Description

The present invention relates to a method for assembling a wire harness with an exterior sheet and a jig used in the assembling method.

A wire harness attached to a body or door of a vehicle, which is an attached body, is attached by locking a plurality of clamps attached to the wire harness in clamp attachment holes formed in the body or door. As shown in FIG. 6, a connector 505 is attached to this wire harness at the terminal portion of the bundled electric wire 501 and the terminal portion of the branching portion 503. A resin sheet 507 is wound around a predetermined portion of the region where the generation needs to be prevented (see, for example, Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3).

For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, a method for attaching a wire harness of an exterior sheet disclosed in Patent Document 1 or the like includes a receiving portion 513 of a Y-shaped wiring jig 511 erected on a wiring board 509. An electric wire 501 is laid out, and an adhesive tape 515 is spirally wound around the electric wire 501 to form a wire harness 517. A part of the sheet 507 to which the adhesive 519 is applied in advance is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the wire harness 517. At this time, the sheet 507 is placed on the wire harness 517 so that the adhesive 519 is positioned on the opposing sheet inner surface 521, and the winding end 523 is in a state of hanging downward from the winding start end 525. . In this state, as shown in FIG. 7B, the cylindrical portion surrounding the wire harness 517 is made by bringing the adhesive 519 at the winding start end 525 into contact with the opposing sheet inner surface 521 and pressing it while extending so as not to wrinkle. 527 is formed. Next, a semi-cylindrical jig (not shown) is fitted around the outer peripheral surface of the sheet 507, and the remaining sheet 507 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the wire harness 517. Thereby, the sheet | seat 507 can be wound rapidly without generation | occurrence | production of a clearance gap and a wrinkle. In addition, some sheets 507 were peeled off the release paper covering the adhesive and brought to the designated position of the wire harness 517 and bonded together.

However, the sheet | seat 507 which apply | coated the conventional adhesive 519 had difficulty in the workability | operativity for making the wire harness 517 exterior. That is, the adhesive-attached sheet 507 may take time to peel off if it is inadvertently attached to the wire harness 517 or the jig, or the adhesive may be removed and the wire harness 517 may be stuck. Therefore, the worker had to work while caring, and it took time. In addition, once the wire harness 517 sticks to the adhesive surface, it is difficult to remove the wire harness 517, and as shown in FIG. 8, the electric wire 501 sometimes meanders or does not reach a predetermined position. On the other hand, workability is improved by using hot melt or the like instead of the sheet 507 coated with the adhesive 519, but there is a problem that special manufacturing equipment such as a hot melt processing machine is required.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to improve the workability of wire harness manufacturing, and by using a self-adhesive sheet, it is possible to eliminate the need for special manufacturing equipment and reduce the manufacturing cost. An object of the present invention is to provide a wire harness assembling method and a jig used in the assembling method.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following configuration.
(1) A step of arranging both a wire harness and a jig for pressing the wire harness from the side on the adhesive surface of the self-adhesive sheet; A step of superimposing the jig in a state of being sandwiched between the adhesive surfaces, a step of pressing the wire harness from the side with the jig and aligning the folded part of the self-adhesive sheet or the one end side of the two stacked A step of pulling out the jig from the superimposed self-adhesive sheet in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis of the wire harness, and a step of pressure-contacting the pressure-sensitive adhesive surfaces of the self-adhesive sheet at the location where the jig is pulled out, Assembly method of wire harness with exterior sheet including

According to this method of assembling a wire harness with an exterior sheet, the self-adhesive sheet is laid down with the adhesive surface up, and the wire harness and the jig are arranged in the vicinity of the center. The jig is placed so that the pressing direction is substantially perpendicular to the portion of the wire harness to be pressed. In the case of folding in half, pressure is applied while covering the adhesive surface of the self-adhesive sheet on the near side together with the jig while pulling the upper side of the self-adhesive sheet toward the front. When the self-adhesive sheet is folded in two, the wire harness is not displaced by being pressed by the jig. Further, the wire harness can be bent to the apex at the tip in the pressing direction of the jig by pressing the center in the axial direction from the side by the jig. After sandwiching the wire harness and the jig, while pulling the jig forward, the place where the jig is located is pressed and pressure is applied, and finally the jig is overlaid from the self-adhesive sheet. The pressure-sensitive adhesive surfaces in the space after the jig is removed are pressed and bonded together. Thereby, a wire harness is fixed to the predetermined position of a self-adhesive sheet with high precision, without meandering.

