Description

The present invention relates to a method for assembling a wire harness with an exterior sheet and a jig used in the assembling method.

A wire harness attached to a body or door of a vehicle, which is an attached body, is attached by locking a plurality of clamps attached to the wire harness in clamp attachment holes formed in the body or door. As shown in FIG. 6, a connector 505 is attached to this wire harness at the terminal portion of the bundled electric wire 501 and the terminal portion of the branching portion 503. A resin sheet 507 is wound around a predetermined portion of the region where it is necessary to prevent the occurrence (see, for example, Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3).

For example, as shown in FIG. 7A, a method for attaching a wire harness of an exterior sheet disclosed in Patent Document 1 or the like includes a receiving portion 513 of a Y-shaped wiring jig 511 erected on a wiring board 509. An electric wire 501 is laid out, and an adhesive tape 515 is spirally wound around the electric wire 501 to form a wire harness 517. A part of the sheet 507 to which the adhesive 519 is applied in advance is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the wire harness 517. At this time, the sheet 507 is placed on the wire harness 517 so that the adhesive 519 is positioned on the opposing sheet inner surface 521, and the winding end 523 is in a state of hanging downward from the winding start end 525. . In this state, as shown in FIG. 7B, the cylindrical portion surrounding the wire harness 517 is made by bringing the adhesive 519 at the winding start end 525 into contact with the opposing sheet inner surface 521 and pressing it while extending so as not to wrinkle. 527 is formed. Next, a semi-cylindrical jig (not shown) is fitted around the outer peripheral surface of the sheet 507, and the remaining sheet 507 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the wire harness 517. Thereby, the sheet | seat 507 can be wound rapidly without generation | occurrence | production of a clearance gap and a wrinkle. In addition, some sheets 507 were peeled off the release paper covering the pressure-sensitive adhesive and brought to the designated position of the wire harness 517 and bonded together.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-294952

However, the sheet | seat 507 which apply | coated the conventional adhesive 519 had difficulty in the workability | operativity for making the wire harness 517 make an exterior. That is, the adhesive-attached sheet 507 may take time to peel off if it is inadvertently attached to the wire harness 517 or the jig, or the adhesive may be removed and the wire harness 517 may be stuck. Therefore, the worker had to work while caring, and it took time. In addition, once the wire harness 517 sticks to the adhesive surface, it is difficult to remove the wire harness 517, and as shown in FIG. 8, the electric wire 501 sometimes meanders or does not reach a predetermined position. On the other hand, workability is improved by using hot melt or the like instead of the sheet 507 coated with the adhesive 519, but there is a problem that special manufacturing equipment such as a hot melt processing machine is required.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to improve the workability of wire harness manufacturing, and by using a self-adhesive sheet, it is possible to eliminate the need for special manufacturing equipment and reduce the manufacturing cost. An object of the present invention is to provide a wire harness assembling method and a jig used in the assembling method.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following configuration.
(1) A step of arranging both a wire harness and a jig for pressing the wire harness from the side on the adhesive surface of the self-adhesive sheet; A step of superimposing the jig in a state of being sandwiched between the adhesive surfaces, a step of pressing the wire harness from the side with the jig and aligning the folded part of the self-adhesive sheet or the one end side of the two stacked A step of pulling out the jig from the superimposed self-adhesive sheet along the axial direction of the wire harness, and a step of pressing the pressure-sensitive adhesive surfaces of the self-adhesive sheet where the jig is pulled out. Assembly method of wire harness with exterior sheet.

According to this method of assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet, the self-adhesive sheet is laid down with the adhesive surface up, and the wire harness and the jig are disposed thereon. The jig is arranged on the side of the wire harness opposite to the moving direction when the wire harness is moved to the folded part of the self-adhesive sheet or one end of the two stacked sheets for positioning. After folding the self-adhesive sheet in two or two layers and holding the wire harness and jig, the jig is translated in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the wire harness and aligned to one end of the folded part or two sheets of the wire harness. Let When the wire harness is positioned, the jig is extracted along the axial direction of the wire harness, and the adhesive surfaces in the space after the jig is extracted are pressed and bonded together so that the wire harness does not move. Thereby, a wire harness is fixed to the predetermined position of a self-adhesive sheet with high precision, without meandering.

According to the method of assembling a wire harness with an exterior sheet according to the present invention, the wire harness can be accurately fixed to a predetermined position of the self-adhesive sheet by using a simple jig and a self-adhesive sheet, and the sheet is also displaced. Can be crimped without any problems. As a result, the manufacturing workability of the wire harness can be improved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced by using a self-adhesive sheet without using special manufacturing equipment.

