図示してあるように、RFタグ10は、マッチング回路11、復調回路12、整流回路13、変調回路14、インピーダンス調整制御回路15、リミッタ16、ADC17、制御部18、可変負荷21及び負荷25を備える。

上記した実施形態に係るRFタグ10は、各種の変形を行えるものである。例えば、RFタグ10内の電力供給対象(負荷25、制御部18、復調回路12、変調回路14、インピーダンス調整制御回路15等)の中に、電力消費量を比較的に細かく調整可能なユニットがある場合には、RFタグ10を、可変負荷21を備えず、当該ユニットが可変負荷21として利用される装置に変形することができる。また、RFタグ10を、第1スイッチ22及び/又は第2スイッチ23を備えない装置に変形してもよい。なお、RFタグ10を、第2スイッチ23を備えない装置に変形する場合、可変負荷21の消費電力を“0”(又は最小消費電力)に調整する処理がステップS108にて行われるようにしておけば良い。

Claims (4)
- リーダライタからワイヤレス給電されるRFタグであって、
アンテナからの交流信号を整流して、前記RFタグ内の各部に電源電圧として供給される直流電圧を出力する整流回路と、
前記整流回路の出力電圧を所定電圧以下に制限するリミッタと、
前記アンテナと前記整流回路との間に配置された、インピーダンスが可変なマッチング回路と、
前記整流回路から出力される電力を消費する、電力消費量を変更可能な可変負荷部と、
前記整流回路の出力電圧が大きくなるように前記マッチング回路のインピーダンスを調整するインピーダンス調整処理を実行可能な制御部であって、所定条件が満たされたときに、前記可変負荷部の電力消費量を調整することにより前記整流回路の出力電圧を前記所定電圧未満の電圧まで低下させてから前記インピーダンス調整処理を実行する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とするRFタグ。 - 前記制御部は、前記所定条件が満たされたときに、前記可変負荷部の電力消費量を調整することにより前記整流回路の出力電圧を前記所定電圧未満の電圧まで低下させてから前記インピーダンス調整処理を実行する処理を、当該処理後の前記整流回路の出力電圧が前記所定電圧未満の電圧となるまで繰り返す、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFタグ。 - 前記可変負荷部が、抵抗値が可変なユニットであり、
前記制御部は、前記所定条件が満たされたときに、前記可変負荷部の電力消費量を調整することにより前記整流回路の出力電圧を前記所定電圧未満の電圧まで低下させてから前記インピーダンス調整処理を実行する処理を、当該処理後の前記可変負荷部の抵抗値が所定の値以下となるまで繰り返す
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFタグ。 - 前記制御部は、前記所定条件が満たされたときに、前記可変負荷部の電力消費量を調整することにより前記整流回路の出力電圧を前記所定電圧未満の電圧まで低下させてから前記インピーダンス調整処理を実行する処理を、所定回数、又は所定時間が経過するまで、繰り返す、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFタグ。
