Abstract
Description
(1)本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両の駆動装置100は、内燃機関であるエンジン1と、エンジン1に接続された第1モータジェネレータ2と、エンジン1で発生した動力を、第1モータジェネレータ2と第1動力伝達経路71とに分割して出力する第1遊星歯車機構10と、第1動力伝達経路71と車軸57との間の第2動力伝達経路72に接続された第2モータジェネレータ3と、第1動力伝達経路71に設けられた、第2サンギヤ21と、第2プラネタリギヤ23と、第2リングギヤ22と、を有する第2遊星歯車機構20と、係合動作により第2サンギヤ21と第2リングギヤ22とを結合する一方、解放動作により第2サンギヤ21と第2リングギヤ22とを遮断するクラッチ機構40と、第2サンギヤ21と第2プラネタリギヤ23および第2プラネタリギヤ23と第2リングギヤ22の噛合位置をずらすような噛合ずらし制御の要否を判定する噛合ずらし判定部45と、走行モードの指令に応じてクラッチ機構40の動作を制御するコントローラ4と、を備える(図1,11,14)。コントローラ4は、HVローモードの指令によりクラッチ機構40が係合されているとき、噛合ずらし判定部45により噛合ずらし制御が必要と判定されると、第2サンギヤ21と第2プラネタリギヤ23および第2プラネタリギヤ23と第2リングギヤ22の噛合位置がずらされるように、クラッチ機構40の係合を一時的に解除する。
Claims (6)
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関に接続された第1モータジェネレータと、
前記内燃機関で発生した動力を、前記第1モータジェネレータと第1動力伝達経路とに分割して出力する動力分割機構と、
前記第1動力伝達経路と車軸との間の第2動力伝達経路に接続された第2モータジェネレータと、
前記第1動力伝達経路に設けられた、サンギヤと、プラネタリギヤと、リングギヤと、を有する遊星歯車機構と、
係合動作により前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとを結合する一方、解放動作により前記サンギヤと前記リングギヤとを遮断するクラッチ機構と、
前記サンギヤと前記プラネタリギヤおよび前記プラネタリギヤと前記リングギヤの噛合位置をずらすような噛合ずらし制御の要否を判定する噛合ずらし判定部と、
走行モードの指令に応じて前記クラッチ機構の動作を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、所定走行モードの指令により前記クラッチ機構が係合されているとき、前記噛合ずらし判定部により前記噛合ずらし制御が必要と判定されると、前記サンギヤと前記プラネタリギヤおよび前記プラネタリギヤと前記リングギヤの噛合位置がずらされるように、前記クラッチ機構の係合を一時的に解除することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記クラッチ機構が係合を開始してからの走行距離または経過時間を検出する第1検出部と、
前記クラッチ機構が係合中の要求駆動力を検出する第2検出部と、をさらに備え、
前記噛合ずらし判定部は、前記第1検出部による検出値と前記第2検出部による検出値とに基づいて、前記噛合ずらし制御の要否を判定することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記第2モータジェネレータによる減速回生中であるか否かを判定する回生判定部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記所定走行モードの指令により前記クラッチ機構が係合されているとき、前記噛合ずらし判定部により前記噛合ずらし制御が必要と判定され、さらに前記回生判定部により減速回生中と判定されると、前記クラッチ機構の係合を一時的に解除することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
車両がクルーズ走行中であるか否かを判定するクルーズ判定部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記所定走行モードの指令により前記クラッチ機構が係合されているとき、前記噛合ずらし判定部により前記噛合ずらし制御が必要と判定され、さらに前記クルーズ判定部によりクルーズ走行中と判定されると、前記クラッチ機構の係合を一時的に解除することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
前記クラッチ機構は摩擦係合要素を有し、
前記制御部は、前記クラッチ機構を前記摩擦係合要素に滑りが生じる半クラッチ状態に制御することにより、前記クラッチ機構の係合を一時的に解除することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動装置において、
係合動作により前記リングギヤを制動する一方、解放動作により前記リングギヤを非制動するブレーキ機構をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、
前記所定走行モードである第1走行モードが指令されると、前記ブレーキ機構を解放かつ前記クラッチ機構を係合し、
前記所定走行モードとは異なる第2走行モードが指令されると、前記ブレーキ機構を係合かつ前記クラッチ機構を解放し、
さらに前記第1走行モードが指令されているとき、前記噛合ずらし判定部により前記噛合ずらし制御が必要と判定されると、前記ブレーキ機構を解放かつ前記クラッチ機構を係合した状態から、前記ブレーキ機構を係合かつ前記クラッチ機構を解放する状態に一時的に切り換え、その後、前記ブレーキ機構を解放かつ前記クラッチ機構を係合した状態に復帰させることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動装置。
