Claims (25)
- マウスピース部と、同マウスピース部を通る1つまたは複数の気道内腔を画定する開口部と、
前記1つ以上の気道内腔と流体連通し、ユーザが前記1つ以上の気道内腔を吸息または呼息するときに気道内圧を検知するように構成される第1のセンサと、
前記ユーザの一部に接触するためにハンドピース上に配置され、前記ユーザからの生理的信号を検知するように構成される第2のセンサと、
前記第1のセンサおよび前記第2のセンサと通信する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1のセンサから受信した前記気道内圧の圧力オシレーションを、前記第2のセンサから受信した心拍と、または大まかな気道内圧に対応する圧力データと相関させるようにプログラムされることを特徴とする気道装置。 - 前記第2のセンサは、心電図センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のセンサは、前記気道内圧における心原性オシレーションを検知するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記気道内圧内の前記圧力オシレーションを、前記生理的信号から検知される収縮期脈拍データまたは拡張期脈拍データと相関させるようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記気道内圧内の前記圧力オシレーションを、前記生理的信号から検知されるQRS複合体と相関させるようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のセンサは、パルスオキシメータまたはフォトプレチスモグラフセンサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のセンサは、同第2のセンサが前記ユーザの手または指に接触するように前記ハンドピースの表面上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記気道内圧の前記圧力オシレーションを前記心拍のタイミングに案内(gate)するようにさらにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ユーザからの呼息中に前記気道内圧を検知し、同気道内圧が予め定められた範囲内にあるかどうかを判断するようにさらにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ユーザから結果として生じる呼息を検知するようにさらにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記結果として生じる呼息は、前記ユーザが修正バルサルバ法の操作を行った結果であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記結果として生じる呼息が予め定められた圧力の範囲内にあるかどうかを前記ユーザに示すようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記予め定められた圧力範囲が約5乃至20mmHg(約0.666kPa乃至約2.666kPa)であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、予め定められた期間にわたって前記結果として生じる呼息を検知するようにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記予め定められた期間は、約10秒までであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記結果として生じる呼息のパラメータに関して前記ユーザにフィードバックを提供するようにさらにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記装置から遠隔に位置するサーバをさらに備え、前記装置は前記サーバと通信することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記ユーザに、前記ユーザの物理的位置を変更するように求めるプロンプトを提供するようにさらにプログラムされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記物理的位置が仰臥位または座位を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記マウスピース部および前記開口部は、互いに分離された呼息気道内腔および吸息気道内腔を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記呼息気道内腔または前記吸息気道内腔が、一方向弁をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の気道内腔を通る空気流を制限するリストリクタをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記第1のセンサおよび前記第2のセンサと通信するスマートフォンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置上に配置され、前記ユーザの唾液中の検体または化合物を検知するように構成された第3のセンサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の気道内腔と流体連通し、前記1つまたは複数の気道内腔を通る前記大まかな気道内圧を検知するように構成された第3のセンサをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