According to the jig used in the method of assembling the wire harness with an exterior sheet according to the present invention, when the wire harness is clamped using the self-adhesive sheet, the wire harness is folded along the folded part of the self-adhesive sheet or one end side where two sheets are stacked. They can be easily and accurately aligned, and can be easily removed when the self-adhesive sheet is permanently fixed, thereby improving the workability of the wire harness.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a jig and an electric wire placed on a self-adhesive sheet in order to explain an assembling method of a wire harness with an exterior sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention.
According to the assembling method of the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 that is a self-adhesive sheet is fixed (exterior) to the bundled electric wires 13. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 may be either fixed to a part of the electric wire 13 or fixed over substantially the entire length of the electric wire 13. A connector (not shown) may be attached to the end of the electric wire 13. Further, the self-adhesive sheet according to the present embodiment may be either an adhesive surface on both sides or an adhesive surface on one side. In the present embodiment, a single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 having an adhesive surface formed on one side will be described as an example.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 used in the present embodiment can bond its own adhesive surfaces (back surfaces) to each other by self-adhesion. That is, it is possible to simply apply the adhesive surfaces (rear surfaces) together without using glue or a binding tape. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 has a surface material 16 laminated on the surface of a sheet base material 15 made of PP (polypropylene) foam, and a special pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 19 laminated on the back surface. Kraft paper, liner board, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film, PP film, non-woven fabric, etc. can be used for the surface material 16. Tensile strength is 49 N / cm width in the vertical direction, 23 N / cm width in the horizontal direction (according to JIS K-6767), and tear strength is 7.8 N in the vertical direction and 6.8 N in the horizontal direction (JIS K- 6767), water vapor permeability is 0.0052 g / cm 2 · 24 hrs (FS-101B), and initial adhesive strength is 2.5 N / cm width (T-type peel test). As this single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, for example, Cro-nel (registered trademark) manufactured by Crowell, Inc. of the United States can be used.

In the present embodiment, one single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is used. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 has an outer shape formed in advance into a predetermined shape. The self-adhesive sheet used in the present invention has the same effect even when the electric wires 13 are sandwiched between two sheets of the first self-adhesive sheet material and the second self-adhesive sheet material and the adhesive surfaces are bonded together. An effect is obtained.

In the assembling method of the wire harness 11 with an exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, in addition to the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 described above, a pressing jig (jig) 21 is a main component. The holding jig 21 is formed in a bar shape along the axial direction of the wire harness 25 extending linearly. A harness pressing portion 29 for pressing and urging the side surface of the wire harness is provided on the side surface of the holding jig 21. The bundled electric wires 13 are bundled to form a wire harness 25. The holding jig 21 is moved along the axial direction (the left-right direction in FIG. 1) of the wire harness 25 that extends linearly while being sandwiched by the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, and is superposed on the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17. It will be pulled out from inside.

When the wire harness 25 is sandwiched by the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, the holding jig 21 is sandwiched along with the wire harness 25 along the axial direction of the wire harness 25. The holding jig 21 is disposed so that the harness pressing portion 29 is along the wire harness side surface 25a opposite to the moving direction when the wire harness 25 is moved for positioning. Since the holding jig 21 whose side surface is held by the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 together with the wire harness 25 is not bonded by the special adhesive layer 19 of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, the wire harness 25 is placed in the direction perpendicular to the axis (upper side in FIG. 1). Direction), it can be translated. Moreover, after moving the wire harness 25 to a predetermined position, the wire harness 25 can be easily removed in a direction along the axial direction of the wire harness 25.

In the present embodiment, the holding jig 21 is a two-part body 27, and the two-part body 27 is pulled out to both end sides (left and right direction) along the axial direction of the wire harness 25 extending in a straight line. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is pulled out.

By making the holding jig 21 into the two-divided body 27, the holding jig 21 can be removed separately on both ends of the self-adhesive sheet 17 superimposed along the axial direction (left-right direction) of the positioned wire harness 25, The sliding contact distance and sliding contact time with the wire harness 25 are shortened. Thereby, it is possible to improve workability as compared with the single long pressing jig 21 and to prevent the position of the wire harness 25 after being positioned on the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 from being easily generated.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the harness pressing portion 29 of the pressing jig 21 is formed in a concave curved surface shape in which the cross-sectional shape in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the wire harness 25 is an arc shape. Therefore, when the holding jig 21 held by the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 together with the wire harness 25 is moved for positioning the wire harness 25, the inner side of the harness pressing portion 29 in which the wire harness 25 has a concave curved surface shape. Therefore, the holdability when the wire harness is moved is increased, and the positioning operation is facilitated.

