Claims (20)
- 複合構造を接合する方法(200)であって、
第1の構造(102)上の接合部位(110)に第2の構造(104)を配置するステップ(202)と、
前記第1の構造に第1の真空袋(106)を、前記第1の真空袋が前記接合部位を覆うように連結するステップ(204)と、
前記第1の真空袋を介して前記第2の構造に第1の機械的力F1を引き起こすために前記第1の真空袋に真空を印加するステップ(206)と、
前記第1の構造に第2の真空袋(108)を、前記第2の真空袋が前記第2の構造および前記第1の真空袋の少なくとも一部を覆うように連結するステップ(208)と、
前記第2の真空袋を介して前記第2の構造に第2の機械的力F2を引き起こすために前記第2の真空袋に真空を印加するステップ(210)と
を含む方法(200)。 - 前記第2の構造(104)上の前記第1の機械的力F1の少なくとも一部を除去するために前記第1の真空袋(106)を少なくとも部分的に通気するステップ(212)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第1の真空袋(106)を少なくとも部分的に通気する前記ステップ(212)が、前記第2の真空袋(108)に前記真空を印加する前記ステップ(210)の後で前記第1の真空袋を少なくとも部分的に通気するステップを含む、請求項2に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第1の真空袋(106)を少なくとも部分的に通気する前記ステップ(212)が前記第2の構造(104)を大気圧にさらすステップを含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第2の構造(104)上の前記第2の機械的力F2を維持するために前記第1の真空袋(106)を少なくとも部分的に通気する前記ステップ(212)の後で前記第2の真空袋(108)の前記真空を維持するステップ(214)をさらに含む、請求項2または3に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第2の機械的力F2を維持するために前記第2の真空袋(108)の前記真空を維持する前記ステップ(214)が、前記第1の真空袋(106)上および前記第2の構造(104)上の圧密力を維持するために前記第2の真空袋(108)の前記真空を維持するステップを含み、前記第1の真空袋を少なくとも部分的に通気する前記ステップ(212)が、前記第2の構造から複数の揮発性有機化合物を除去しやすくするために前記第2の構造を大気圧にさらすステップを含む、請求項5に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第1の構造(102)に前記第1の真空袋(106)を連結する前記ステップ(204)が、前記第1の構造に前記第1の真空袋を第1の封止機構(114)で封止するステップを含み、前記第1の構造(102)に前記第2の真空袋(108)を連結する前記ステップ(208)が、前記第1の構造に前記第2の真空袋を第2の封止機構(124)で封止するステップを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第1の真空袋(106)の少なくとも一部を覆うように前記第2の真空袋(108)を連結する前記ステップ(208)が、前記第1の真空袋の第1のプローブ(116)が前記第2の真空袋によって覆われないように、前記第1の真空袋に前記第2の真空袋を連結するステップを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第1の真空袋(106)と前記第2の構造(104)との間に加熱ブランケット128を配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記第2の真空袋(108)に真空を印加する前記ステップ(210)が、オートクレーブの外側の前記第2の真空袋に前記真空を印加するステップを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法(200)。
- 複合構造接合システム(100)であって、
接合部位(110)を備える第1の構造(102)と、
前記接合部位で前記第1の構造に連結されるよう構成された第2の構造(104)と、
前記第1の構造に連結される第1の真空袋(106)であって、前記第1の真空袋に真空が印加されるときに前記第2の構造に第1の機械的力F1を加える、第1の真空袋(106)と、
第2の真空袋が前記第2の構造を覆うように前記第1の構造に連結される第2の真空袋(108)であって、前記第2の真空袋に真空が印加されるときに前記第2の構造に第2の機械的力F2を加える、第2の真空袋(108)と
を備える複合構造接合システム(100)。 - 前記第1の真空袋(106)および前記第2の真空袋(108)が前記第1の機械的力F1および前記第2の機械的力F2を同時に加えるように構成される、請求項11に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第2の真空袋(108)が、前記第1の真空袋を少なくとも部分的に大気と通気した後で、前記第2の構造(104)および前記第1の真空袋(106)上の前記第2の機械的力F2を維持するように構成される、請求項11または12に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第2の機械的力F2が前記第1の真空袋および前記第2の構造に加えられるように、前記第2の真空袋(108)が、前記第2の構造(104)の全領域にわたって前記第1の真空袋(106)と接触するように構成される、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第1の真空袋(106)と前記第2の構造(104)との間に加熱ブランケット(128)をさらに備える、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第1の真空袋(106)が前記第1の真空袋(106)と前記第1の構造(102)との間に第1の容積(112)を画定し、前記第2の構造(104)が前記第1の容積内に配置される、請求項11から15のいずれか一項に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第1の真空袋(106)に連結される第1のプローブ(116)をさらに備え、前記第1のプローブが前記第1の容積(112)を真空供給源(118)流れ流通して選択的に連結する、請求項16に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第2の真空袋(108)が前記第2の真空袋と前記第1の構造(102)との前記第1の真空袋(106)との間に第2の容積(122)を画定し、前記第2の構造(104)が前記第1の真空袋と前記第1の構造との間の前記第2の容積の外側に配置される、請求項17に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第2の真空袋(108)が前記第1の真空袋(106)に結合された場合に、前記第1のプローブ(116)が、前記第2の容積(122)の外側に配置される、請求項18に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
- 前記第2の真空袋(108)に連結される第2のプローブ(126)をさらに備え、前記第2のプローブが前記第2の容積(122)を前記真空供給源(118)に流れ流通して選択的に連結する、請求項18または19に記載の複合構造接合システム(100)。
