Claims (9)
- 画像支援型低侵襲性手術のための医療用照準装置、マーカ、センサ又は外科用機器を設置するための装置であって:
接着層を用いて患者の表面上に位置決めできる、少なくとも1つの支持要素
;及び
高精度位置決めユニット
を備える、装置において、
前記支持要素(1)は、前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)用の少なくとも1つのぴったりしたホルダ(3)を備え;
前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、前記ホルダ(3)の相補的形状に適合した相補的形状(3c)を有し、
前記支持要素(1)は、前記支持要素(1)内における真空解除により、形状安定状態から変形できる状態へ、また前記支持要素(1)内における真空化により変形できる状態から形状安定状態へと移行でき;
前記支持要素(1)の、患者上への設置は、少なくとも真空によって実施され、
前記支持要素(1)は、前記患者の背部を囲むトンネル状の形状をもつとともに形状安定性を有するシェルを含み、前記支持要素(1)は真空解除してはじめて患者から取り除かれ、
前記ぴったりしたホルダ(3)は、前記支持要素(1)のカバーに接着され、かつ前記ぴったりしたホルダ(3)はプレート形状を有し、
前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、上下に重ねて配設された少なくとも2つのクロススライド(2a)を備える、ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記ホルダ(3)は、少なくとも1つの鉤型(3a)及び/又は少なくとも1つの係止ボルト(3b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、過負荷保護デバイスを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、調節ホイール(2b)によって調節できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、ボーデンケーブル(2c)、若しくは可撓性のシャフトを有する調節スピンドル(2d)を介して、及び/又は油圧/空圧/モータによって、複数の軸において遠隔操作できることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ホルダ(3)は、平板状、特にT字状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置の少なくともいくつかの構成要素は、滅菌済みの使い捨て品として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)及び/又は駆動モジュールは、それ自体の目盛りを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記高精度位置決めユニット(2)は、力センサ及び/又は光センサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
