Description

The present invention relates to a wire harness and a wire harness manufacturing method. Specifically, the present invention relates to a wire harness in which the outer periphery of a plurality of electric wires provided with bent portions at least on one end side is covered with an exterior member, and a method for manufacturing the wire harness.

Conventionally, as a wire harness, one having a plurality of electric wires provided with a bent portion at least on one end side and a corrugated tube as an exterior member covering the outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires by exposing the bent portions to the outside is known. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

In this wire harness, the portion covered by the corrugated tube of the plurality of electric wires is set to have a surplus portion longer than the length of the corrugated tube, and the plurality of wires are bent at the bent portion by the surplus length portion.

By the way, in the wire harness like the said patent document 1, since the exterior attachment part which is a part covered with the exterior member of a some electric wire has an extra length part longer than the length of an exterior member, exterior installation is carried out inside an exterior member. The part is arranged in a slack state.

Such loosening of the electric wire inside the exterior member causes the electric wire to be stretched inside the exterior member, and the outer diameters of the plurality of electric wires protrude from the inner diameter of the exterior member, making it difficult to assemble the exterior member to the exterior mounting portion. There was a risk of adversely affecting the exterior member.

Then, this invention aims at provision of the wire harness which can suppress the influence on an exterior member, and a wire harness manufacturing method.

The invention according to claim 1 is a plurality of electric wires provided with bent portions at least on one end side, an exterior member that exposes the bent portions to the outside and covers the outer circumferences of the plurality of electric wires, and the exterior members of the plurality of electric wires. An exterior mounting portion having a surplus portion longer than the length of the exterior member, and a surplus length of the exterior mounting portion provided on a portion exposed to the outside of the exterior member on both sides of the exterior attachment portion. It is a wire harness characterized by having a pair of fixing portions that are arranged outside the exterior member and hold the length of the exterior attachment portion equal to the length of the exterior member.

In this wire harness, the length of the exterior mounting portion is made equal to the length of the exterior member by arranging the extra length of the exterior mounting portion outside the exterior member on the part exposed to the outside of the exterior member on both sides of the exterior mounting portion. Since the pair of holding portions to be held are provided, the extra length portion of the exterior attachment portion is not disposed inside the exterior member.

Therefore, in such a wire harness, the electric wire does not loosen inside the exterior member, interference between the exterior member and the electric wire can be prevented, and the influence on the exterior member can be suppressed.

The invention according to claim 2 is a first step in which a plurality of electric wires are disposed between a pair of fork jigs having a longer length portion between the fork jigs. A second step of moving the extra length of the electric wires toward the pair of fork jigs, and maintaining the state of the plurality of electric wires formed by the leveling jig in the vicinity of the pair of fork jigs A wire harness manufacturing method comprising: a third step of providing a pair of fixing portions; and a fourth step of assembling an exterior member on the outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires positioned between the pair of fixing portions. .

In this wire harness manufacturing method, since a pair of fixing portions for holding the state of the plurality of electric wires formed by the leveling jig are provided in the vicinity of the pair of fork jigs, a plurality of positions located between the pair of fixing portions are provided. The electric wire does not loosen.

Therefore, in such a wire harness manufacturing method, since the exterior member is assembled between the pair of fixing portions where the plurality of electric wires are not slack, interference between the exterior member and the electric wires can be prevented, and The influence of can be suppressed.

According to the present invention, there is an effect that it is possible to provide a wire harness and a wire harness manufacturing method capable of suppressing the influence on the exterior member.

1 is a perspective view of a wire harness according to an embodiment of the present invention. It is a perspective view when the exterior attachment part of the some electric wire of the wire harness which concerns on embodiment of this invention is arrange | positioned between a pair of fork jigs. It is a perspective view when the exterior attachment part of the some electric wire of the wire harness which concerns on embodiment of this invention is leveled with a leveling jig. It is a perspective view when a pair of fixing | fixed part is provided in the exterior mounting part of the some electric wire of the wire harness which concerns on embodiment of this invention.

The wire harness and the wire harness manufacturing method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

A wire harness 1 according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of electric wires 3 provided with a bent portion at least on one end side, an exterior member 5 that exposes the outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires 3 by exposing the bent portions to the outside, and a plurality of electric wires 3. And an exterior mounting portion 7 having an extra length longer than the length of the exterior member 5.

