Claims (11)
- 画像支援型低侵襲性手術のための医療用照準装置、マーカ、センサ又は外科用機器を設置するための装置であって:
好ましくは接着層を用いて身体の表面上に位置決めできる、少なくとも1つの支持要素;及び
高精度位置決めユニット
を備える、装置において、
前記支持要素(1)は、前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)用の少なくとも1つのぴったりしたホルダ(3)を備え;
前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、前記ホルダ(3)に適合した相補的形状(3c)を有する
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記支持要素(1)は、特に前記支持要素(1)内における真空解除又は真空化により、形状安定状態から変形できる状態へ(及びその逆へ)と可逆的に移行でき;
前記支持要素(1)の、患者上への設置は、真空及び/又は接着によって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記ぴったりしたホルダ(3)は、前記支持要素(1)のカバーに接着されるか又は一体化されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ホルダ(3)は、少なくとも1つの鉤型(3a)及び/又は少なくとも1つの係止ボルト(3b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、特に過負荷保護デバイスと共に、上下に重ねて配設された少なくとも2つのクロススライド(2a)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、調節ホイール(2b)によって調節できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、ボーデンケーブル(2c)、若しくは可撓性のシャフトを有する調節スピンドル(2d)を介して、及び/又は油圧/空圧/モータによって、特に複数の軸において遠隔操作できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ホルダ(3)は、平板状、特にT字状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の少なくともいくつかの構成要素は、滅菌済みの使い捨て品として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)及び/又は駆動モジュールは、それ自体の目盛りを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、力センサ及び/又は光センサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
