Claims (6)
- 一対の歯車対からなり、
前記歯車対の少なくとも一方の歯車の歯面は、他方の歯車と噛み合う際に他方の歯車の歯面と接触する噛合領域と、前記噛合領域の外側に配される非噛合領域とを含み、
前記歯面は、前記歯車対の噛み合い進行方向と交差する方向に延在する溝を備え、
前記溝は、前記非噛合領域のうち、前記噛合領域を前記歯車対の噛み合い進行方向と直交する方向に拡張した領域に形成される歯車構造。 - 前記溝は、前記噛み合い進行方向に対し略直角に設けられている請求項1に記載の歯車構造。
- 前記溝は、前記噛合領域には備えられていない、請求項1または2に記載の歯車構造。
- 前記溝は、全周が壁面で囲繞されている請求項1から3のうちいずれか1項に記載の歯車構造。
- 前記溝の前記壁面のうち前記噛合領域に最も近接する壁面は、テーパ形状を有する請求項4に記載の歯車構造。
- 前記歯車対は、ねじれ角をもつ歯車からなる歯車対である請求項1から5のうちいずれか1項に記載の歯車構造。
