Abstract
Description
キャビネット2の背壁2eの内部を充填する。これにより、左側壁2a、右側壁2b、及び背壁2eにおいて外箱4側に固定された真空断熱パネル7a、7b、7eが発泡断熱材9によって内箱6に接着固定され、天井壁2c及び底壁2dにおいて内箱6側に固定された真空断熱パネル7c、7dが発泡断熱材9によって外箱4に接着固定されたキャビネット2が得られる。
Claims (7)
- 左右一対の側板、天板、底板、及び背板を有する外箱と、
前記外箱の内部に設けられ前記外箱との間で断熱空間を形成する内箱と、
前記外箱の前記側板に面接触させ、かつ、前記内箱から間隔をあけて前記断熱空間に設けられた側面真空断熱パネルと、
前記断熱空間に設けられた発泡断熱材と、
前記外箱の背板に設けられ前記断熱空間へ前記発泡断熱材の発泡原液を注入する注入孔と、
前記断熱空間における前記側面真空断熱パネルの後方であって前記注入孔と上下方向に重なり合う位置に設けられた詰め物とを備える冷蔵庫。 - 前記詰め物は、前記外箱の前記側板に貼付され固定されている請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記外箱は、前記側板と前記背板とを接合するフランジ部を備え、
前記詰め物は、前記外箱の前記側板との間で前記フランジ部を収納する空間を形成する切欠部を備える請求項1又は2に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記詰め物は、前記真空断熱パネルと同じ厚さである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記詰め物の上下方向の長さが、前記注入孔の上下方向の長さより大きい請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記内箱は、前記注入孔の前方に幅方向外側ほど前方へ傾斜する傾斜面を備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記真空断熱パネルと前記詰め物とが互いに接触して設けられている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の冷蔵庫。
