Claims (15)
- 3次元の物体を付加製造する装置(1)の粉末モジュール(3、4)向けの負荷生成デバイス(15)であって、前記粉末モジュール(3、4)は、少なくとも1つの可動の運搬要素(13)を有する運搬デバイス(11)を備え、前記運搬デバイス(11)は、前記運搬要素(13)を駆動するように適合された駆動デバイス(12)を有し、前記負荷生成デバイス(15)は、特に前記装置(1)の処理チャンバ(10)内で、前記粉末モジュール(3、4)又は前記装置(1)に分離可能に連結されるか又は連結可能であるかした負荷生成デバイス(15)において、前記運搬要素(13)に力を印加するように適合された少なくとも1つの負荷生成ユニット(18)であって、前記運搬要素(13)の運動方向に又は前記運動方向とは逆方向に、少なくとも1つの力成分が印加される、少なくとも1つの負荷生成ユニット(18)を備えることを特徴とする負荷生成デバイス(15)。

- エネルギー源によって固化することができる造形材料の層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体を付加製造する装置(1)であって、この装置は運搬デバイス(11)を備える粉末モジュール(3、4)を備え、また前記運搬デバイス(11)は、運搬要素(13)を駆動するように適合された駆動デバイス(12)を有する装置(1)において、特に前記装置(1)の処理チャンバ(10)内で、前記粉末モジュール(3、4)又は前記装置(1)に分離可能に連結されるか又は連結可能である負荷生成デバイス(15)、特に請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の負荷生成デバイス(15)であって、前記負荷生成デバイス(15)は、前記運搬要素(13)に力を印加するように適合された少なくとも1つの負荷生成ユニット(18)を備え、前記運搬要素(13)の運動方向に又は前記運動方向とは逆方向に、少なくとも1つの力成分が印加される、負荷生成デバイス(15)を備えることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 3次元の物体を付加製造する装置(1)の粉末モジュール(3、4)向けの少なくとも1つの負荷生成デバイス(15)、特に請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の負荷生成デバイス(15)を動作させる方法であって、前記粉末モジュール(3、4)は、少なくとも1つの可動の運搬要素(13)を有する運搬デバイス(11)を備え、前記運搬デバイス(11)は、前記運搬要素(13)を駆動するように適合された駆動デバイス(12)を有し、前記負荷生成デバイス(15)は、特に前記装置(1)の処理チャンバ(10)内で、前記粉末モジュール(3、4)又は前記装置(1)に分離可能に連結されるか又は連結可能である方法において、少なくとも1つの負荷生成ユニット(18)を介して前記運搬要素(13)に力が印加され、前記運搬要素(13)の運動方向に又は前記運動方向とは逆方向に、少なくとも1つの力成分が印加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 3次元の物体を付加製造する装置(1)の粉末モジュール(3、4)向けの少なくとも1つの負荷生成デバイス(15)、特に請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の負荷生成デバイス(15)を動作させる方法であって、前記粉末モジュール(3、4)は、少なくとも1つの可動の運搬要素(13)を有する運搬デバイス(11)を備え、前記運搬デバイス(11)は、前記運搬要素(13)を駆動するように適合された駆動デバイス(12)を有する方法において、
− 前記負荷生成デバイス(15)が、特に付加的製造装置(1)の処理チャンバ(10)内で、粉末モジュール(3、4)に連結されるステップと、
− 前記負荷生成デバイス(15)の少なくとも1つの負荷生成ユニット(18)を介して前記粉末モジュール(3、4)の前記運搬要素(13)に力が印加され、前記運搬要素(13)の運動方向に又は前記運動方向とは逆方向に、少なくとも1つの力成分が印加されるステップと、
− 前記運搬要素(13)の少なくとも1つの位置に対して、好ましくは負荷状態及び無負荷状態で、前記運搬要素(13)の位置及び/又は移動経路が判定されるステップと、
− 前記負荷生成デバイス(15)が前記粉末モジュール(3、4)から取り外され、特に前記付加製造装置(1)の処理チャンバ(10)から取り外されるステップと、を備えることを特徴とする方法。
