図1は、本実施形態に係る電動シリンダ100の外観構成を示す図であり、図2は、本実施形態に係る電動シリンダ100の内部構成を示す図である。図1,2に示す電動シリンダ100は、電動機10と、電動機10に接続された回転伝達機構20と、回転伝達機構20に接続されたシリンダ部30とを備える。シリンダ部30は、第1の筒部31及び第2の筒部32を備え、内部にロッド36が配されている。

Claims (2)
- 電動機の回転運動を直線運動に変換するねじ機構部と、
前記ねじ機構部の直線運動により往復運動するロッドと、
前記ロッドの揺動を規制するブッシュ部材と、
前記ロッドの軸方向に沿って設けられたロッド溝部に挿入されて前記ロッドの回転を規制するキー部材とを備え、
前記ねじ機構部内には潤滑剤が封止され、
前記ブッシュ部材は、潤滑剤が埋め込まれた複数の孔を有し、
前記キー部材は、潤滑剤が埋め込まれた複数の孔を有することを特徴とする電動シリンダ。 - 前記ねじ機構部内の潤滑剤は半固体であり、前記ブッシュ部材及び前記キー部材の潤滑剤は固体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動シリンダ。
