Claims (14)
- 当該スリーブ(7)内に、センサ受け又はセンサハウジング受け(3)と、前記センサ受け又はセンサハウジング受け(3)を前記スリーブ(7)の当該内部と連結するスリーブ穴(5)とが組み込まれていることを特徴とするスリーブ(7)。
- 前記スリーブ穴(5)は、前記スリーブ(5)の軸方向延伸線に対して垂直に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスリーブ(7)。
- 前記スリーブ穴(5)と前記センサ受け又はセンサハウジング受け(3)とは互いに平行をなして、好ましくは互いに同軸をなして、延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のスリーブ(7)。
- 前記スリーブ(7)は、前記スリーブ(7)の当該内部において、前記スリーブ穴(5)の開口の両端にそれぞれ一つの導管部(1.1、1.2)用の当該導管断面を狭めるストッパを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)。
- 前記スリーブ(7)は、ニッケル安定化特殊鋼、好ましくは、材質番号1.4435又は1.4404、から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)。
- 当該導管(1)はその軸方向延伸が二つの導管部(1.1、1.2)に分割されて、双方の導管部(1.1、1.2)が当該スリーブ(7)によって連結され、その際、双方の導管部(1.1、1.2)は互いに間隔aを保って配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)を備えた導管(1)。
- 前記双方の導管部(1.1、1.2)間の前記間隔aは、少なくとも、前記スリーブ穴(5)の直径と同じ大きさであり、前記双方の導管部(1.1、1.2)は、当該スリーブ(7)内において、前記スリーブ穴(5)の両端で終止していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のスリーブ(7)を備えた導管(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(7)は、前記スリーブ穴(5)の領域において、縮小した内径を有し、該内径は、基本的に、前記導管部(1.1、1.2)の内径に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載のスリーブ(7)を備えた導管(1)。
- 前記センサ受け又はセンサハウジング受け(3)にセンサが結合されており、その際、好ましくは、前記センサハウジング受け(3)は、前記センサが螺挿された又は螺挿可能な雌ねじ(4)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)を備えた導管(1)。
- 前記導管(1)は、好ましくは燃料電池用の、水素導管であることを特徴とする、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)を備えた導管(1)。
- 前記導管部(1.1、1.2)は、好ましくは、それぞれ周回溶接継ぎ目(8)によって、最も好ましくは溶接材料1.4430によるWIG溶接によって、前記スリーブ(7)と材料一体接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)を備えた導管(1)。
- 前記スリーブ(7)内に、前記センサ受け又はセンサハウジング受け(3)用の穴と、前記センサ受け又はセンサハウジング受け(3)を前記スリーブ(7)の当該内部と連結するスリーブ穴(5)とが穿孔されるか、又は、
前記スリーブが3Dプリントによって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)によるセンサコネクタ製造方法。 - 前記導管(1)内を誘導される流体の特性をセンサによって測定すべく、導管(1)にセンサを取り付けるための方法であって、
a)前記導管(1)が二つの導管部(1.1、1.2)に分割されるか又は前記導管が分割された二つの導管部(1.1、1.2)から形成され、
b)前記導管部(1.1、1.2)が、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ(7)内に、前記導管部(1.1、1.2)の間に間隔(a)が残されるようにして差し込まれ、
c)前記スリーブ(7)の前記センサ受け又はセンサハウジング受け(3)内にセンサが挿入される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記導管部(1.1、1.2)と前記スリーブ(7)とが、好ましくはそれぞれ周回溶接継ぎ目(8)によって、互いに材料一体接合されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
