Abstract
Description
粒子サイズ分析器、Malvern Mastersizer 2000を用いて粒子サイズを検出した。
得られた水性白色ペーストを、水溶性ポリウレタン分散剤(PUD)と共に10wt%のTiO2粉末を含有する白色インク組成物に配合した(formulated into)。前処理液で処理した黒色布に、塗工機(湿式被膜塗工機ZEHNTNER ZUA2000及び電気塗工機ZEHNTNER ZAA)を用いたスクレーパー塗工プロセスにより、白色インク組成物を塗布した。塗工速度は5mm/sとし、塗膜の厚さは150μmとした。次いで、黒色布上の塗膜を、加熱プレス機を用いて165℃、90秒間の加熱プレスプロセスにより定着させた。定着プロセス後の白色インク組成物で被覆された黒色布をDatacolor400で検出した。ここで用いた照明源は、D65に近似するようにフィルタリングを行い、CIE白色度を測定した。代替的には、定着プロセス後の白色インク組成物で被覆された黒色布を目視検査により検出した。

- 40wt%〜70wt%のTiO2粉末と、
1wt%〜5wt%の湿潤剤と、
2wt%〜12wt%の分散剤と、
残部の水と、を備え、
前記TiO2粉末がルチルTiO2粉末であり、前記湿潤剤が脂肪酸誘導体であり、前記分散剤がアクリル酸共重合体である、デジタルテキスタイル印刷インク用超高白色度水性白色ペースト。 - 前記分散剤がアニオン性分散剤、非イオン性分散剤又はそれらの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の超高白色度水性白色ペースト。
- 前記分散剤が前記アニオン性分散剤である、請求項2に記載の超高白色度水性白色ペースト。
- 前記脂肪酸誘導体の分子量が500〜2000の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の超高白色度水性白色ペースト。
