Abstract
Description
市販のヨウ化銅(I)粉末を、エタノールに加え、さらに、第1の層の無機酸化物として酸化ジルコニウムを加え、ホモジナイザーで5分間プレ分散後、ビーズミルにて解砕・分散し、平均粒子径146nmのスラリーを得た。続いてこのスラリーを、第2の層の有機化合物として超分岐ポリエステル(BYK製;DISPER BYK-2152)を添加した水及びエタノールで希釈し、全溶液中のヨウ化銅(I)濃度が0.12質量%、酸化ジルコニウム濃度が2.3質量%、超分岐ポリエステル濃度が1質量%、エタノール濃度が70質量%となるよう調製した実施例1の消毒剤を得た。得られた消毒剤におけるヨウ化銅(I)粒子は、ヨウ化銅(I)粒子の表面上に配置される第1の層と第1の層の表面上に配置される第2の層とから構成される被覆層を有し、第1の層が酸化ジルコニウムから構成され、第2の層が超分岐ポリエステルから構成されていた。また、被覆層で覆われたヨウ化銅粒子の酸化電位を、上述した酸化電位の測定方法に基づいて測定したところ、485.62 mVvs.Ag/AgClであった。
市販のヨウ化銅(I)粉末を、エタノールに加え、さらに、第1の層の無機酸化物として酸化ジルコニウムを加え、ホモジナイザーで5分間プレ分散後、ビーズミルにて解砕・分散し、平均粒子径94.6nmのスラリーを得た。続いてこのスラリーを、第2の層の有機化合物としてヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(HPC)を添加した水及びエタノールで希釈し、全溶液中のヨウ化銅(I)濃度が0.12質量%、酸化ジルコニウム濃度が2.3質量%、HPC濃度が1質量%、エタノール濃度が70質量%となるよう調製した実施例2の消毒剤を得た。得られた消毒剤における、ヨウ化銅(I)粒子を覆う被覆層は、酸化ジルコニウムから構成される第1の層と、HPCから構成される第2の層とにより構成されていた。被覆層で覆われたヨウ化銅粒子の酸化電位を、上述した酸化電位の測定方法に基づいて測定したところ、482.65 mVvs.Ag/AgClであった。
実施例1の溶媒を水のみにし、全溶液中のヨウ化銅(I)濃度が0.12質量%、酸化ジルコニウム濃度が2.3質量%、超分岐ポリエステル濃度が1質量%となるように調製した以外は全て実施例1と同じ方法で、実施例3の消毒剤を得た。得られた消毒剤における、ヨウ化銅(I)粒子を覆う被覆層は、酸化ジルコニウムから構成される第1の層と、超分岐ポリエステルから構成される第2の層とにより構成されていた。
実施例1の全溶液中のヨウ化銅(I)濃度が0.12質量%、酸化ジルコニウム濃度が2.3質量%、超分岐ポリエステル濃度が1質量%、エタノール濃度が10質量%となるよう調製した以外は全て実施例1と同じ方法で、実施例4の消毒剤を得た。得られた消毒剤における、ヨウ化銅(I)粒子を覆う被覆層は、酸化ジルコニウムから構成される第1の層と、超分岐ポリエステルから構成される第2の層とにより構成されていた。
実施例2のHPCを添加せず、全溶液中の被覆ヨウ化銅(I)濃度が0.12質量%、酸化ジルコニウム濃度が2.3質量%、エタノール濃度が70質量%となるように調整した以外は全て実施例2と同じ方法で、比較例1の消毒剤を得た。得られた消毒剤における、ヨウ化銅(I)粒子を覆う被覆層は、酸化ジルコニウムのみにより構成されていた。被覆層で覆われたヨウ化銅(I)粒子の酸化電位を、上述した酸化電位の測定方法に基づいて測定したところ、363.82 mVvs.Ag/AgClであった。
実施例1の酸化ジルコニウムを添加せず、全溶液中のヨウ化銅(I)濃度が0.12質量%、超分岐ポリエステル濃度が1質量%、エタノール濃度が70質量%となるよう調製した以外は実施例1と同じ方法で、比較例2の消毒剤を得た。得られた消毒剤における、ヨウ化銅(I)粒子を覆う被覆層は、超分岐ポリエステルのみにより構成されていた。被覆層で覆われたヨウ化銅(I)粒子の酸化電位を、上述した酸化電位の測定方法に基づいて測定したところ、373.66 mVvs.Ag/AgClであった。
