Description
Claims (20)
- 複数の発光素子を含むプリント回路基板と、
複数の発光素子によって照明される表示要素と、
複数の全内部反射(TIR)レンズを含み、複数のTIRレンズの各々は、表示要素を照らすために、複数の発光素子によって発せられた光を表示要素に反射し、屈折させるように、複数の発光素子の異なる1つと位置合わせされるTIRレンズアレイと、を備えるヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。 - 複数の発光素子は発光ダイオードである、請求項1のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 表示要素は液晶ディスプレイを含む、請求項1のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 表示要素は、薄膜トランジスタ液晶ディスプレイである請求項1のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 複数のTIRレンズの各々は、光入力開口を画定し、発光素子の各々は、複数のTIRレンズの異なる1つの光入力開口と位置合わせされる、請求項1のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 複数のTIRレンズの各々は、光入力開口を画定し、
発光素子の各々からの光は、複数のTIRレンズのうちの異なる1つの光入力開口内に延びている請求項1のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。 - 複数のTIRレンズの各々は、ティーカップ状レンズである請求項1のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 複数のTIRレンズの各々は、
複数の発光素子のうちの1つからの光を受け入れる光入力開口を画定し、
光入力開口に、発光素子からの光が透過する第1の透過面を含み、
光入力開口を取り囲む屈折面を含み、そして
TIRレンズを出る光が通過する第2透過平面を含む、請求項1のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。 - 第1の透過面は、側壁および曲面を含む、請求項8のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 曲面は、光入力開口に向かう発光素子と第2の透過面との間にある請求項9のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 曲面は、光入力開口において発光素子に対して凸状である請求項9のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 曲面を通過する光は、屈折面によって反射されることなく、第2の透過面に直接導かれる請求項9のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 第2の透過面が負のレンズレットである、請求項8に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 第2の透過面はTIRレンズの前面に広がる材料を含む、請求項8に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 第2の透過面が、溝、テクスチャ、凹凸面の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項8のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 複数の発光素子を含むプリント回路基板と、
複数の発光素子によって照明される表示要素と、
複数の全内部反射(TIR)レンズを含むTIRレンズアレイと、
複数のTIRレンズの各々によって画定される光入力開口と、
複数のTIRレンズの各々の光入力開口は、光を反射して、表示要素を照明するために、複数の発光素子の異なる1つからの光を受け入れ、
複数のTIRレンズの各々に含まれる、第1の光透過面、光屈折面、および第2の光透過面と、
第1の光透過面に含まれる湾曲レンズと、
湾曲レンズは、発光素子の1つと第2の光透過面との間にあり、
第1の光透過面に含まれる側壁と、
側壁は、光入力開口の周りに延在し
光屈折面は、光入力開口および第1の光透過面を取り囲む、ヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。 - 第2の光透過面は、TIRレンズの前面に広がる材料を含む、請求項16のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 第2の光透過面が負のレンズレットである、請求項16のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- TIRレンズアレイは、発光素子からの光を集めてコリメートする、請求項16のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
- 第2の光透過面は、溝、テクスチャ、凹凸面の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項16に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイアセンブリ。
