Abstract
Description
本願は、「VAPOR COMPRESSION SYSTEM」と題された、2015年12月21日に出願された、米国仮特許出願第62/270,164号明細書の優先権および利益を主張し、その開示は、全ての目的のために、その全体が参照により本明細書に援用される。
Claims (20)
- 蒸気圧縮システムであって、
冷媒ループと、
前記冷媒ループに沿って配置されるとともに冷媒を前記冷媒ループを通して循環させるように構成された圧縮器と、
前記冷媒ループに沿って配置されるとともに前記冷媒を冷却液と熱交換関係に置くように構成された熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器が、第1長さを有する水室部分と、第2長さを有するシェルと、前記シェルに配置されるとともに前記冷却液を流すように構成された複数のチューブと、第3長さを有する冷却液部分とを含み、前記水室部分および前記冷却液部分が、前記第1長さと、前記第2長さと、前記第3長さとが、標的長さに実質的に等しい前記熱交換器の組み合わされた長さを形成するように、前記シェルへ結合される熱交換器と
を含む蒸気圧縮システム。 - 前記熱交換器が、第4長さを有する追加的な水室部分を含み、前記追加的な水室部分が、前記第1長さと、前記第2長さと、前記第3長さと、前記第4長さとが、前記標的長さに実質的に等しい前記熱交換器の前記組み合わされた長さを形成するように、前記冷却液部分に結合される、請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記冷却液部分が前記熱交換器のエコノマイザーであるように、前記冷却液部分が、前記シェルがコンデンサとして作動するときに前記シェルからの前記冷媒を受けるように、および、前記シェルが蒸発器として作動するときに前記冷媒を前記シェルに方向付けるように構成される、請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記冷却液部分が追加的な複数のチューブを含み、前記追加的な複数のチューブの数が前記複数のチューブの数と同じであり、前記追加的な複数のチューブが前記複数のチューブと実質的に整列させられる、請求項3に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記熱交換器の前記エコノマイザーが、前記冷媒を膨張させるとともに、前記冷媒を気体部分と液体部分とに分離するように構成される、請求項3に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記エコノマイザーが、前記気体部分を前記圧縮器に方向付けるように構成される、請求項5に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記熱交換器がデュアルパス熱交換器として作動するように構成されるとともに、前記水室部分に位置付けられた仕切りプレートを含む、請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記仕切りプレートが、前記複数のチューブを第1パスチューブと第2パスチューブとに分離するように構成され、前記冷却液が、前記第1パスチューブ、次いで前記第2パスチューブを通るように方向付けられる、請求項7に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記冷媒が前記圧縮器に入る前に前記冷媒を蒸発させるように構成された蒸発器を含む、請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記熱交換器が、前記圧縮器を出る前記冷媒を凝結させるように構成されたコンデンサであり、前記標的長さが前記蒸発器の第3長さに実質的に等しい、請求項9に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 蒸気圧縮システムであって、
冷媒ループと、
前記冷媒ループに沿って配置されるとともに冷媒を前記冷媒ループを通して循環させるように構成された圧縮器と、
前記冷媒ループに沿って配置されるとともに前記冷媒が前記圧縮器に方向付けられる前に前記冷媒を蒸発させるように構成された蒸発器であって、第1長さを含む、蒸発器と、
前記圧縮器の下流に前記冷媒ループに沿って配置されるとともに前記冷媒を冷却液と熱交換関係に置くように構成されたコンデンサであって、前記コンデンサが、第2長さを有する水室部分と、第3長さを有するシェルと、前記シェルにおいて配置された複数のチューブと、第4長さを有する冷却液部分とを含み、前記水室部分および前記冷却液部分が各々前記シェルに、前記第2長さと、前記第3長さと、前記第4長さとが、前記第1長さに実質的に等しい前記コンデンサの組み合わされた長さを形成するように、結合される、コンデンサと
を含む、蒸気圧縮システム。 - 前記冷却液部分が前記熱交換器のエコノマイザーまたは過冷却器であるように、前記冷却液部分が前記シェルからの前記冷媒を受けるように構成される、請求項11に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記熱交換器がデュアルパス熱交換器として作動するように、前記水室部分が第1仕切りプレートを含み、前記冷却液部分が第2の仕切りプレートを含む、請求項11に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記熱交換器が、第5長さを有するとともに、前記第2長さと、前記第3長さと、前記第4長さと、前記第5長さとが、前記第1長さに実質的に等しい前記コンデンサの前記組み合わされた長さを形成するように、前記冷却液部分に結合された追加的な水室部分を含む、請求項11に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 蒸気圧縮システムであって、
冷媒ループと、
前記冷媒ループに沿って配置されるとともに冷媒を前記冷媒ループを通して循環させるように構成された圧縮器と、
前記冷媒ループに沿って配置されるとともに前記冷媒を冷却液と熱交換関係に置くように構成された熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器が、第1長さを有する第1水室部分と、第2長さを有するシェルと、前記シェルに配置されるとともに前記冷却液を流すように構成された複数のチューブと、第3長さを有する冷却液部分と、第4長さを有する第2水室部分とを含み、前記第1長さと、前記第2長さと、前記第3長さと、前記第4長さとが、標的長さに実質的に等しい前記熱交換器の組み合わされた長さを形成するように、前記第1水室部分が前記シェルの第1端へ結合され、前記冷却液部分が前記第1端の反対側の前記シェルの第2端に結合され、前記第2水室部分が前記冷却液部分に結合される、熱交換器と
を含む蒸気圧縮システム。 - コンデンサであって、第5長さを有するとともに、前記冷媒を凝結するために、前記圧縮器からの前記冷媒を受けるように構成されたコンデンサを含む、請求項15に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記熱交換器が、前記圧縮器に入る前記冷媒を蒸発させるように構成された蒸発器であり、前記標的長さが前記第5長さである、請求項16に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記冷却液部分が前記熱交換器のエコノマイザーであるように、前記冷却液部分が、前記シェルがコンデンサとして作動するときに前記シェルからの前記冷媒を受けるように、および、前記シェルが蒸発器として作動するときに前記冷媒を前記シェルに方向付けるように構成される、請求項15に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記熱交換器が二重パス熱交換器として作動するように、前記第1水室部分が第1仕切りプレートを含み、前記第2水室部分が第2の仕切りプレートを含む、請求項15に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 前記冷媒が、最大でカ氏66度の標準沸点を有する、請求項15に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
