Claims (14)
- 第1のビームと、第1のビームに取り付けられるように構成されたカバープレートを備え、
第1のビームは、その長さの少なくとも第1の位置に沿って、実質的にU字形状の断面であり、
U字形状は、底部壁、及び2つの側壁を備え、
断面はさらに、2つの側壁の少なくとも1つの端部において、外側に突き出る側面のフランジと、側壁と外側に突き出る側面のフランジの間の接合部に溝を備え、
溝は、溝の底部においてまたは近くに第1の接合領域を有し、
第1の接合領域は、実質的に平坦であり、
カバープレートは、実質的に平坦の第2の接合領域を有し、
カバープレートは、第1及び第2の接合領域で第1のビームと溶接され、
第1の接合領域と第2の接合領域は、約2−10mmの幅を有している、構造ビーム。 - 2つの側壁のそれぞれの端部において外側に突き出る側面のフランジと、側壁とそれぞれの外側に突き出る側面のフランジの間の接合部に溝を備え、
それぞれの溝は、溝の底部においてまたは近くに第1の接合領域を有し、
第1の接合領域は、実質的に平坦である、請求項1に記載の構造ビーム。 - さらにU字形状の底部壁において溝を備える、請求項1または2に記載の構造ビーム。
- さらにU字形状の側壁の少なくとも1つにおいて、少なくとも1つの遷移領域を備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の構造ビーム。
- カバープレートは、第1のビームのほぼ全長に沿って延在し、第1のビームと合わせて閉じた構造を形成する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の構造ビーム。
- カバープレートは、第1のビームにレーザ溶接されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の構造ビーム。
- 第1のビームは、22MnB5スチールで作られている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の構造ビーム。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の構造ビームを備えるBピラー。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の構造ビームを備えるAピラー。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の構造ビームを備えるバンパ。
- 車の構造ビームを製造する方法であって、
第1のビームと第1のビームに取り付けられるように構成されたカバープレートを供給することであって、
第1のビームは、その長さの少なくとも第1の部分に沿って実質的にU字形状の断面を有し、
U字形状は、底部壁と2つの側壁を備え、
U字形状は、さらに2つの側壁の少なくとも1つの端部において、外側に突き出る側面のフランジと、側壁と外側に突き出る側面のフランジの間の接合部に溝と、を有し、
溝は、溝の底部においてまたは近くに、第1の接合領域を有し、
第1の接合領域は、実質的に平坦であり、
カバープレートは、実質的に平坦な第2の接合領域を有し、
第1の接合領域と第2の接合領域は、約2−10mmの幅を有する、第1のビームとカバープレートを供給することと、
第1及び第2の接合領域において、第1のビームとカバープレートとを溶接することを備える方法。 - 溶接は、レーザ溶接を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- レーザ溶接は、遠隔レーザ溶接である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第1のビームとカバープレートを供給することは、第1のビーム及び/またはカバープレートを熱間成形することを備える、請求項11乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
