本出願は、2016年11月4日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2016−0146824号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリーモジュール及び前記少なくとも1つのバッテリーモジュールと電気的に連結された電装品;
上面に前記少なくとも1つのバッテリーモジュール及び電装品を支持するトレイ;並びに
前記トレイの縁部と対面する縁部を備え、前記トレイと結合されて前記バッテリーモジュール及び電装品を覆うパックカバー;を含み、
前記トレイは、
前記トレイの縁部から上方に折り曲げられた形態で設けられ、前記パックカバーの縁部を外側から内側に支持するトレイストッパを備えることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記トレイは、長さ方向が幅方向に比べて長く延設されるベースプレート、及び前記ベースプレートに対して立設されて壁体を形成する少なくとも1つの外壁プレートを含み、
前記トレイストッパは、前記トレイの長さ方向において前記ベースプレートの両側縁にそれぞれ少なくとも1つずつ設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ベースプレートの幅は前記バッテリーモジュール1つの幅に対応し、前記バッテリーモジュールは一列に前記ベースプレートの長さ方向に沿って配置されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記外壁プレートは、前記ベースプレートの前端部と後端部にそれぞれ設けられた前方外壁プレートと後方外壁プレートを含み、
前記パックカバーは、前記ベースプレートに相応する長さと幅を有し、両側方が曲げられて中心部が膨らんだ形態で設けられたカバー本体を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記カバー本体の上端は、前記トレイの長さ方向に沿って段差を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイストッパは、前記パックカバーの縁部の一部分を外側から内側に囲む形態で折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイストッパは、上端が下方に突設されて前記パックカバーの縁部の上面を押下する突起部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイの縁部と前記パックカバーの縁部とには、相互に一対一で対応する組立用孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイの縁部と前記パックカバーの縁部との間に配置されるシーリングガスケットをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記シーリングガスケットは、前記組立用孔に対応する貫通孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
