- APJレセプターアゴニストを含む、術後認知機能障害を処置するための医薬組成物。
- 術後認知機能障害のリスクにあると判定されている対象に投与される、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
- 認知機能に障害があると診断されている又は認知機能に障害を有することが示されている対象に投与される、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
- APJレセプターアゴニストが、手術に際して(すなわち、手術の前、術中及び/又は後)並びに退院後に、投与される、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
- 術後認知機能障害が、腹部手術(例えば、腹部の内臓の手術)、ベンチサージェリー(例えば、その後に臓器が再移植されうる、身体から取り出された臓器に行われる手術)、心臓(例えば、心臓の手術)、脳(例えば、脳の手術)、動形成切断(例えば、義肢を動作させるのに筋肉を使用することを可能にするために、切断された四肢の断端に隣接する筋肉を通してトンネルを形成するための手術)、美容(例えば、傷の成形修復、矯正又は除去により対象の外観を改善するための手術)、歯牙顔面(例えば、顔の欠陥及び口の構造に関連する手術)、神経(例えば、末梢又は中枢神経系に関連する手術)、口腔(例えば、口、顎及び関連する構造の欠陥に関連する手術)、整形外科(例えば、骨及び骨構造(例えば人工股関節置換)を取り扱う手術)、骨盤(例えば、骨盤(主に産婦人科)に関連する手術)、形成(例えば、傷害、疾患、又は成長及び発達により欠損、損傷又は奇形している身体構造の形及び外観の修復、再建、修正又は改善に関連する手術)、又は直腸(例えば、直腸の手術)、泌尿器(例えば、尿生殖器系(主に男性における)に関連する手術)、血管(例えば、血管の手術)、又は耳鼻咽喉科に関連する手術(例えば、耳、鼻、喉又は関連する構造の手術)を含む手術後に経験する認知機能障害である、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
- APJレセプターアゴニストが、麻酔剤と同時又は順次に対象に投与される、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
- 麻酔剤が、ジエチルエーテル、メトキシプロパン、ビニルエーテル、ハロゲン化エーテル、例えば、デスフルラン、エンフルラン、ハロタン、イソフルラン、メトキシフルラン;ハロアルカン、例えば、クロロホルム、ハロタン、トリクロロエチレン、シクロプロパン、エチレン、亜酸化窒素、セボフルラン、キセノン、重水素化イソフルラン、ヘキサフルオロ−t−ブチル−ジフルオロメチルエーテル、及びメトキシフルランの重水素化アナログ、重水素化セボフルランからなる群より選択される、請求項6記載の医薬組成物。
- APJレセプターアゴニストが、有機小分子、アプタマー、抗体及びポリペプチドからなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
