Description
Claims (10)
- 端部接合し又は積層したシムであって、同一又は異なる種類のシートを複数有し、前記シートは互いに溶着によって接合していることを特徴とするシム。
- 数枚のシートが、溶着によって部位の一箇所又は数箇所の少なくとも一端部にて、互いに接合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシム。
- 前記シートが、少なくとも一つの溶着列によって、少なくとも一端部にて、互いに接合していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシム。
- 前記シートが、複数の溶着列によって、少なくとも一端部にて、互いに接合していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシム。
- 前記シートが、さらに前記部位の一部、全部、及び/又は周辺にて、接着剤で互いに接合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のシム。
- 前記シートが、金属箔、高分子シート、織物、若しくは繊維複合体材料、特にガラス繊維、炭素繊維、若しくはアラミド繊維、又は前記のこれら材料の何れかの混合物からなる繊維複合体材料を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のシム。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載された端部接合し又は積層したシムを製造する方法であって、先ず、夫々のシートを、最終製品の形状に、裁断し又は打ち抜き、丁度に又は階段状に互いに積層し、各層を位置決めしてから、一つ又は複数の所期の表面/周辺の端部を互いに溶着することを特徴とする方法。
- 放射源、とりわけレーザー照射源を用いて、前記箇所及び/又は端部で、互いに溶着することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の方法によって得られた請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のシムの使用であって、自動車、航空機、電気工学、又は測定技術における構造物、特に発電機又は変圧器における構造物での使用。
- 電気絶縁での使用であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の使用。
