Abstract
【解決手段】粉末状の造形材料(4)で充填可能な粉末室(3)を画定する粉末チャンバ(2)と、粉末室(3)をその上部で画定するカバー(5)とを備える、3次元の物体を付加製造する装置のための粉末モジュール(1、15、24)が提供され、この粉末モジュール(1、15、24)は、粉末室(3)内で造形材料(4)を拡散させるように構成された少なくとも1つの均等化ユニット(7)を備える。

Claims (15)
- 粉末状の造形材料(4)で充填可能な粉末室(3)を画定する粉末チャンバ(2)と、前記粉末室(3)をその上部で画定するカバー(5)とを備える、3次元の物体を付加製造する装置のための粉末モジュール(1、15、24)において、この粉末モジュールが前記粉末室(3)内で前記造形材料(4)を拡散させるように構成された少なくとも1つの均等化ユニット(7)を備えることを特徴とする粉末モジュール。
- 前記均等化ユニット(7)が、前記カバー(5)の前記粉末室(3)に面している側(17)に配置された少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)を備え、それによって前記造形材料(4)が、前記粉末室(3)の少なくとも1つの区画内で拡散可能になることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が可動であり、それによって、前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が駆動されて動くことにより、前記造形材料(4)が前記粉末室内で拡散可能になることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記均等化要素(8、16、25)が、少なくとも1つの駆動ユニットによるか又は前記粉末チャンバ(2)内へ流れている造形材料(4)によって駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記粉末室(3)内へ造形材料(4)を充填する充填ユニット(6)を有し、前記充填ユニットは、前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)を駆動するために、前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)上又は前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)に接続された駆動デバイス上で前記粉末チャンバ(2)内へ流れる造形材料(4)を案内するように構成された少なくとも1つの封止可能な開口(19)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が、偏心ドライブ又は偏心マウント上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が、前記粉末チャンバ(2)の少なくとも1つの区画に対して軸に沿って並進方向に可動であり、且つ/又は軸(22)の周りを回転可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が、前記粉末チャンバ(2)の2つの壁(26、27)の間を可動であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が、前記カバー(5)に対して可動であることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が、少なくとも1つのブレード(18、28)及び/又は少なくとも1つのブレード部分を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜9のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの均等化要素(8、16、25)が、少なくとも1つの湾曲した区画を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2〜10のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 可動の運搬要素(13)で前記粉末室(3)の底部(14)を画定する運搬ユニット(12)を有し、それによって前記粉末室(3)の体積が、前記運搬要素(13)の位置に応じて可変になることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記粉末室(3)内で前記造形材料(4)を拡散させるために、振動ユニットによって前記運搬要素(13)を振動させることができることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 前記造形材料(4)が、均一且つ/又は平坦な表面(11)を形成するように、前記粉末チャンバ(2)内で底部(14)及び/又は前記カバー(5)に対して均等に拡散可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の粉末モジュール。
- 粉末状の造形材料層(4)をエネルギービームに連続して選択的に露出させるとともに、前記造形材料層(4)の露出部分を連続して選択的に固体化することによって、3次元の物体を付加製造する装置であって、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の少なくとも1つの粉末モジュール(1、15、24)を有することを特徴とする装置。