(2) A jig used in the method of assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet according to (1), wherein a harness pressing portion for pressing the side surface of the wire harness is provided at a front end portion of the jig formed in a rod shape. The jig is characterized in that at least one side surface excluding the facing surface sandwiched between the stacked self-adhesive sheets is formed into a tapered surface where the jig gradually widens in the drawing direction. The jig used for the assembly method of the wire harness with the exterior sheet.

According to the jig used in the method of assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet, when the wire harness is sandwiched between the self-adhesive sheets, the jig sandwiched with the wire harness causes the harness pressing portion to abut the side surface of the wire harness. In this way, the wire harness is placed almost at right angles to the part to be pressed, and when the upper side of the self-adhesive sheet is pulled forward, the wire harness is prevented from moving. Thereby, the wire harness is not displaced, and the self-adhesive sheet can be folded in two. Also, when the jig is removed after the wire harness is clamped at a predetermined position, one side of the jig is a tapered surface that widens in the drawing direction, so that the drawing resistance is reduced. Becomes easy.

(3) A jig used in the method of assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet according to (2), wherein at least one of the opposed surfaces of the jig is a tapered surface where the jig gradually becomes thicker in the drawing direction. The jig used for the assembly method of the wire harness with an exterior sheet | seat characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to the jig used in the method of assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet, in addition to one side surface of the jig, at least one of the opposing surfaces sandwiched between the self-adhesive sheets is also a tapered surface, so that the pull-out resistance is further increased. Less work and easier work.

(4) A jig used in the method for assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet according to (2) or (3), wherein the harness pressing portion is a concave curved surface in which the cross-sectional shape in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the wire harness is an arc shape. A jig used in a method of assembling a wire harness with an exterior sheet formed into a shape.

According to the jig used for the assembly method of the wire harness with the exterior sheet, when the wire harness is pressed by the jig in order to fold the self-adhesive sheet in two or position the wire harness at a desired position, Is held inwardly of the harness pressing portion having a concave curved surface shape, the retainability of the wire harness is increased, and the positioning operation is facilitated.

According to the method of assembling a wire harness with an exterior sheet according to the present invention, the wire harness can be accurately fixed to a predetermined position of the self-adhesive sheet by using a simple jig and a self-adhesive sheet, and the sheet is also displaced. Can be crimped without any problems. As a result, the manufacturing workability of the wire harness can be improved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced by using a self-adhesive sheet without using special manufacturing equipment.

According to the jig used in the method of assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet according to the present invention, when the wire harness is clamped using the self-adhesive sheet, the wire harness is folded along the folded part of the self-adhesive sheet or one end side where two sheets are stacked. They can be easily and accurately aligned, and can be easily removed when the self-adhesive sheet is permanently fixed, thereby improving the workability of the wire harness.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a jig and an electric wire placed on a self-adhesive sheet in order to explain an assembling method of a wire harness with an exterior sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
According to the assembling method of the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 that is a self-adhesive sheet is fixed (exterior) to the bundled electric wires 13. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 may be either fixed to a part of the electric wire 13 or fixed over substantially the entire length of the electric wire 13. A connector (not shown) may be attached to the end of the electric wire 13. Further, the self-adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment may be either an adhesive surface on both sides or an adhesive surface on one side. In the present embodiment, a single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 having an adhesive surface formed on one side will be described as an example.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 used in the present embodiment can bond its own adhesive surfaces (back surfaces) to each other by self-adhesion. That is, it is possible to simply apply the adhesive surfaces (rear surfaces) together without using glue or a binding tape. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 has a surface material 16 laminated on the surface of a sheet base material 15 made of PP (polypropylene) foam, and a special pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 laminated on the back surface. Kraft paper, liner board, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film, PP film, non-woven fabric, etc. can be used for the surface material 16. Tensile strength is 49 N / cm width in the vertical direction, 23 N / cm width in the horizontal direction (according to JIS K-6767), and tear strength is 7.8 N in the vertical direction and 6.8 N in the horizontal direction (JIS K- 6767), water vapor permeability is 0.0052 g / cm 2 · 24 hrs (FS-101B), and initial adhesive strength is 2.5 N / cm width (T-type peel test). As this single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, for example, Cro-nel (registered trademark) manufactured by Crowell, Inc. of the United States can be used.

