From the results shown in Table 1, the pseudo care odor compositions of Examples 1 to 6 to which the present invention is applied are superior in similarity to care odor compared to Comparative Examples 1 to 3 that do not contain the component (A). I was able to confirm. Moreover, even if it was a case where odor intensity | strength is not strong like Examples 1-3, the pseudo care odor composition of this invention has confirmed that the similarity with a care odor can be actually felt. On the other hand, it was confirmed that Comparative Examples 1-3 which do not contain a component (A) are somewhat inferior in the similarity with a care odor. From the above results, it was confirmed that the pseudo care odor composition of the present invention can reproduce the care odor more faithfully.
(2) Evaluation of deodorizing effect using simulated nursing odor composition <Preparation of test sample>
Components (A) to (C) and propylene glycol were mixed in the proportions described in Example 5 to prepare a pseudo care odor composition. 0.6 g of the prepared pseudo-care odor composition was dropped onto a 90 mm × 90 mm evaluation filter paper to obtain an evaluation sample.
<Preparation of deodorant>
A deodorant was prepared by mixing 0.1% sodium benzoate, 5% tannin, 5% ethanol, and water (remaining amount).
<Evaluation criteria for odor intensity>
Evaluation was performed using the same criteria as in the above [Evaluation of odor intensity].
<Deodorization test>
Prepare two test samples, store the deodorant prepared on only one side in a commercially available trigger type spray container, spray three times, put each test sample in a different 10 liter dedora bag and leave it for 30 minutes, The strength of the care odor of the two samples was evaluated from the odor intensity in the bag.
As a result, the odor intensity of the sample not sprayed with the deodorant was 3.8, but the odor intensity of the sample sprayed with the deodorant was reduced to 2.7. It was judged to be suitable as a care odor indicator substance and deodorant effect evaluation method.
