Claims (10)
- バイタルサインモニタリングのためのモニタリング装置に備え付けられる医療センサであって、
基板と、前記基板の対向する側の1つに設けられる電極パターンとを備えるフレキシブル回路層と、
前記フレキシブル回路層に積層される発泡層であって、前記発泡層に対向する前記電極パターンと位置合わせして開口部を形成する発泡層と、
前記フレキシブル回路層と前記発泡層との間に挟まれて、前記発泡層を前記フレキシブル回路層に接合する接着層であって、前記接着層は、前記発泡層の前記開口部と位置合わせして開口部を形成し、前記接着層の面積は、前記発泡層の面積よりも小さく、前記発泡層の周囲に隣接する部分は、前記接着層によって覆われず、前記接着層によって前記フレキシブル回路層に接合されない、接着層と、
前記発泡層及び前記電極パターンの前記開口部を介して、前記電極パターンに配設されて、前記電極パターンに電気的に接続されることができるゲルスポンジと、
を備えることを特徴とする医療センサ。 - 前記発泡層の前記周囲は、前記フレキシブル回路層の周囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療センサ。
- 前記ゲルスポンジの厚さは、前記発泡層及び前記接着層の合計の厚さよりもわずかに大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療センサ。
- 前記電極パターンは、導電性インクで、前記基板上に印刷されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療センサ。
- 前記導電性インクは、熱可塑性導電性インクであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の医療センサ。
- 更に、前記発泡層の前記フレキシブル回路層と反対の側に接着される剥離ライナを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療センサ。
- 更に、前記フレキシブル回路層の前記基板の前記発泡層と反対の側に、前記電極パターンと位置合わせして配設される補強材を備え、前記補強材は、前記電極パターンの形状を保つのに十分な硬さであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療センサ。
- 前記補強材は、大きさ及び形状が前記電極パターンと実質的に同じであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の医療センサ。
- 前記基板は、実質的に円形の本体部と、前記本体部の周囲から延在して、ユーザが前記医療センサを扱いやすくするタブとを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療センサ。
- 前記フレキシブル回路層は、更に、前記基板上に設けられる複数のトレースを備え、前記基板は、実質的に円形の本体部と、前記本体部の周囲から延在する尾部とを備え、前記電極パターンは、前記本体部に設けられ、前記複数の導電トレースは、前記尾部に設けられ、前記尾部に沿って延在し、前記複数の導電トレースの両端は、それぞれ、前記電極パターン及び前記モニタリング装置に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療センサ。
