の停止情報を伝送し得る。

Claims (12)
- 車両に含まれたバッテリーを管理する装置であって、
予め決められた周期ごとに各々のタスクを実行する単位アプリケーションモジュールを複数具備するアプリケーションモジュールと、
前記車両の非常状況を認識する非常認識モジュールと、
前記非常認識モジュールによって車両の非常状況が認識された場合、少なくとも一つの単位アプリケーションモジュールに対するタスク実行周期を変更する周期変更モジュールと、を備えてなることを特徴とするバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記非常認識モジュールが、ブレーキ圧力を測定するブレーキ圧力測定センサーを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記非常認識モジュールが、車両に加えられる衝撃を感知する衝撃感知センサーをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記周期変更モジュールは、前記ブレーキ圧力測定センサーによって測定されたブレーキ圧力が基準値以上である場合にターンオンされ、
前記衝撃感知センサーによって衝撃が感知された場合、タスク実行周期を変更することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記周期変更モジュールは、前記ブレーキ圧力測定センサーによって測定されたブレーキ圧力が基準値以上である場合、少なくとも一つの単位アプリケーションモジュールのタスクに対してタスク実行周期を一次変更し、
前記衝撃感知センサーによって衝撃が感知された場合、一次変更されたタスク実行周期をさらに二次変更することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記バッテリー管理装置が、バッテリーの情報を保存するメモリーモジュールをさらに備えてなり、
前記メモリーモジュールが、前記車両のブレーキに圧力が印加される毎に前記バッテリーの情報データを記録し、前記車両のブレーキ圧力が基準値以上である場合、前記記録された情報データを保存することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記アプリケーションモジュールが、前記単位アプリケーションモジュールとして、
前記バッテリーに含まれた各セルの電圧を測定するタスクを実行するセル電圧測定アプリケーション、
前記バッテリーに流れる電流を測定するタスクを実行する電流測定アプリケーション、
前記バッテリーの温度を測定するタスクを実行する温度測定アプリケーション、
コンタクターを制御するためのコイルの電圧を測定するタスクを実行するコンタクター測定アプリケーション、及び
前記車両の他の装置からCAN通信によってデバッギング用データを受信するタスクを実行するデバッグ受信アプリケーションからなる群から選択されてなる一種又は二種以上のものを備えてなり、
前記周期変更モジュールは、車両の非常状況が認識された場合、前記単位アプリケーションモジュールのうち少なくとも一つの単位アプリケーションモジュールに対するタスク実行周期を変更することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記周期変更モジュールは、車両の非常状況が認識された場合、前記アプリケーションモジュールに含まれた単位アプリケーションモジュールのうち少なくとも一つの単位アプリケーションモジュールに対するタスク実行周期を減少させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記周期変更モジュールは、前記車両が停止した場合、変更されたタスク周期を元に回復させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記周期変更モジュールが、前記バッテリー管理装置の負荷をモニターし、モニター結果によって前記アプリケーションモジュールの一部単位アプリケーションモジュールに対するタスク実行周期を増加させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を備えてなる、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を備えてなる、自動車。