In the present embodiment, one single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is used. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 has an outer shape formed in advance into a predetermined shape. The self-adhesive sheet used in the present invention has the same effect even when the electric wires 13 are sandwiched between two sheets of the first self-adhesive sheet material and the second self-adhesive sheet material and the adhesive surfaces are bonded together. An effect is obtained.

In the assembling method of the wire harness 11 with an exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, in addition to the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 described above, a pressing jig (jig) 21 is a main component. The holding jig 21 is formed in a rod shape. A harness pressing portion 27 for pressing the side surface of the wire harness is provided at the front end of the pressing jig 21 in the pressing direction. The bundled electric wires 13 are bundled to form a wire harness 25. The basic shape of the holding jig 21 is a quadrangular prism, a columnar shape, a truncated cone shape, and an elliptical truncated cone shape, and the harness pressing portion 27 hitting the wire harness 25 may be a concave curved surface or a flat surface as will be described later.

In the pressing jig 21 according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, the harness pressing portion 27 is formed in a concave curved surface shape in which the cross-sectional shape in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the wire harness 25 is an arc shape. Yes. Therefore, when the wire harness 25 is pressed by the holding jig 21 in order to fold the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 or position the wire harness 25 at a desired position, Since the wire harness 25 is held inward, the holdability of the wire harness 25 is enhanced, and the positioning operation is facilitated.

Note that the harness pressing portion 27a of the holding jig 21A, which is a modification example shown in FIG. 2B, is formed in a planar shape having a trapezoidal cross section in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the wire harness 25. According to such a holding jig 21A, jig manufacture can be facilitated.

When the wire harness 25 is sandwiched by the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, the holding jig 21 is sandwiched together with the wire harness 25. By using the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, the special adhesive layer 19 is not bonded to the wire harness 25 and the pressing jig 21. That is, only the overlapping part of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 that surrounds the wire harness 25 and the pressing jig 21 and faces the special adhesive layer 19 is bonded.

In the pressing jig 21 according to the present embodiment, at least one side surface excluding the facing surface sandwiched between the superimposed single-sided self-adhesive sheets 17 is a taper in which the pressing jig 21 gradually widens in the drawing direction. Formed on the surface 29. As a result, a gap is formed between the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 overlapped at the time of drawing. In the present embodiment, both side surfaces are tapered surfaces 29.

As shown in FIG. 1, the holding jig 21 is placed so that the pressing direction is substantially perpendicular to the portion of the wire harness 25 to be pressed, and the back side (upper side in FIG. 1) of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17. When pulling forward, the side surface of the wire harness 25 is pressed. Thereby, the wire harness 25 is not displaced, and the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 can be easily folded in half. Further, when the holding jig 21 is removed after the wire harness 25 is held at a predetermined position, the both sides of the holding jig 21 are tapered surfaces 29 that are widened in the drawing direction. There is little resistance and work becomes easy.

Further, in the pressing jig 21 according to the present embodiment, at least one of the opposing surfaces of the pressing jig 21 is formed on a tapered surface 31 where the pressing jig 21 gradually becomes thicker in the pulling direction. Is preferred. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, both opposing surfaces of the pressing jig 21 are formed by tapered surfaces 31. A gap is formed between the tapered surface 31 and the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 when the taper surface 31 is pulled out. In addition to the both side surfaces of the holding jig 21, both surfaces of the opposing surface are also tapered surfaces 31, thereby further reducing the pull-out resistance and further facilitating the work.

