Claims (3)
- 金属ナノ粒子と溶媒とを含有するものを印刷用のインクとし、このインクを絶縁性の透明基材の表面に格子状に印刷する印刷工程と、インクを焼成して金属ナノ粒子を焼結させて金属配線とする焼成工程とを含む透明電極シートの製造方法において、
透明基材表面で金属配線が夫々のびる方向をX軸方向及びY軸方向とし、X軸方向及びY軸方向で互いに隣接する夫々2本の配線で区画される透明基材の部分を単位面積部、単位面積部にて透明基材の配線のない部分を単位開口、単位開口を区画する金属配線の線幅をW、単位開口の幅をGとし、これら線幅Wと幅Gとで決定される単位開口の面積率を基に、単位面積部における配線の充填分画fを次式(1)で定義し、

充填分画fが所定の範囲内の値になるように配線幅Wと幅Gとの値を設定する工程を含むことを特徴とする透明電極シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の透明電極シートの製造方法であって、透明基材としてシート状のものを用い、このシート状の透明基材を走行させながら、走行経路上に配置した印刷機を用いて印刷し、印刷機の下流に配置した加熱手段を用いて焼成するものにおいて、
焼成後の透明電極シートの抵抗値または透過率を測定する工程と、
抵抗値または透過率の測定値から充填分画に換算し、この換算した充填分画が予め設定される所定範囲内の値になるように、前記印刷機のインクタンク内の前記インクの濃度と、前記加熱手段の焼成温度との少なくとも一方を調整する工程とを更に含むことを特徴とする透明電極シートの製造方法。 - 前記換算した充填分画が所定の範囲を超えると、前記シート状の透明基材の走行を停止する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の透明電極シートの製造方法。
