Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable wearing article.
A pants-type disposable wearing article, such as a pants-type disposable diaper, is an integral exterior body from the front body to the back body, or an exterior body provided separately for the front body and the back body, and an intermediate portion in the width direction of the exterior body Attached to the inner body covering the front and rear sides of the crotch part, the side seal part joined to both sides of the outer body of the front body and both sides of the outer body of the rear body, the waist opening and the pair of left and right legs What has an opening is common.
In a general pants-type disposable wearing article, the exterior body elastically expands and contracts in the width direction in the waist area corresponding to the side seal portion and the middle area located between the front and back waist areas. It has a stretchable structure. A typical example of this stretchable structure includes an elongated elastic member provided between the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer along the stretch direction and spaced from each other. The non-woven fabric layer forms a planar stretchable region and plays a role of covering and concealing the elastic member, and the elastic member built in between the outer non-woven fabric layer and the inner non-woven fabric layer generates a force for elastic stretching. It plays a role. The elastic member is fixed in the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer adjacent to both the front and back sides of the elastic member at least at portions located at both ends of the elastic region in the stretched state. By this fixing, the elastic member, the outer nonwoven fabric layer, and the inner nonwoven fabric layer are integrated, and the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer are contracted by the contracting force of the elastic member to include ridges (including ridges. Natural length state only) In addition, the elastic member is formed even when the elastic member is extended. Hereinafter, the elastic member is also simply referred to as a heel, and when the elastic member is extended against the contraction force of the elastic member, the heel is expanded. . Usually, the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer are in a developed state having no wrinkles at the limit of elastic elongation, wrinkles are offset as the elastic member contracts, and wrinkles are most densely observed in the natural length state.
In such a stretchable structure, if the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer are free from each other, one nonwoven fabric layer may partially or entirely float with respect to the other nonwoven fabric layer, thereby causing unnecessary wrinkles and swelling. Therefore, the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer need to be joined directly or indirectly over almost the whole. Further, in order to produce elasticity by the elastic member, the elastic member extends over the entire expansion / contraction direction of the expansion / contraction region, and at least portions located at both ends of the expansion / contraction direction of the expansion / contraction region are formed on the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer. On the other hand, in the natural length state, the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer need to be contracted as the elastic member contracts. That is, it is necessary to bond the nonwoven fabric layers and fix the elastic member to the nonwoven fabric layers.
At present, as a means for fixing the elastic member to the nonwoven fabric layer, in most cases, a hot melt adhesive is selected. On the other hand, in order to reduce the amount of hot melt adhesive used, the bonding form between the nonwoven fabric layers is often performed by welding such as ultrasonic welding, but the form performed by the hot melt adhesive is also used firmly. ing. For example, by joining the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer adjacent to the front and back sides of the elastic member via a hot melt adhesive at the passage position of the elastic member, joining between the nonwoven fabric layers and fixing the elastic member to the nonwoven fabric layer In addition to the dual-purpose form, the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer are joined at a longitudinally striped sheet joining portion that is intermittently arranged in the stretching direction, and orthogonal to the stretching direction. The form which joins an outer side nonwoven fabric layer and an inner side nonwoven fabric layer by the horizontal stripe-like sheet | seat junction part arrange | positioned intermittently in the direction to extend | contract substantially in the expansion-contraction direction is known. (See
Of these, in the form of adopting a vertically striped sheet joining portion, the sheet joining portion becomes a groove continuous in a direction orthogonal to the expansion and contraction direction in a state where the sheet joining portion is contracted to some extent including a natural length state, and in a non-adhesive portion between the grooves The outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer bulge to the same extent in opposite directions (on both sides) to form wrinkles. In this case, since the portion between the ridges and the inner space of the ridges are continuous in the direction orthogonal to the expansion / contraction direction, not only is the air permeability in the direction orthogonal to the expansion / contraction direction excellent, but the appearance is also preferable due to the formation of the aligned ridges. It will be a thing.
On the other hand, pants-type disposable wearing articles are generally provided with so-called post-processing tape as post-processing means for fixing in a rolled state after use (see, for example,
However, when the joining of the outer nonwoven fabric layer and the inner nonwoven fabric layer in the exterior body is vertically striped at the fixed position of the post-treatment tape, when the post-treatment tape is peeled off or when the tensile force when winding the diaper is too strong The outer nonwoven fabric layer sometimes peeled off from the inner nonwoven fabric layer. In such a state, the outer nonwoven fabric layer will receive the force applied to the root of the post-treatment tape alone, the outer nonwoven fabric layer will break and the post-treatment tape will come off, or be firmly fixed with the post-treatment tape Could be difficult.
Here, the thing of
Then, the main subject of this invention is preventing a peeling of the nonwoven fabric layer of the exterior body in the base part of a post-processing tape with a simple structure.

