Claims (9)
- 流体を供給・排出する流体給排管に接続可能な剛性を有する筒状の口金を一端に突設した膨縮自在な内装バッグと、前記内装バッグの膨張規制と防護用に前記内装バッグを被包する外装バッグとを備える止流プラグであって、
前記外装バッグの口元を介して前記口金を外嵌圧着するカシメリングを備えており、
前記カシメリングの内周面には、前記カシメリングの内側に向けて突出する突出部が形成されている止流プラグ。 - 前記突出部は、前記カシメリングの周方向に沿って環状に形成されている請求項1に記載の止流プラグ。
- 前記カシメリングの軸方向に沿って、前記環状の突出部が、所定間隔をあけて複数形成されており、各環状の突出部同士の間に溝部が形成されている請求項2に記載の止流プラグ。
- 前記カシメリングの軸方向に沿った断面視において、前記溝部は、前記カシメリング中心方向側の開口幅が、溝底部の幅よりも幅広となるように形成されている請求項3に記載の止流プラグ。
- 前記開口幅は、前記溝底部の幅の2倍以上4倍以下である請求項4に記載の止流プラグ。
- 前記カシメリングの軸方向に沿った断面視において、前記各突出部は、前記溝底部から前記カシメリングの内側に向けて伸びる一対の側面部と、当該一対の側面部の前記カシメリングの内側の端部同士を接続する先端部とを備えており、前記先端部は、前記カシメリングの軸方向に沿う平坦部を有している請求項3から5のいずれかに記載の止流プラグ。
- 前記先端部と前記各側面部との接続部分には、前記平坦部に接続される突出部面取り部が形成されている請求項6に記載の止流プラグ。
- 前記カシメリングの開口部における内周面側の角部には、面取り部が形成されている請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の止流プラグ。
- 前記カシメリングの開口部における内周面は、前記カシメリングの軸方向外側に向かうに従って徐々に拡径するテーパ―状に形成されている請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の止流プラグ。
