- 障害物を検知するための情報と、進行方向の道路構造を認識するための情報と、自車の走行状況に関する情報とを出力する情報出力装置類(20)と、
自車の状態量を検出する内界センサ類(50)と、
前記障害物との衝突回避を支援するための衝突回避支援機構(80)と、
を備える車両(10)の衝突回避支援装置(90)であって、
前記自車が進路変更する確率を、前記情報出力装置類による前記道路構造の認識結果と、前記内界センサ類による検出結果とを用いて判定する第1判定部(S110,S120,S130)と、
前記自車が進路変更する確率を、前記情報出力装置類によって出力される前記走行状況に関する情報を用いて判定する第2判定部(S140)と、
前記衝突回避支援機構を用いた衝突回避支援の作動態様を、前記第1判定部の判定結果と、前記第2判定部の判定結果との組み合わせを用いて決定する決定部(S150)と、
前記障害物との衝突の可能性を、前記情報出力装置類によって出力された情報を用いて検出した場合に(S160,YES)、前記決定部によって決定された作動態様によって前記衝突回避支援機構を制御するための処理を実行する支援部(S170)と、
を備える衝突回避支援装置。 - 前記支援部の作動態様は、第1態様と、前記第1態様よりも強く支援する第2態様とを含み、
前記第1判定部は、前記確率を、第1確率値と、前記第1確率値よりも高い第2確率値とを含む少なくとも2段階で判定し、
前記第1判定部は、前記確率を、第3確率値と、前記第3確率値よりも高い第4確率値とを含む少なくとも2段階で判定し、
前記決定部は、前記第1判定部による判定結果が前記第1確率値、且つ、前記第2判定部による判定結果が前記第3確率値である場合は前記第1態様に決定し、前記第1判定部による判定結果が前記第3確率値、且つ、前記第2判定部による判定結果が前記第4確率値である場合は前記第2態様に決定する
請求項1に記載の衝突回避支援装置。 - 前記情報出力装置類は、前記障害物を検知するための情報を出力する装置として、検知範囲が前記自車の後側方である後側方レーダ(33)を含む
請求項1から請求項2までの何れか一項に記載の衝突回避支援装置。 - 前記情報出力装置類は、前記自車の走行状況に関する情報を出力する装置として、音声を取得するマイクロフォン(43)を含み、
前記第2判定部は、前記自車に乗っている人が前記自車の進路変更に関して発話したことを前記マイクロフォンによって取得された音声を用いて検出した場合、前記進路変更に関する発話を検出していない場合に比べて、前記確率が高いと判定する
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の衝突回避支援装置。 - 前記情報出力装置類は、前記自車の走行状況に関する情報を出力する装置として、経路案内装置(42)を含み、
前記第2判定部は、前記経路案内装置による案内経路とは異なる経路を走行した場合、前記案内経路に従って走行している場合に比べて、前記確率が高いと判定する
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の衝突回避支援装置。 - 前記情報出力装置類は、前記進行方向の道路構造を認識するための情報を出力する装置として、経路案内装置(42)と、前記自車の前方を撮像範囲に含むカメラ(34)との少なくとも何れかを含む
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の衝突回避支援装置。 - 前記内界センサ類は、操舵角センサ(51)と、ヨーレートセンサ(52)と、ウインカの点滅状況を出力する装置(53)との少なくとも何れかを含み、
前記第1判定部は、前記車両が道形に走行しているか否かを、前記情報出力装置類による前記道路構造の認識結果と、前記内界センサ類による検出結果とを用いて推定することによって、前記確率を判定する
請求項1から請求項6までの何れか一項に記載の衝突回避支援装置。 - 障害物を検知するための情報と、進行方向の道路構造を認識するための情報と、自車の走行状況に関する情報とを出力する情報出力装置類と、
自車の状態量を検出する内界センサ類と、
前記障害物との衝突回避を支援するための衝突回避支援機構と、
を備える車両のプロセッサ(91)に、
前記自車が進路変更する確率を、前記情報出力装置類による前記道路構造の認識結果と、前記内界センサ類による検出結果とを用いて判定する第1判定を実行し、
前記自車が進路変更する確率を、前記情報出力装置類によって出力される前記走行状況に関する情報を用いて判定する第2判定を実行し、
前記衝突回避支援機構を用いた衝突回避支援の作動態様を、前記第1判定の判定結果と、前記第2判定の判定結果との組み合わせを用いて決定し、
前記障害物との衝突の可能性を、前記情報出力装置類によって出力された情報を用いて検出した場合に、前記決定された作動態様によって前記衝突回避支援機構を制御するための処理を実行する
ことを実行させるためのプログラム。 - 障害物を検知するための情報と、進行方向の道路構造を認識するための情報と、自車の走行状況に関する情報とを出力する情報出力装置類と、
自車の状態量を検出する内界センサ類と、
前記障害物との衝突回避を支援するための衝突回避支援機構と、
を備える車両の衝突回避支援装置が、
前記自車が進路変更する確率を、前記情報出力装置類による前記道路構造の認識結果と、前記内界センサ類による検出結果とを用いて判定する第1判定を実行し、
前記自車が進路変更する確率を、前記情報出力装置類によって出力される前記走行状況に関する情報を用いて判定する第2判定を実行し、
前記衝突回避支援機構を用いた衝突回避支援の作動態様を、前記第1判定の判定結果と、前記第2判定の判定結果との組み合わせを用いて決定し、
前記障害物との衝突の可能性を、前記情報出力装置類によって出力された情報を用いて検出した場合に、前記決定された作動態様によって前記衝突回避支援機構を制御するための処理を実行する
