Description
図1は、本実施の形態のエアコンプレッサの制御系の一例を示す機能ブロック図、図2は、本実施の形態のエアコンプレッサの一例を示す一部破断斜視図である。
図5は、待機電圧の取得処理の一例を示すフローチャート、図6は、駆動電圧の取得処理の一例を示すフローチャート、図7は、駆動電流の取得処理の一例を示すフローチャート、図8は、許容電圧の取得処理の一例を示すフローチャートであり、次に、本実施の形態のエアコンプレッサ1Aの動作例について、各図を参照して説明する。
電源10に接続されたエアコンプレッサ1A及び他の電気機器12が非駆動の状態で、電源10に接続されたエアコンプレッサ1Aにより電源電圧を待機電圧Vrefとして取得することで、延長コードの使用等で電圧降下が生じている場合、これに応じた待機電圧Vrefが取得される。
Claims (5)
- 電源に接続されて使用され、同電源に接続された他の電気機器の駆動に応じた電源電圧の変動に応じて運転を変化させる電気機器であって、
前記電源から供給される電気で駆動される駆動手段と、
前記電源の電源電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、
前記駆動手段を駆動することで流れる電流を検出する電流検出手段と、
前記駆動手段の駆動時と非駆動時に前記電圧検出手段で検出した電源電圧、及び、前記駆動手段の駆動時に前記電流検出手段で検出した電流から、前記電源を遮断する遮断器が非作動となる閾値を設定する制御手段と
を備えた電気機器。 - 前記制御手段は、前記駆動手段の駆動時に取得した電源電圧と閾値を比較し、閾値に対する電源電圧の大小に応じて前記駆動手段の運転を変化させる
請求項1に記載の電気機器。 - 前記制御手段は、閾値に対する電源電圧の大小に応じて前記駆動手段の運転を変化させる複数の閾値が設定され、電源電圧が第1の閾値以上であると、前記駆動手段を一時停止させ、電源電圧が第2の閾値以上第1の閾値未満であると、前記駆動手段の出力を一時低下させる
請求項2に記載の電気機器。 - 前記制御手段は、閾値に対する電源電圧の大小に応じて前記駆動手段の運転を変化させると共に、報知を行う
請求項2または請求項3に記載の電気機器。 - 前記制御手段は、前記駆動手段の負荷に応じて閾値を設定する
請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電気機器。
