Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 移動経路に沿って少なくとも2つの位置間を可動する少なくとも1つのモジュール(2)を備える、エネルギービームによって固化することができる造形材料層(13)を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体を付加製造する装置(1)において、前記モジュール(2)の移動経路(5)に沿って第1の位置(3)と第2の位置(4)との間で前記モジュール(2)上へ少なくとも部分的に流れるプロセスガス(7)の流れを生じさせるように構成された流れ生成ユニット(6)を有することを特徴とする装置。
- 前記モジュール(2)が、前記第1の位置(3)で前記装置(1)のプロセスチャンバ内に少なくとも部分的に一体化され、前記モジュール(2)が、前記第2の位置(4)で前記プロセスチャンバの外側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流れ生成ユニット(6)が、前記移動経路(5)の少なくとも一部に沿って前記プロセスガス(7)を前記モジュール(2)へ案内し、及び分散させるように構成された案内構造(8)、特にチャネルに接続されるか、又はそのように構成された案内構造(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記案内構造(8)が、前記モジュール(2)の前記移動経路(5)に沿って分散された少なくとも2つのガス出口(9)、特に複数のガス出口(9)、好ましくはノズルを備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記案内構造(8)が、第1の位置(3)と第2の位置(4)との間で少なくとも部分的に延び、前記案内構造(8)が、前記モジュール(2)の前記移動経路(5)の上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(14)が、少なくとも1つの流動特性を、特に少なくとも1つのガス出口(9)の開放状態及び/又はガス圧力及び/又はガス流量及び/又はガス流速及び/又は温度を、制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(14)が、前記モジュール(2)の位置(3、4、10)に応じて少なくとも1つの流動特性を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記モジュール(2)近傍及び/又は前記モジュール(2)のチャンバ(12)内のプロセスガス(7)の量に関するセンサ情報を判定するように構成された少なくとも1つのセンサ(15)を有し、前記制御ユニット(14)が、前記センサ情報を受け取り、前記センサ情報に応じて少なくとも1つの流動特性を制御するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の位置(3)及び/又は前記第2の位置(4)で、前記モジュール(2)のカバーが除去されて、前記モジュール(2)のチャンバ(12)を露出し、前記流れ生成ユニット(6)が、前記モジュール(2)の前記チャンバ(12)内へ少なくとも部分的に流れる前記プロセスガス(7)の流れを生じさせるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 第1の位置(3)が、投与チャンバ(12)及び/又は造形チャンバ(12)及び/又は溢流チャンバ(12)内にあり、前記第2の位置(4)が、取扱いステーション及び/又は補充ステーション及び/又は濾過ステーション内にあり、前記移動経路(5)が、トンネル構造内を少なくとも部分的に通ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記モジュール(2)が投与モジュール(2)であり、前記チャンバ(12)が粉末チャンバ(12)であるか、又は前記モジュール(2)が造形モジュール(2)であり、前記チャンバ(12)が造形チャンバ(12)であるか、又は前記モジュール(2)が溢流モジュール(2)であり、前記チャンバ(12)が溢流チャンバ(12)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)を少なくとも2つ備える工場であって、前記第1の位置(3)が、少なくとも部分的に第1の装置(1)内に位置し、前記第2の位置(4)が、少なくとも部分的に第2の装置(1)内に位置する、工場。
