Abstract
Description
A)ポリエチレン単独重合体またはαオレフィンコモノマーを有する共重合体分画を得る第1の重合工程。その高分子は、低い平均分子量(LMW)の分画である。
B)高い平均分子量(HMW)の分画の重合は、第2のおよび/または第3の反応器内で連続的に行われて、分画Aより高い平均分子量でコモノマー含有量がより多い、αオレフィンコモノマーを有する共重合分画を生成する。
a)密度
密度は、ISO 1183にしたがって測定され、g/cm3の単位で示される。
メルトフローレート(MFR)は、190℃でISO 1133にしたがって決定され、g/10分で示される。メルトフローレートの荷重は、決定され、下付文字として示される。例えば、MFR2は、2.16kgの荷重下で測定され、MFR5は、5kgの荷重下で測定される。

- エチレンモノマーおよびC6〜C10αオレフィンコモノマーを含むエチレン共重合体を含むエチレン共重合体組成物であって、前記エチレン共重合体が0.945〜0.980g/cm3の総密度および0.10〜0.50g/10分の5kg荷重でのメルトフローレート(MRF5)を有し、該エチレン共重合体のC6〜C10αオレフィンコモノマー含有量が1〜5質量%であり、Mx/Myが14.0以上であり(Mx/Myは、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィーから得た分子量分布である)、該エチレン共重合体の歪み硬化係数<Gp>が53.4以上であり、

- 前記低い平均分子量の分画および前記高い平均分子量の分画の間の質量比が、35:65から65:35の範囲にある、請求項6記載のエチレン共重合体組成物。
- 前記二峰性エチレン共重合体が52から60質量%の前記低い平均分子量のエチレン単独重合体分画および40から48質量%の前記高い平均分子量のエチレン共重合分画を含み、好ましくは、該低い平均分子量のエチレン単独重合体が、300から600g/10分の範囲のMFR2および0.970g/cm3超の密度を有し、該高い平均分子量のエチレン共重合分画が、0.20〜0.25g/10分の範囲のMFR5および0.952〜0.955g/cm3の範囲内の密度を有する、請求項5から7いずれか1項記載のエチレン共重合体組成物。
