Abstract
Description

Claims (10)
- ブルー光を生成する光源と、
映像を表示する表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの下部に配置される導光部材と、
前記導光部材及び前記表示パネルの間に配置され、複数の量子点を含む第1光変換層と、
前記導光部材及び前記第1光変換層の間に配置され、前記導光部材の屈折率より小さい屈折率を有する低屈折層と、
光経路上で前記光源及び前記第1光変換層の間に配置され、複数のKSF蛍光体を含む第2光変換層と、を含み、
前記第1光変換層は、前記ブルー光を吸収してグリーン光に変換し、
前記第2光変換層は、前記ブルー光を吸収してレッド光に変換することを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記第2光変換層は、前記光源及び前記導光部材の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1光変換層及び前記表示パネルの間に配置されて前記第1光変換層をカバーする第1保護層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源は、前記導光部材の側面の中の少なくともいずれか1つと隣接するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の表示装置。
- 前記低屈折層及び前記第1光変換層の間に配置され、
入射される光の中で前記グリーン光は、反射し、前記レッド光及び前記ブルー光は、透過する光学フィルター層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記光学フィルター層は、
各々が第1屈折率を有する複数の第1絶縁膜と、
各々が前記第1屈折率より小さい第2屈折率を有する複数の第2絶縁膜と、を含み、
前記第1絶縁膜と前記第2絶縁膜は、交互に積層されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1光変換層は、前記低屈折層上にコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第2光変換層は、前記低屈折層及び前記第1光変換層の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記第1光変換層及び前記低屈折層の間に配置されて前記低屈折層と前記第1光変換層とを隔離させる第2保護層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の表示装置。
- 前記光源で提供されたブルー光のピーク波長の強さに対する前記第2光変換層を透過した前記レッド光のピーク波長の強さの比は、約0.2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
