Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の一実施の形態である車両用電源装置10が搭載された車両11の構成例を示す概略図である。図1に示すように、車両11には、動力源であるエンジン12を備えたパワーユニット13が搭載されている。エンジン12のクランク軸14には、ベルト機構15を介してモータジェネレータ(発電機)16が連結されている。また、エンジン12にはトルクコンバータ17を介して変速機構18が連結されており、変速機構18にはデファレンシャル機構19等を介して車輪20が連結されている。さらに、パワーユニット13には、エンジン12のクランク軸14を始動回転させるスタータモータ21が設けられている。
車両用電源装置10が備える電源回路30について説明する。図2は電源回路30の一例を簡単に示した回路図である。図2に示すように、電源回路30は、モータジェネレータ16に電気的に接続されるリチウムイオンバッテリ(第1蓄電体)31と、これと並列にモータジェネレータ16に電気的に接続される鉛バッテリ(第2蓄電体)32と、を備えている。なお、リチウムイオンバッテリ31を積極的に放電させるため、リチウムイオンバッテリ31の端子電圧は、鉛バッテリ32の端子電圧よりも高く設計されている。また、リチウムイオンバッテリ31を積極的に充放電させるため、リチウムイオンバッテリ31の内部抵抗は、鉛バッテリ32の内部抵抗よりも小さく設計されている。
図1に示すように、車両用電源装置10は、パワーユニット13や電源回路30等を互いに協調させて制御するため、マイコン等からなるメインコントローラ70を有している。このメインコントローラ70には、スロットルバルブやインジェクタ等のエンジン補機71を制御するエンジン制御部72、モータジェネレータ16を制御するモータ制御部73、スイッチSW1,SW2を制御するスイッチ制御部74、およびスタータリレー28を制御するスタータ制御部75等が設けられている。
メインコントローラ70は、リチウムイオンバッテリ31の充電状態SOCに基づいて、モータジェネレータ16の目標発電電圧を設定する。そして、メインコントローラ70は、目標発電電圧をISGコントローラ24に出力し、後述するように、モータジェネレータ16を燃焼発電状態や発電休止状態に制御する。
前述したように、スタータボタン27が押し込み操作された場合には、スタータリレー28がON状態に制御され、消費電力の大きなスタータモータ21に対する通電が開始される。このとき、電源回路30に大きな電流が流れてしまう虞があるため、メインコントローラ70は、電力ヒューズ63の不必要な溶断を回避する観点から、スタータボタン操作に伴ってスイッチSW1,SW2を制御している。以下、スタータボタン27が操作された場合のスイッチSW1,SW2およびスタータリレー28の制御手順について説明する。図7はメインコントローラ70のスイッチ制御部74およびスタータ制御部75による制御手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。また、図8はスタータボタン27が操作された場合の電流供給状況の一例を示す図である。
前述の説明では、スタータボタン27が操作された場合に、スイッチSW1,SW2の双方にOFF信号を出力しているが、これに限られることはなく、スイッチSW1だけにOFF信号を出力しても良く、スイッチSW2だけにOFF信号を出力しても良い。以下、スタータボタン27が操作された場合のスイッチSW1,SW2およびスタータリレー28の制御手順の他の例について説明する。ここで、図11はメインコントローラ70のスイッチ制御部74およびスタータ制御部75による制御手順の一例を示すフローチャートである。また、図12(a)および(b)は、スタータボタン27が操作された場合の電流供給状況の一例を示す図である。

Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載される車両用電源装置であって、
エンジンに回転駆動される発電機と、前記発電機に接続される第1蓄電体と、を備える第1電源系と、
前記エンジンを始動回転させるスタータモータと、前記スタータモータに接続される第2蓄電体と、を備える第2電源系と、
前記第1電源系と前記第2電源系とを互いに接続する通電経路に設けられる電力ヒューズと、
前記電力ヒューズと前記第1蓄電体とを接続する導通状態と、前記電力ヒューズと前記第1蓄電体とを切り離す遮断状態と、に制御されるスイッチと、
前記スタータモータと前記第2蓄電体とを接続する導通状態と、前記スタータモータと前記第2蓄電体とを切り離す遮断状態と、に制御されるスタータリレーと、
前記エンジンを始動する際に、乗員に操作される乗員操作部と、
前記乗員操作部が操作された場合に、前記スタータリレーを導通状態に制御する導通信号を出力するスタータ制御部と、
前記乗員操作部が操作された場合に、前記スイッチを遮断状態に制御する遮断信号を出力するスイッチ制御部と、