And in the part exposed to the exterior of the exterior member 5 in the both sides of the exterior mounting part 7, the extra length part of the exterior mounting part 7 is arrange | positioned outside the exterior member 5, and the length of the exterior mounting part 7 is set to the length of the exterior member 5. A pair of fixing portions 9 and 9 that are held to be equal to the length are provided.

In addition, the wire harness manufacturing method according to the present embodiment has a long extra length portion between the pair of fork jigs 11 and 11 and the plurality of electric wires 3 are arranged. One step, a second step of moving the excess length portions of the plurality of electric wires 3 toward the pair of fork jigs 11, 11 by the leveling jig 13, and the vicinity of the pair of fork jigs 11, 11 A third step of providing a pair of fixing portions 9, 9 for holding the state of the plurality of electric wires 3 formed by the jig 13, and an outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires 3 positioned between the pair of fixing portions 9, 9. And a fourth step of assembling the exterior member 5.

As shown in FIGS. 1-4, the wire harness 1 consists of an electric wire bundle which bundled the some electric wire 3, and is wired by the vehicle body (not shown).

The plurality of electric wires 3 of the wire harness 1 are bent through a bent portion (not shown) while being routed in the vehicle body, and are electrically connected to a power source or equipment mounted on the vehicle.

In such a wire harness 1, an exterior member 5 provided with a slit (not shown) along the length direction of a corrugated tube or the like is formed on the outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires 3 so as to expose the bent portion to the outside. Attached.

The exterior mounting portions 7 of the plurality of electric wires 3 that are portions covered by the exterior member 5 are set so as to have an extra length longer than the length of the exterior member 5.

Here, in the wire harness 1, the radius of curvature is different between the inner electric wire 3 and the outer electric wire 3 in a portion where the bent portions of the plurality of electric wires 3 are located.

For this reason, for example, when a plurality of electric wires 3 are bent via a bent portion and connected to a power source or a device, the length of the electric wires 3 is short for the inner electric wires 3 and the electric wires 3 are shorter for the outer electric wires 3. It is necessary to set the length longer.

Therefore, even if the length of the plurality of electric wires 3 is set to the same length by giving the outer attachment portion 7 an extra length longer than the length of the outer member 5, the inner electric wire 3 and the outer electric wire in the bent portion The required length difference from 3 can be absorbed by the extra length portion, and the load applied to the plurality of electric wires 3 in the assembly of the wire harness 1 can be absorbed.

However, since the outer attachment portion 7 is slackened by the extra length, the outer diameters of the plurality of electric wires 3 protrude from the inner diameter of the outer member 5, and it is difficult to assemble the outer attachment member 5 to the outer attachment portion 7. Was.

In order to eliminate the slackness of the exterior mounting portion 7, the operator manually leveled the outer periphery of the exterior mounting portion 7 so as to move the extra length portion to the outside in the length direction of the exterior mounting portion 7. There was a variation in workmanship by the workers.

Moreover, even if the exterior mounting portion 7 is leveled, the exterior member 5 must be assembled while maintaining the state of the leveled exterior mounting portion 7, and the assemblability is reduced.

Therefore, the exterior mounting portion 7 of the wire harness 1 is leveled by the leveling jig 13, and after being leveled by the leveling jig 13, a pair of fixing portions 9 and 9 are provided on both sides of the length direction of the exterior mounting portion 7. Is provided.

The leveling jig 13 includes an operation unit 15, a leveling unit 17, and a conversion unit 19.

The operation unit 15 is disposed so as to be movable in the vertical direction above the exterior mounting portion 7 of the plurality of electric wires 3 disposed between the pair of fork jigs 11 disposed on the jig base. Is operated by pressing downward.

The leveling portions 17 are formed in a pair of U-shapes so as to cover the outer circumferences of the plurality of electric wires 3, are movably arranged on both sides in the length direction of the exterior mounting portion 7, and are in contact with the plurality of electric wires 3. By moving, the extra length portion of the exterior attachment portion 7 is moved toward both sides in the length direction of the exterior attachment portion 7, and the exterior attachment portion 7 is loosened.

