Claims (11)
- 胴体部と、
X線を照射するX線発生装置と、
X線の照射範囲を調節するコリメータと、
上端に前記X線発生装置が設けられ、時計方向または反時計方向へ回転可能なアームフレームと、
前記アームフレームと胴体部を連結する回転軸と、を備え、
前記アームフレームは、
被検体の大きさに応じて上下方向へ移動する圧迫部と、前記圧迫部の下端に着脱可能に結合され、被検体を圧迫する圧迫パッドとで構成される圧迫台と、
前記X線発生装置と対向し、内部に被検体を透過したX線を検出する検出器が設けられた撮影台と、を有し、
前記撮影台は、前記アームフレームを基準として左右方向への水平移動が可能であることを特徴とするマンモグラフィ装置。 - 前記撮影台は、アームフレームの等線量中心点(アイソセンタ)と対応する位置に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。
- 前記撮影台は、
前記アームフレームの一面に結合される固定保持台と、
内部に前記検出器が設けられ、前記固定保持台の上端に位置し、左右方向へ移動可能な可動保持台と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。 - 前記固定保持台は、駆動モータと、前記駆動モータの回転軸に結合されたピニオンギアとを有し、
前記可動保持台の下端には、前記ピニオンギアと対応する位置に可動レールが設けられ、前記ピニオンギアが回転することにより、前記可動保持台が左右方向へ移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。 - 前記固定保持台は、少なくとも一つ以上の結合溝が形成されたガイドブロックを有し、
前記可動保持台は、前記可動保持台の下端方向に突出形成されたガイド部を有し、
前記ガイド部は、前記ガイドブロックと対応する位置に形成され、前記可動保持台が左右方向へ移動することにより、前記ガイド部も前記ガイドブロックの結合溝の間を移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。 - 前記固定保持台は、磁性部をさらに有し、
前記可動保持台の下端には、固定板が取り付けられ、
前記磁性部と固定板の磁性結合によって、前記可動保持台を制動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。 - 前記固定保持台の上端には、固定板が取り付けられ、
前記可動保持台は、磁性部をさらに有し、
前記磁性部と固定板の磁性結合によって、前記可動保持台を制動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。 - 前記磁性部は、電磁石または永電磁ホルダーであることを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。
- 前記可動保持台は、前記アームフレームの回転と同時に左側または右側方向へ既設定の距離だけ移動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。
- RMLO撮影のため、前記アームフレームが反時計方向へ回転すると、前記可動保持台は、左側へ既設定の距離だけ移動し、
LMLO撮影のため、前記アームフレームが時計方向へ回転すると、前記可動保持台は、右側へ既設定の距離だけ移動することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。 - 前記可動保持台の左右への移動距離は、前記圧迫パッドの大きさまたはアームフレームの回転角度により異ならせて設定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のマンモグラフィ装置。