(Function and effect)
The feature of this aspect is that not only the stretchable region but also the non-stretchable region having the post-processing tape is provided with a sheet joint portion, and among these, a portion to which a force is applied particularly in a portion overlapping the root portion of the post-process tape, that is, at least the main body portion The area ratio of the sheet joint portion in the region including the proximal end is higher than the area ratio of the sheet joint portion in the stretchable region. Thereby, the part to which force is applied when using the post-treatment tape is reinforced, and the outer nonwoven fabric layer is less likely to be peeled off from the inner nonwoven fabric layer. As a result, the outer nonwoven fabric layer is hardly broken. Furthermore, in this aspect, it is only necessary to locally change the area ratio of the sheet joint portion at the root portion of the post-processing tape, so that a reinforcing member and a manufacturing process for attaching the reinforcing member are not necessary.

<Second aspect>
The main body portion of the post-processing tape has a first portion extending from the waist opening side of the base portion to the crotch side, and a second portion folded back to the waist opening side at the tip of the first portion. , An adhesive layer is provided on a surface of the first portion facing the root portion and a surface of the second portion facing the first portion, and the first portion is formed by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The first part and the second part are fixed in a folded state on the root part, and the second part is adhered to the first part by the adhesive layer, respectively.
The outer nonwoven fabric layer includes a first region including a position of a base end of the first portion, a boundary position between the first portion and the second portion, and a second region spaced from the first region toward the crotch side. And having an area
The dimension in the width direction of the first region and the second region is 1.0 to 1.5 times the dimension in the width direction of the root portion,
The dimension in the front-rear direction of the first region is 0.1 to 0.5 times the dimension in the front-rear direction of the root portion,
The dimension in the front-rear direction of the second region is shorter than the dimension in the front-rear direction of the first region.
The area ratio of the sheet joint portion in the first region and the second region is higher than the area ratio of the sheet joint portion in the stretchable region,
The pants type disposable wearing article of the first aspect.
(Function and effect)
As a post-treatment tape for a pants-type disposable wearing article, a tape having a main body portion with a folding structure as in this embodiment is generally used. In such a post-processing tape, when the main body of the post-processing tape is peeled off vigorously, when the second part is peeled off and the first part starts to be peeled off, the direction in which the force is applied changes in the reverse direction at the turn-back position. At this time, a relatively large peeling force is applied to the root portion at the folding position, and the outer nonwoven fabric layer may peel from the inner nonwoven fabric layer starting from this position. Further, after the first part has been peeled off, the force concentrates on the base end of the first part. That is, these parts are particularly important parts for supporting the force when the post-treatment tape is peeled off or wound around the diaper.
Therefore, as in this aspect, only the first region including the position of the base end of the first portion and the second region including the turn-back position are less when the area ratio of the sheet joint portion is higher than the stretchable region. This is preferable because the outer nonwoven fabric layer can be effectively prevented from being peeled off by increasing the area ratio of the sheet bonding portion (that is, while suppressing curing). In addition, since the wrinkle is not formed in the non-stretchable region, when the area ratio of the sheet joint portion increases over a wide range of the portion that is not hidden by the post-processing tape, the touch tends to deteriorate, but in this case, the area ratio of the sheet joint portion The first region and the second region in which the height is high are almost hidden by the post-processing tape, and therefore, the influence on the touch is small.
<Third Aspect>
The width direction dimension of the sheet joint portion in the stretchable region is 0.08 to 0.17 times the width direction dimension of the root portion,
The interval in the width direction of the sheet joint portion in the stretchable region is 0.3 to 0.5 times the dimension in the width direction of the root portion,
In the first region and the second region, the dimension in the width direction of the sheet joint portion is 1/2 to 1 times the dimension in the width direction of the sheet joint portion in the stretchable region,
