Claims (5)
- 複数のバイポーラ電極が積層された電極積層体と、前記電極積層体の側面を封止する封止体と、を備え、
前記バイポーラ電極は、電極板と、前記電極板の一方の面に設けられた正極と、前記電極板の他方の面に設けられた負極と、を含み、
前記封止体は、
前記バイポーラ電極にそれぞれ設けられ、前記バイポーラ電極の各電極板の周縁部に接着された環状部と、
前記電極積層体の側面を包囲し、かつ、各前記環状部と接着された筒状部と、を含み、
前記環状部の材料は、熱可塑性エラストマーである、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記熱可塑性エラストマーが、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリアミド系熱可塑性エラストマー、及び塩化ビニル系熱可塑性エラストマーからなる群より選ばれる熱可塑性エラストマーである、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記電極板の前記周縁部が突起を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記電極積層体は、積層方向の最外に、電極板と、前記電極板の一方の面に設けられた負極とを含み、前記一方の面が前記電極積層体の内側になるように配置された、負極終端電極をさらに備え、
前記封止体は、
前記負極終端電極の前記電極板の周縁部に接着された負極終端環状部、をさらに含み、
前記負極終端環状部の材料は熱可塑性エラストマーであり、
前記負極終端環状部は前記筒状部と接着された、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電モジュールの製造方法であって、
前記環状部を圧縮しながら、前記環状部における前記バイポーラ電極の前記電極板の前記周縁部との接触面を溶融させて、前記周縁部に前記環状部を接着する工程と、
前記環状部を圧縮した状態で、前記環状部の前記接触面を冷却する工程と、を備える、製造方法。
