Claims (15)
- 電極組立体が収納される収納部及び前記収納部を封止する封止部を有する複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記バッテリーセルの少なくとも一部を囲み、前記バッテリーセルと面接触する熱伝導シートと、
前記熱伝導シートの内側に位置し、少なくとも一部分が前記バッテリーセルの収納部と接触するサイド冷却フィンと、
前記熱伝導シートと接触する冷却プレートと、を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記サイド冷却フィンは、少なくとも一部が前記バッテリーセルの封止部と接触し、少なくとも一部が前記熱伝導シートと接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記サイド冷却フィンは、
前記封止部が収容される収容部と、
前記封止部の一側面と接触する第1リング部と、
前記封止部の他側面と接触する第2リング部と、を含み、
前記第1リング部と前記第2リング部とは、前記収容部によって相互連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第1リング部及び前記第2リング部が、各々内部に空間を有し、少なくとも一側が開放された形状として提供されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1リング部及び前記第2リング部が、前記収容部を中心に相互対称形状として提供されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記封止部が、折り畳まれて前記収容部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記第1リング部及び前記第2リング部は、各々少なくとも一部が前記バッテリーセルの収納部の側面、前記封止部及び前記熱伝導シートと接触することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝導シートのうち各々前記第1リング部及び前記第2リング部と接触する部分が、ラウンドされた形状として提供されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記熱伝導シートが、グラファイトシートとして提供され、
前記サイド冷却フィンが、アルミニウム材質として提供されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセル、前記サイド冷却フィン及び前記冷却プレートが、順次に第1方向に沿って並んで配置され、
前記熱伝導シートが、前記バッテリーセルの前記第1方向に垂直した面の一部と、前記サイド冷却フィンの側面の少なくとも一部と、を全て囲むように提供されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記熱伝導シートと前記冷却プレートとの間に位置し、前記熱伝導シートの熱を前記冷却プレートへ伝達する冷却パッドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却パッドの一面が前記熱伝導シートと結合し、前記冷却パッドの他面が前記冷却プレートと結合し、前記冷却パッドと結合する前記熱伝導シートがラウンドされた形状として提供されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 内部に冷却流体が流れ、前記冷却プレートと熱交換するヒートシンクをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項13のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項14に記載のバッテリーパックを含む自動車。