ネコカリシウイルスの懸濁液60μLに、製造直後の実施例1〜4、比較例1、2に係る各サンプル1940μLを加え、攪拌した後、室温下で1分間作用させた。その後、反応液を100μL分取し、900μLのSCDLP培地に加え、Vortexミキサーを用いて攪拌することにより反応を中和した。その後、各反応サンプルが10-2〜10-5になるまでMEM希釈液にて希釈を行った(10倍段階希釈)。シャーレに培養したCRFK細胞にサンプル液100μLを接種した。90分間静置しウイルスを細胞へ吸着させた後、0.7%寒天培地を重層し、48時間、34℃、5%CO2インキュベータにて培養後、ホルマリン固定、メチレンブルー染色を行い形成されたプラック数をカウントして、ウイルスの感染価(PFU:plaque-forming units)を算出した。ここで、各実施例、各比較例について、ウイルスの感染価を算出した。その結果を表1に示す。
大腸菌の懸濁液60μLに、製造直後の実施例1〜4、比較例1、2に係る各サンプル1940μLを加え、攪拌した後、室温下で1分間、または30分間作用させた。その後、反応液を120μL分取し、1080μLのSCDLP培地に加え、Vortexミキサーを用いて攪拌することにより反応を中和した。その後、各反応サンプルが10-2〜10-5になるまでSCDLP倍地にて希釈を行った(10倍段階希釈)。シャーレにサンプル液1mLを分注し、1.5%寒天培地を加えて混合した。倒置したシャーレを37℃のインキュベータ内に静置して24〜48時間菌を培養後、コロニー数をカウントして、菌の生菌数(CFU);(CFU:colony−forming units)を算出した。ここで、各実施例、各比較例について、菌の生菌数を算出した。その結果を表1に示す。
実施例1及び比較例1、2に係る各サンプルを温度50℃、湿度90%の条件下で製造後1ヶ月間放置する促進試験を行い、試験前後の色の変化を色差計にて測定した。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1及び比較例1、2に係る各サンプルを温度50℃、湿度90%の条件下で製造後1ヶ月間放置する促進試験を行い、促進試験後の各サンプルについて、上述した抗ウイルス性評価及び殺菌性評価を行った。試験結果を表3に示す。
実施例2のヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(HPC)の含有量を変更したこと以外は実施例2と同様の条件で、実施例5〜8の消毒剤を得た。具体的には、消毒剤100質量%に対してHPCの含有量を0.1質量%、3質量%、5質量%、7質量%としたサンプルを順に、実施例5、6、7、8とした。
実施例2、5〜8、比較例1の各サンプルを、それぞれ100μL分取し、7cm角サイズのSUS板全面に塗り広げ、自然乾燥させた。このSUS板に対し、手の平を100回擦りつけた後、大腸菌の懸濁液225μLを滴下し、6cm角のサイズのPETフィルムを積層した。60分間作用させた後、SCDLP培地を10mL滴下し、ピペッティングすることにより反応を中和した。その後、上述した方法で菌の生菌数を算出した。試験結果を表4に示す。
実施例2、5〜8、比較例1の各サンプルを、それぞれ100μL分取し、7cm角サイズのSUS板全面に塗り広げ、自然乾燥させた後、5名の被験者に手で表面のべたつきを確認し、べたついているものを3、ややべたついているものを2、全くべたついていないものを1にて評価し平均値を算出した。試験結果を表4に示す。

- 被覆層で覆われる一価の銅化合物粒子と、
前記一価の銅化合物粒子が分散する、水および/または低級アルコールからなる分散媒と、を含み、
前記被覆層は、無機酸化物と有機化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする抗ウイルス・殺菌消毒剤。 - 前記被覆層は、前記一価の銅化合物粒子の表面上に配置される第1の層と、前記第1の層の表面上に配置される第2の層と、を有し、
前記第1の層は、前記無機酸化物と前記有機化合物のいずれか一方を含み、
前記第2の層は、前記無機酸化物と前記有機化合物のいずれか他方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抗ウイルス・殺菌消毒剤。 - 前記第1の層は、前記無機酸化物を含み、
前記第2の層は、前記有機化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の抗ウイルス・殺菌消毒剤。
