Description
Claims (24)
- 主気管チューブからシールする気管カフと、主気管チューブから下方に延びている気管支チューブからシールする気管支カフとに適合されたデュアルルーメン気管内チューブであって、改良点は主気管チューブの内部スペースを2個のルーメンに気密に分割する可塑性ルーメン隔壁を包含し、主気管チューブの外壁は外壁厚が2.5ミリメートル以下であるように補強されている、前記デュアルルーメン気管内チューブ。
- 外壁厚は1.5ミリメートル以下であり、主気管壁の主要部分は可塑性ポリマから成る、請求項1に記載のチューブ。
- 外壁厚は0.5〜1.5ミリメートルである、請求項2に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブの強化材は金属ワイヤである、請求項3に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブの強化材はポリマ肋材又はポリエステル糸又はグラファイト繊維のメッシュ若しくはネットである、請求項3に記載のチューブ。
- 前記ポリマ肋材は、ポリ塩化ビニル又はポリプロピレンから形成されている、請求項5に記載のチューブ。
- 前記可塑性ルーメン隔壁の厚さは2.5〜0.5ミリメートルである、請求項2に記載のチューブ。
- 大柄成人に使用するための主気管チューブの最大管外径は約13ミリメートル以下である、請求項に記載7のチューブ。
- 小柄成人に使用するための主気管チューブの最大管外径は約12ミリメートル以下である、請求項6に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブからシールする気管カフと、主気管チューブから下方に延びている気管支チューブからシールする気管支カフとに適合され、
a)主気管チューブの内部スペースを2個のルーメンに気密に分割する可塑性ルーメン隔壁を有し、前記主気管チューブの外壁の少なくとも主要部が強化されており、
b)主気管チューブの上端部を含む近位部を有し、延長チューブが気管壁チューブの各ルーメンの内部スペースを延長して可塑性チューブの換気端部又は挿入端部への接続のための開口部を限定するチューブコネクタで終結させていて、
c)主気管チューブの下端部を含む遠位部を有し、気管カフは主気管チューブの気管ルーメン側の遠位端部で限定された第1の開口部の上方に配置され、気管支チューブは前記第1の開口部から反対側下方に延び、それにより気管支ルーメン内のルーメンスペースを遠位気管支開口部に延長していて、
d)遠位気管支開口部の上方に配置された管支カフを有する、
デュアルルーメン気管内チューブ。 - 外壁厚は2.5ミリメートル以下であり、主気管壁の主要部分は可塑性ポリマから成る、請求項9に記載のチューブ。
- 前記可塑性ポリマはポリ塩化ビニル又はポリプロピレンから成る、請求項11に記載のチューブ。
- 外壁厚は0.5〜1.5ミリメートルである、請求項11に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブの強化材金属ワイヤである、請求項13に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブの強化材はポリマ肋材である、請求項14に記載のチューブ。
- ポリマ肋材はポリ塩化ビニル又はポリプロピレンから形成されている、請求項15に記載のチューブ。
- 可塑性ルーメン隔壁の厚さは2.5〜0.5ミリメートルである、請求項11に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブの最大管外径は、大柄成人に使用するためには13ミリメートル以下である、請求項17に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブの最大管外径は、小柄成人に使用するためには12ミリメートル以下である、請求項17に記載のチューブ。
- ルーメン隔壁は平滑で半月状である、請求項10に記載のチューブ。
- ルーメン隔壁は蛇腹形にセグメント化されているが、概して平坦な向きをしている、請求項10に記載のチューブ。
- ルーメン隔壁は蛇腹形にセグメント化されているが、概して半月状の向きをしている、請求項10に記載のチューブ。
- チューブコネクタは各々延長導管に接続されており、2本の延長導管は1本の共通流体導管に結合し、2本の延長導管の1本又は各々の上に制御エレメント又は監視エレメントが設置されている、請求項10に記載のチューブ。
- 主気管チューブからシールする気管カフと、主気管チューブから下方に延びている気管支チューブからシールする気管支カフとに適合されたデュアルルーメン気管内チューブであって、上端部は気管壁チューブの各ルーメンの内部スペースを延長する延長チューブを含み、前記延長チューブは可塑性チューブの換気端部又は挿入端部へ接続するための開口部を限定するチューブコネクタで終結しており、改良点はYコネクタを有しており、前記Yコネクタは2本のYコネクタチューブによって2個のチューブコネクタの2個の開口部を流体結合し、次いで単一換気器チューブに延びる起点である分岐点で接続し、その際に1以上の流量制御エレメント又は流量監視エレメントがYコネクタチューブの一方又は両方に固定されてよい、デュアルルーメン気管内チューブ。
