Claims (8)
- 全体長さがLである髄内釘であって、
前記髄内釘の上部に位置した近位領域および下部に位置した遠位領域の各々には1以上のボアが形成され、
前記近位領域の下側に位置した第1領域には1以上の第1ボアが形成され、前記第1領域の範囲は近位端部から0.12L〜0.45Lであり、
前記遠位領域の上側に位置した第2領域には1以上の第2ボアが形成され、前記第2領域の範囲は近位端部から0.46L〜0.85Lである髄内釘。 - 前記第1領域の範囲は近位端部から0.17L〜0.4Lであり、
前記第2領域の範囲は近位端部から0.51L〜0.8Lであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の髄内釘。 - 前記髄内釘は前記近位端部から遠位端部に向かって延びるように形成された貫通孔を有し、
前記第1ボアおよび前記第2ボアは前記貫通孔と連通するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の髄内釘。 - 前記第1ボアおよび前記第2ボアを含むボアは中心軸を基準に放射状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1ボアおよび前記第2ボアを含むボアのうち1以上のボアが近位端部面を基準に所定角度を有するように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1ボアおよび前記第2ボアを含むボアのうち2以上のボアが互いに平行とならないように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1ボアおよび前記第2ボアを含むボアのうち1以上のボアが髄内釘の外周面に3個の開口を形成するY字形状のボアであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の髄内釘。
- 前記第1ボアおよび前記第2ボアを含むボアのうち1以上のボアが長さ方向に延びた形態のボアであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の髄内釘。