Next, the assembly method of the wire harness 11 with an exterior sheet | seat is demonstrated.
In order to assemble the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet, first, as shown in FIG. 1, the wire harness 25 and the holding jig 21 for pressing the wire harness 25 from the side are both formed on the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17. Place on top. More specifically, the wire harness 25 is placed near the center of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 with the special adhesive layer 19 on the upper side (position of the broken line 33 in FIG. 1). Thereafter, the holding jig 21 is placed at a substantially right angle with respect to the portion of the wire harness 25 to be pressed so that the harness pressing portion 27 is brought into contact with the side surface of the wire harness 25.

Next, as shown to Fig.3 (a) and (b), the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is folded in half, and it is piled up in the state which clamped the wire harness 25 and the pressing jig 21. FIG. More specifically, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet on the near side (lower side in FIG. 1) together with the holding jig 21 while pulling the back side (upper side in FIG. 1) closer to the near side than the center of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 A pressure is applied to the special pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 that is placed on the top of the layer 17. In this state, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is brought into pressure contact with the upper special adhesive layer 19 and the lower special adhesive layer 19 (the special adhesive layer 19 and the special adhesive layer 19 are brought into contact with each other). Will be adhered). Thereby, the adhesive surfaces of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 are bonded to each other.

In the case where the self-adhesive sheet is composed of the first self-adhesive sheet material and the second self-adhesive sheet material, the adhesive surfaces of the first and second self-adhesive sheet materials having the same shape face each other. Will overlap.

Next, the wire harness 25 is pushed from the side by the holding jig 21 to align the wire harness 25 along the folded portion of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17. While pulling the back side of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 forward, pressure is applied while covering the special adhesive layer 19 of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 together with the holding jig 21 together. The wire harness 25 is not displaced by being pressed by the pressing jig 21 when the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is folded in two. In addition, the wire harness 25 can be brought into a bent state at the apex of the harness pressing portion 27 that is the front end portion of the pressing jig 21 in the pressing direction by being pressed by the pressing jig 21.

After the wire harness 25 and the holding jig 21 are clamped by the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, as shown in FIG. Pressure is applied in the direction in which the sheets 17 are overlapped, and the sheet is finally removed from the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 on which the pressing jig 21 is overlapped. The special adhesive layers 19 in the space 35 after the pressing jig 21 is extracted are pressed and bonded together. Thereby, the wire harness 25 is fixed to the predetermined position of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 with high accuracy without meandering.
Finally, all of the special adhesive layers 19 of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 where the pressing jig 21 is pulled out are pressed together to complete the assembly of the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet shown in FIG.

Therefore, according to the assembly method of the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, the wire harness 25 is manually attached to the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 by using the simple holding jig 21 and the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 can be crimped without being displaced while being accurately fixed at a predetermined position. As a result, the manufacturing workability of the wire harness 25 can be improved, and the use of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 can eliminate the need for special manufacturing equipment and reduce the manufacturing cost. In addition, the use of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 eliminates the need for release paper, which can contribute to the environment.

Further, according to the holding jig 21 used in the method of assembling the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, when the wire harness 25 is clamped using the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is folded back. The wire harness 25 can be easily and highly accurately aligned along the portion, and can be easily removed when the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is permanently fixed to improve the manufacturing workability of the wire harness 25. it can.

In addition, constituent members, such as a wire harness, a jig, and a self-adhesive sheet, according to the assembling method of the wire harness with an exterior sheet of the present invention are not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and are based on the spirit of the present invention. Various forms can be taken.
For example, in the above embodiment, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 in which the special adhesive layer 19 is laminated on one side of the sheet base material 15 is used, but the double-sided self in which the special adhesive layer 19 is laminated on both sides of the sheet base material 15. An adhesive sheet can also be used. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the free end of the double-sided self-adhesive sheet that hangs down when stacked can be wound around the wire harness 25, and the wire harness with an exterior sheet can be made compact.