The interval in the width direction of the sheet joint portion in the first region and the second region is 1/6 to 3 times the dimension in the width direction of the sheet joint portion in the stretchable region,
The area ratio of the sheet joint portion in the first region and the second region is 2 to 6 times the area ratio of the sheet joint portion in the stretchable region.
The pants type disposable wearing article of the 2nd mode.
(Function and effect)
The size of the sheet joint portion in the first region, the second region, and the stretchable region, and the size relationship of the area ratio can be determined as appropriate, but in the normal case, the range of this aspect is preferable.
<Fourth aspect>
The outer nonwoven layer, fineness 1.8~6.0Dtex,
The pants type disposable wearing article according to any one of the first to third aspects.
(Function and effect)
In recent years, an air-through nonwoven fabric as described in this section is often used as an outer nonwoven fabric layer in order to emphasize the softness of the touch when the product is picked up and the flexibility of the exterior body. When such a low-density and flexible air-through nonwoven fabric is used for the outer nonwoven fabric layer, of course, it has sufficient strength in normal use, but in a portion where stress is concentrated when the post-treatment tape is pulled excessively strongly The fiber bond of the outer nonwoven fabric layer is broken, and the outer nonwoven fabric layer is easily peeled off from the inner nonwoven fabric layer by so-called substrate destruction. Therefore, the reinforcement by the difference in the area ratio of the above-mentioned sheet joint portion is particularly significant in the case of this aspect.
<Fifth aspect>
The non-stretchable region is an unnecessary elastic member composed of at least one of a cutting remaining portion continuous from the elastic member in the stretchable region, and a cut piece of an elastic member not continuous with the elastic member in both the stretchable regions, and cutting of the elastic member A number of cut holes in the nonwoven fabric layer formed at intervals,
A root portion of the post-processing tape is fixed to the non-stretchable region,
The pants type disposable wearing article according to any one of the first to fourth aspects.
(Function and effect)
In the pants-type disposable wearing article, a large number of holes may be formed in the outer nonwoven fabric layer. For example, the waistline region and the intermediate region overlap with the front-rear direction range having the absorber, and there are inner and outer fixing portions for fixing the interior body to the exterior body in the range. Therefore, even if an elastic member is provided so as to cross the range in the front-rear direction having the absorber, its expansion / contraction function is limited by the rigidity of the absorber. In addition, the absorbent body may contract in the width direction, thereby deteriorating the wearing feeling and appearance, and the absorbent body may be twisted or cracked, resulting in a decrease in absorption performance. For this reason, conventionally, an elastic member is attached continuously along the width direction, and a non-stretchable region is formed by finely cutting almost the entire portion overlapping the absorber (for example, a patent)
However, when the non-stretchable region is formed by cutting the elastic member, a cut hole due to cutting or melting of the outer nonwoven fabric layer may be formed, and the presence of the cut hole reduces the strength of the outer nonwoven fabric layer. In particular, when such a cut hole is located at the root of the post-treatment tape, the outer non-woven fabric layer tears after the outer non-woven fabric layer peels from the inner non-woven fabric layer by excessively pulling the post-treatment tape ( Tearing). Therefore, the reinforcement by the difference in the area ratio of the above-mentioned sheet joint portion is particularly significant in the case of this aspect.
Also, when forming the non-stretchable region by cutting the elastic member, if the area ratio of the sheet joint portion is high over a wide range of the non-stretchable region, the elastic member is easily fixed at the sheet joint portion. There is a possibility that contraction of the elastic member is hindered. Therefore, when the non-stretchable region is formed by cutting the elastic member, it is preferable that the adhesion reinforcing portion is limited to a region substantially overlapping with the post-treatment tape as in the second aspect.

(Function and effect)
As described above, in the pants-type disposable wearing article, a large number of holes may be formed in the outer nonwoven fabric layer. For example, in order to mainly improve air permeability, it is known to provide a hole penetrating in the thickness direction in the outer nonwoven fabric layer (see, for example,

