Abstract
Description
4,4’−ビピリジニウムを含む基本骨格の両端にカルボン酸アルカリ金属塩が直接的に又は間接的に結合した複素環部位と、
前記4,4’−ビピリジニウムと対をなすアニオン部位と、
を備えた結晶性のものである。
(a)4,4’−ビピリジニウムを含む基本骨格の両端にカルボン酸が直接的に又は間接的に結合した複素環部位と、前記4,4’−ビピリジニウムと対をなすアニオン部位と、を備えた複素環化合物と、アルカリ金属化合物と、を用意し、前記複素環化合物に対する前記アルカリ金属のモル比が2.0以上2.5以下の調製溶液を準備する工程と、
(b)前記調製溶液をスプレードライヤーを用いて噴霧乾燥することにより、前記複素環化合物に含まれる前記カルボン酸の酸素アニオンに前記アルカリ金属化合物のアルカリ金属カチオンが結合した結晶性のビオロゲン化合物を析出させる工程と、
を含むものである。
上述した負極活物質を含む負極と、
アニオンの授受が可能な正極活物質を含む正極と、
前記正極と前記負極との間に介在し、アニオンを伝導するイオン伝導媒体と、
を備えたものである。
[実験例1]
以下の合成スキームに従って、本開示のビオロゲン化合物の一例であるビオロゲンジカルボン酸ジリチウムを合成した。
(4)の工程において、乾燥空気温度を200℃とした以外は、実験例1と同様に実験例2の試料を合成した。(4)の工程において、モル比B/Aが3.0となるようにした以外は、実験例2と同様に実験例3の試料を合成した。(4)の工程において、モル比B/Aが4.0となるようにした以外は、実験例2と同様に実験例4の試料を合成した。
(1)〜(3)の合成は実験例1と同様とした。(4)の工程において、4.5gの合成中間体(3)を30mLの水に懸濁し、0.5gの水酸化リチウムを溶解した20mLの水を加え、1000Paの減圧条件下、50℃まで加熱して撹拌した。室温まで冷却したのち、得られた微結晶をろ過した。モル比B/Aは2.2とした。こうして得られたビオロゲン化合物を実験例5の試料とした。
上記手法で作製したビオロゲンジカルボン酸ジリチウムを65質量%、粒子状炭素導電材としてカーボンブラック(東海カーボン、TB5500)を15質量%、繊維状炭素導電材として気相成長炭素繊維(VGCF、昭和電工)を10質量%,結着材としてポリフッ化ビニリデン(KFポリマ,クレハ製)を10質量%、分散材としてN−メチル−2−ピロリドンを適量添加、分散してスラリー状合材とした。このスラリー状合材を10μm厚の銅箔集電体に単位面積当たりのビオロゲンジカルボン酸ジリチウムが10g/m2となるように活物質を均一に塗布し、120℃で真空加熱乾燥させて塗布シートを作製した。その後、塗布シートを加圧プレス処理し、2cm2の面積に打ち抜いて円盤状の電極を準備した。
エチレンカーボネート、ジメチルカーボネート及びエチルメチルカーボネートを体積比で30:40:30の割合で混合した非水溶媒に、支持電解質のLiBF4を1.0モル/Lになるように添加して非水電解液を作製した。上記の手法にて作製したビオロゲンジカルボン酸ジリチウム電極を作用極とし、リチウム金属箔(厚み300μm)を対極として、両電極の間に上記非水電解液を含浸させたセパレータ(東レ東燃製)を挟んで二極式評価セルを作製した。
上述した二極式評価セルを用い、20℃の温度環境下、0.03mAで1.0V(または1.5V)まで還元し、その後、0.03mAで3.4V(または3.0V)まで酸化し、この還元と酸化の操作を合計10回行った。各操作における還元容量と酸化容量を求め、還元容量を放電容量とし、酸化容量を充電容量とした。2、5、10サイクル目の充放電カーブから電位差に対する容量の変化量(微分値)を算出し、充電および放電の反応電位に相当する微分曲線を描いた。
図4に、合成した試料のSEM写真を示す。図4Aは実験例1の試料のSEM写真、図4Bは実験例2の試料のSEM写真、図4Cは実験例3の試料のSEM写真、図4Dは実験例5の試料のSEM写真である。これらのSEM写真から、実験例5の減圧加熱により溶媒を除去して得られた試料は棒状の形態をとるのに対して、実験例1〜4のスプレードライで得られた試料は球状の形態となることが分かった。また、実験例5では粒子の長さが約20μm程度と比較的大きな粒子であるのに対して、実験例1〜4では粒径が10μm以下の小さな粒子が確認された。また、スプレードライにおいて、実験例3、実験例4のようにLi割合が多くなると、球状粒子が凝集した形態となった。

を備えた結晶性のビオロゲン化合物。 - 前記ビオロゲン化合物は、式(1)で表される、請求項1に記載のビオロゲン化合物。
- 前記アルカリ金属は、リチウム、ナトリウム及びカリウムからなる群より選ばれる1以上である、請求項1又は2に記載のビオロゲン化合物。
- 前記アニオン部位は、BF4 -、PF6 -、SiF6 2-、SbF6 -、ClO4 -、B(CN)4 -、[(C2F5)3PF3]-、[(CN)2N]-、CF3SO3 -、CF3CO2 -、N(FSO2)2 -、N(CF3SO2)2 -、N(C2F5SO2)2 -からなる群より選ばれる1以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のビオロゲン化合物。
- 前記ビオロゲン化合物は、式(2)又は式(3)で表される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のビオロゲン化合物。
- 前記複素環部位は、前記基本骨格の両端にカルボン酸アニオンが直接的に又は間接的に結合した有機骨格層と、前記カルボン酸アニオンに含まれる酸素に前記アルカリ金属が結合したアルカリ金属元素層と、を備えた三次元構造体である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のビオロゲン化合物。
- (a)4,4’−ビピリジニウムを含む基本骨格の両端にカルボン酸が直接的に又は間接的に結合した複素環部位と、前記4,4’−ビピリジニウムと対をなすアニオン部位と、を備えた複素環化合物と、アルカリ金属化合物と、を用意し、前記複素環化合物に対する前記アルカリ金属化合物のアルカリ金属カチオンのモル比が2.0以上2.5以下の調製溶液を準備する工程と、
(b)前記調製溶液をスプレードライヤーを用いて噴霧乾燥することにより、前記複素環化合物に含まれる前記カルボン酸の酸素アニオンに前記アルカリ金属化合物のアルカリ金属カチオンが結合した結晶性のビオロゲン化合物を析出させる工程と、
を含むビオロゲン化合物の製造方法。 - 前記工程(a)では、前記複素環化合物に対する前記アルカリ金属化合物のモル比が2.1以上2.3以下の前記調製溶液を準備する、請求項7に記載のビオロゲン化合物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のビオロゲン化合物を含む負極活物質。
- 請求項9に記載の負極活物質を含む負極と、
アニオンの授受が可能な正極活物質を含む正極と、
前記正極と前記負極との間に介在し、アニオンを伝導するイオン伝導媒体と、
を備えた蓄電デバイス。