The conversion unit 19 includes a support column 21 provided integrally with the operation unit 15, a first arm 25 and a second arm 27 provided on the support column 21 via a first joint 23, and a first arm 25. A third arm 31 rotatably provided via the second joint 29 and a fourth arm 35 rotatably provided via the third joint 33 on the second arm 27, and The leveling portions 17 and 17 are connected to the third arm 31 and the fourth arm 35 through the fourth joint 37 and the fifth joint 39 so as to be rotatable.

In the leveling jig 13, the pressing force of the operation unit 15 is converted by the converting unit 19 into the moving force of the pair of leveling units 17, 17. The extra length portion 7 is moved toward the pair of fork jigs 11, 11 located on both sides in the length direction, and the exterior mounting portion 7 is loosened.

By smoothing the exterior mounting portion 7 with such a leveling jig 13, there is no variation in the quality of the exterior mounting portion 7 of the wire harness 1, and products can be made uniform.

A pair of fixing portions 9 and 9 are provided at portions exposed to the outside of the exterior member 5 on both sides of the exterior mounting portion 7 leveled by the leveling jig 13 in this way.

The pair of fixing portions 9 and 9 are disposed on both sides of the exterior mounting portion 7 and exposed to the outside of the exterior member 5, and are formed by winding a tape around the outer periphery of the plurality of electric wires 3.

The pair of fixing portions 9, 9, after the exterior mounting portion 7 is leveled by the leveling jig 13, the length of the exterior mounting portion 7 whose extra length portion has been moved to the outside of the exterior member 5 is the length of the exterior member 5. The state of the exterior mounting portion 7 is maintained so as to be equal to the length.

By providing the pair of fixing portions 9 and 9 in this manner, the exterior exterior mounting portion 7 is not loosened, and the exterior member 5 can be easily assembled to the exterior mounting portion 7. Can be improved.

The manufacturing method of such a wire harness 1 arrange | positions the exterior mounting part 7 which has the extra length part of the some electric wire 3 between a pair of fork jigs 11 and 11 arrange | positioned on a jig board first ( First step).

Next, the leveling jig 13 is arranged with respect to the exterior mounting portion 7, the operating portion 15 is pressed, and the extra length portions in the exterior mounting portions 7 of the plurality of electric wires 3 are removed by the leveling portion 17. 11 and 11 and move to the side of the exterior mounting portion 7 (second step).

Next, in the vicinity of the pair of fork jigs 11, 11, a tape is wound around the exterior mounting parts 7 of the plurality of electric wires 3 formed by the leveling jig 13, and the pair of fixing parts 9, 9 are attached. Forming and maintaining the state of the exterior mounting portion 7 (third step).

And the exterior member 5 is assembled | attached with respect to the exterior attachment part 7 of the some electric wire 3 located between a pair of fixing | fixed parts 9, 9, and the outer periphery of the some electric wire 3 in the exterior attachment part 7 is covered with the exterior member 5. Then, the manufacture of the wire harness 1 is completed (fourth step).

In such a wire harness 1, the length of the exterior mounting portion 7 is such that the extra length of the exterior mounting portion 7 is disposed outside the exterior member 5 at the portions exposed to the outside of the exterior member 5 on both sides of the exterior mounting portion 7. Since the pair of fixing portions 9, 9 that hold the same as the length of the exterior member 5 are provided, the extra length portion of the exterior attachment portion 7 is not disposed inside the exterior member 5.

Therefore, in such a wire harness 1, the electric wire 3 does not loosen inside the outer member 5, interference between the outer member 5 and the electric wire 3 can be prevented, and the influence on the outer member 5 can be suppressed. Can do.

Further, in the wire harness manufacturing method, a pair of fixing portions 9 and 9 for holding the state of the plurality of electric wires 3 formed by the leveling jig 13 are provided in the vicinity of the pair of fork jigs 11 and 11. The plurality of electric wires 3 positioned between the fixed portions 9 and 9 are not loosened.

Therefore, in such a wire harness manufacturing method, since the exterior member 5 is assembled between the pair of fixing portions 9 and 9 where the plurality of electric wires 3 are not loosened, interference between the exterior member 5 and the electric wires 3 is prevented. And the influence on the exterior member 5 can be suppressed.

In the wire harness manufacturing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, the leveling jig is configured to include an operation unit, a leveling unit, and a conversion unit.