The holes are arranged in a matrix in which rows of holes lined up linearly at intervals in the front-rear direction are repeated at intervals in the width direction,
The interval in the width direction of the row of holes is narrower than the interval in the front-rear direction of the holes,
The pants type disposable wearing article of the 6th mode.
(Function and effect)
If the arrangement of the holes in the perforated nonwoven fabric is such a matrix with a narrow interval in the width direction, the outer nonwoven fabric layer is separated from or simultaneously with the outer nonwoven fabric layer by peeling the post-treatment tape excessively. In particular, it becomes easy to tear (break along the width direction). Therefore, the reinforcement by the difference in the area ratio of the above-mentioned sheet joint portion is particularly significant in the case of this aspect.
According to the present invention, there is an advantage that the non-woven fabric layer of the exterior body can be prevented from being peeled off at the base portion of the post-processing tape with a simple structure.
Hereinafter, an example of a pants-type disposable diaper will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The dotted pattern portion in the cross-sectional view shows an adhesive as a joining means for joining the constituent members located on the front side and the back side. Hot melt adhesives can be applied by known methods such as slot coating, continuous line or dotted line bead coating, spiral coating, Z coating, etc., or pattern coating (transfer of hot melt adhesive in relief printing). Can be applied. Instead of or together with this, at the fixing portion of the elastic member, the hot melt adhesive can be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the elastic member, and the elastic member can be fixed to the adjacent member. Examples of hot melt adhesives include EVA, adhesive rubber (elastomer), olefin, and polyester / polyamide types, which can be used without any particular limitation. As a joining means for joining the constituent members, means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing can be used.
The pants-type disposable diaper shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 includes a front

More specifically, the rising gather 60 in the illustrated example folds the belt-shaped gathered

The material of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be used without any particular limitation, but those having a water absorption of 40 g / g or more are suitable.

突出高さ14h,14i,14j(光学顕微鏡を用いて測定される圧力を加えない状態での見かけの高さ)は0.2〜1.2mm程度であることが好ましい。

The fineness, basis weight and thickness of the constituent fibers of the perforated nonwoven fabric can be determined as appropriate, but in the normal case, about 1.8 to 6.0 dtex, about 15 to 25 g / m 2 and about 0.1 to 1.3 mm, respectively. Further, the MD softness of the perforated nonwoven fabric (width direction) is preferably 35 to 100 mm, particularly 40 to 70 mm in a non-porous state before perforation, and 10 to 50 mm in a state after perforation. In particular, the thickness is preferably 15 to 40 mm.

As a material for the root portion and the main body portion, for example, an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or a synthetic resin sheet such as polyvinyl chloride or PET can be preferably used, but it is not particularly limited.
The adhesive 94 is not particularly limited, and a synthetic rubber adhesive, a natural rubber adhesive, an acrylic resin adhesive, a silicon resin adhesive, or the like can be used.

Characteristically, as in the example shown in FIG. 18, not only the stretchable region A2 but also the non-stretchable region A1 having the
The area ratio of the
Such a difference in the area ratio of the
The dimension in the front-rear direction LD of the
As long as the area where the
Further, in the case where the
Therefore, in such a case, a
The size of the
The following are examples of specific dimensions.
In recent years, in order to emphasize the softness when the product is picked up and the flexibility of the
When the non-stretchable region A1 is formed by cutting the
As described above, in order to mainly improve the air permeability, when the above-mentioned perforated nonwoven fabric is used for the outer
Here, the array of
On the other hand, when the present stretchable structure is manufactured using a ready-made perforated nonwoven fabric, the outer nonwoven fabric is formed in a portion to be a sheet joint portion by overlapping a part of the coating line of the hot melt adhesive 14H and the row of the
On the other hand, if the
The
It is also preferable that the
Further, in the illustrated example, all the expansion / contraction areas A2 satisfy the size relationship of the
The
As described above, the cross-sectional structure of the
In particular, when both the outer
As described above, the arrangement of the

孔14の直交方向XDの寸法14L:0.3〜3.0mm(特に1.0〜1.5mm)

列の伸縮方向EDの間隔14x:1.0〜5.0mm(特に1.0〜2.0mm)

<Explanation of terms in the specification>
The following terms in the specification have the following meanings unless otherwise specified in the specification.
"The front-rear direction" means the direction (vertical direction) indicated by the symbol LD in the figure, and "width direction" means the direction indicated by WD (left-right direction) in the figure, Are orthogonal.
-"MD direction" and "CD direction" mean the flow direction (MD direction) in production equipment and the transverse direction (CD direction) perpendicular thereto, and either one is the front-rear direction, and the other Is the width direction. The MD direction of the nonwoven fabric is the direction of fiber orientation of the nonwoven fabric. The fiber orientation is the direction along which the fibers of the nonwoven fabric are aligned.