In addition, as for the holding jig 21A which is the modification shown in FIG.2 (b), the harness press part 31 may be flat. In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the wire harness 25 in the direction orthogonal to the axis is formed in a rectangular planar shape. According to such a holding jig 21 </ b> A, both the front and back surfaces become the harness pressing portion 31, so that the usability can be improved.

Next, the assembly method of the wire harness 11 with an exterior sheet | seat is demonstrated.
As shown in FIG. 1, in order to assemble the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet, first, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 together with the wire harness 25 and the pressing jig 21 for pressing the wire harness 25 from the side. Place on top. More specifically, the wire harness 25 is placed near the center of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 with the special adhesive layer 19 on the upper side (position of the broken line 33 in FIG. 1). Thereafter, the holding jig 21 is placed on the near side (the lower side in the figure) along the axial direction of the wire harness 25.

Next, as shown to Fig.3 (a) and (b), the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is folded in half, and it is piled up in the state which clamped the wire harness 25 and the pressing jig 21. FIG. More specifically, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet on the near side (lower side in FIG. 1) together with the holding jig 21 while pulling the back side (upper side in FIG. 1) closer to the near side than the center of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 The pressures f1, f2, f3, and f4 are applied to the special adhesive layer 19 that is overlaid on 17. In this state, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is brought into pressure contact with the upper special adhesive layer 19 and the lower special adhesive layer 19 (the special adhesive layer 19 and the special adhesive layer 19 are brought into contact with each other). Will be adhered). Thereby, the adhesive surfaces of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 are bonded to each other.

In the case where the self-adhesive sheet is composed of the first self-adhesive sheet material and the second self-adhesive sheet material, the adhesive surfaces of the first and second self-adhesive sheet materials having the same shape face each other. Will overlap.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, the wire harness 25 is pushed from the side by the pressing jig 21, and the wire harness 25 is aligned along the folded portion of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17. After the alignment, as shown in FIG. 4, the holding jig 21 is pulled out from the superimposed single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 along the axial direction of the wire harness 25. At this time, pressure is applied in the direction in which the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is overlapped to the place where the holding jig 21 is located while pulling the two-parts 27 left and right, and finally the holding jig 21 is pulled out. Finally, all the special adhesive layers 19 of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 are pressure-bonded to complete the assembly of the wire harness 11 with an exterior sheet shown in FIG.

In the present embodiment, the case where the holding jig 21 is composed of the two divided bodies 27 and is pulled out to the left and right has been described as an example. However, the holding jig 21 may be pulled out to one side. . In this case, jig management can be facilitated by reducing the number of jigs.

Thus, in the assembly method of the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is laid under the special adhesive layer 19 on the upper side, and the wire harness 25 and the pressing jig 21 are provided thereon. And are arranged. The holding jig 21 is disposed so that the harness pressing portion 29 is along the wire harness side surface 25a opposite to the moving direction when the wire harness 25 is moved for positioning. After folding the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 in half and sandwiching the wire harness 25 and the holding jig 21, the holding jig 21 is translated in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the wire harness 25, and the wire harness 25 is folded at a predetermined position. Align along the section. When the wire harness 25 is positioned, the holding jig 21 is extracted along the axial direction of the wire harness 25, and the wire harness 25 moves between the special adhesive layers 19 in the space after the holding jig 21 is extracted. Make sure there is no pressure and stick together. Thereby, the wire harness 25 is fixed to the predetermined position of the self-adhesive sheet 17 with high accuracy without meandering.

Therefore, according to the assembly method of the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, the wire harness 25 is manually attached to the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 by using the simple holding jig 21 and the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17. The single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 can be crimped without being displaced while being accurately fixed at a predetermined position. As a result, the manufacturing workability of the wire harness 25 can be improved, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced without using special manufacturing equipment. In addition, the use of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 eliminates the need for release paper, which can contribute to the environment.

According to the holding jig 21 used in the assembling method of the wire harness 11 with the exterior sheet according to the present embodiment, when the wire harness 25 is clamped using the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17, the folded portion of the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 is used. The wire harness 25 can be easily aligned with high accuracy along the line, and the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 can be easily pulled out and the manufacturing workability of the wire harness 25 can be improved.

In addition, constituent members, such as a wire harness, a jig, and a self-adhesive sheet, according to the assembling method of the wire harness with an exterior sheet of the present invention are not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and are based on the spirit of the present invention. Various forms can be taken.
For example, in the above embodiment, the single-sided self-adhesive sheet 17 in which the special adhesive layer 19 is laminated on one side of the sheet base material 15 is used, but the double-sided self in which the special adhesive layer 19 is laminated on both sides of the sheet base material 15. An adhesive sheet can also be used. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the free end of the double-sided self-adhesive sheet that hangs down when stacked can be wound around the wire harness 25, and the wire harness with an exterior sheet can be made compact.
