Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 表面と、該表面の少なくとも大部分に対して生物付着防止作用を果たすための少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源を有する生物付着防止システムとを有する装置であって、前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源は生物付着防止光線を放出し、前記表面が、互いに対して及び前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源に対して、該少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源の動作中において前記表面の少なくとも大部分が前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源からの前記生物付着防止光線に対して陰を有さないように形成される、装置。
- 前記表面の少なくとも1つは、前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源の動作の間において該生物付着防止システムにより放出される生物付着防止光線が該表面に沿ってかすめることを可能にし、オプションとして、前記表面の前記少なくとも1つがかすめた生物付着防止光線により生物付着防止作用を排他的に受ける位置にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表面の少なくとも1つは、前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源の動作の間において該生物付着防止システムにより放出される生物付着防止光線の面に対して実質的に平行に向けられると共に該面に沿って配置された平らな表面であり、オプションとして、該平らな表面が前記生物付着防止光線の面により生物付着防止作用を排他的に受ける位置にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表面の大部分が、該表面の如何なる領域においても、前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源に向かって最大で90°の角度にある法線を有する、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記生物付着防止システムが少なくとも2つの生物付着防止光源を有する、請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの機能エレメントを有し、前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源は該少なくとも1つの機能エレメントの少なくとも1つの表面に対して生物付着防止作用を果たし、オプションとして、前記少なくとも1つの機能エレメントの前記少なくとも1つの表面が平面形状及び凹状形状の一方を有する、請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記機能エレメントは多角形断面、特には複数の平ら及び/又は凹状の辺を持つ多角形断面を有し、前記生物付着防止光源の数が前記機能エレメントの側面の数より正確に2倍小さい、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記機能エレメントは多角形断面を持つパイプを有し、前記生物付着防止システムは該パイプに対して平行に延びる長尺の生物付着防止光源を有し、前記パイプの平らな外部表面は前記生物付着防止光源のうちの1つの長軸を含む仮想面に沿って向けられ、オプションとして、前記機能エレメントは前記パイプに取り付けられると共に該パイプに対して垂直に延びるプレートを更に有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記機能エレメントは長方形断面を持つパイプを有し、前記生物付着防止システムが該パイプに対して垂直に延びる長尺の生物付着防止光源を有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源を収容すると共に流体及び/又は少なくとも1つのエレメントを更に収容するための筐体を有し、前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源が前記筐体の内部表面に対して生物付着防止作用を果たす、請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの機能エレメント及び前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源を収容する筐体を有し、前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源が該筐体の内部表面に対して生物付着防止作用を果たす、請求項6ないし9の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記機能エレメントは熱交換器システムの一部であると共に連続して配置された複数の相互接続されたユニットを有し、前記ユニットは内部空間と、該内部空間に流体を供給するための少なくとも1つの流入口と、該内部空間から流体を放出するための少なくとも1つの流出口とを有し、前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源が前記ユニットを介して延在する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器システムは前記ユニットを区切る波状シートを有し、これらシートの襞が前記生物付着防止システムの生物付着防止光源の長軸を含む仮想面に沿って真っ直ぐな方向に延びる、請求項12に記載の装置。
- ボート用駆動及び操縦アセンブリであると共に、回転可能なプロペラ並びに該プロペラのシャフト及び関連するギア機構を収容するプロペラシャフトケースから下方に延びるフィンを有し、前記生物付着防止システムの前記少なくとも1つの生物付着防止光源が前記ボート用駆動及び操縦アセンブリにおける、前記プロペラが回転するにつれて該プロペラの表面の全カバー又は略全カバーを実現する位置に配置される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記プロペラシャフトが中空であり、該プロペラシャフトに生物付着防止光に対して透明な材料が適用され、前記生物付着防止システムが前記中空のプロペラシャフトを介して延びるように配置される長尺の光源を有する、請求項14に記載の装置。
