Claims (20)
- 試料容器の特徴を決定する方法であって、
試料容器を供給し、
異なる露光時間および異なる公称波長を有する異なるスペクトルで前記試料容器の画像を撮像し、
スペクトル毎に最適露光画像データを生成するためにスペクトル毎の異なる露光時間の前記画像から最適に露光された画素を選択し、
管、ラベルまたは蓋の少なくとも1つとして前記最適に露光された画素を分類し、
スペクトル毎の前記最適露光画像データに基づいて前記試料容器の幅、高さ、または幅および高さを識別する
ことを含む方法。 - 前記試料容器の蓋の種類を識別することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記試料容器のラベルを識別する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 把持部である領域を識別する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記試料容器の前記画像撮像は、複数の異なる視点から複数の画像を撮ることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記異なる視点の数は3以上である請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記最適に露光された画素の前記分類は複数の学習セットから生成されたマルチクラス分類器に基づく請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マルチクラス分類器はサポートベクトルマシンを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記試料容器の前記幅および高さに基づいて前記試料容器の内側幅を決定することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 試料容器の特徴を決定するように構成された品質チェックモジュールであって、
前記試料容器を受け付けるように構成された撮像位置周囲の複数の視点に配置された複数のカメラであって、前記複数のカメラのそれぞれは前記複数の視点から異なる露光時間および異なる公称波長を有する異なるスペクトルで前記試料容器の少なくとも一部の複数の画像を撮像するように構成された複数のカメラと、
前記複数のカメラに接続されたコンピュータであって、
スペクトルおよび視点毎に最適露光画像データを生成するために、前記異なるスペクトルのそれぞれにおける前記異なる露光時間の前記画像から最適に露光された画素を選択し、
前記最適露光画像データを管、蓋、またはラベルの少なくとも1つとして分類し、
スペクトル毎の前記最適露光画像データに基づいて前記試料容器の幅、高さ、または幅および高さを識別する
ように構成され動作可能なコンピュータと、
を有する品質チェックモジュール。 - 前記撮像位置を囲むハウジングを有する請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記撮像位置を囲む後方照明を有する請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記撮像位置を囲む前面照明を有する請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記撮像位置はトラック上にあり、前記試料容器は前記トラック上を移動可能なキャリアの受容器で受けられるように構成された請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記試料容器の蓋の種類を識別するように動作可能な請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記試料容器のラベルを識別するように動作可能な請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記最適に露光された画素の前記分類は複数の学習セットから生成されたマルチクラス分類器に基づく請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記マルチクラス分類器はサポートベクトルマシンを含む請求項17に記載の品質チェックモジュール。
- 前記試料容器の前記幅および高さに基づいて前記試料容器の内側幅を決定するように動作可能な請求項10に記載の品質チェックモジュール。

前記試料容器を受け付けるように構成された撮像位置周囲の複数の視点に配置された複数のカメラであって、前記複数のカメラのそれぞれは前記複数の視点から異なる露光時間および異なる公称波長を有する異なるスペクトルで前記試料容器の少なくとも一部の複数の画像を撮像するように構成された複数のカメラと、
前記複数のカメラに接続されたコンピュータであって、
スペクトルおよび視点毎に最適露光画像データを生成するために前記異なるスペクトルのそれぞれにおける前記異なる露光時間の前記画像から最適に露光された画素を選択し、
前記最適露光画像データを管、蓋、またはラベルの少なくとも1つとして分類し、
スペクトル毎の前記最適露光画像データに基づいて、前記試料容器の幅、高さ、または幅および高さを識別する
ように構成され動作可能なコンピュータと、
を有する品質チェックモジュールと、
を有する試料試験装置。
